app is quite laggy and most things (especially my cart) takes a while to load. I only have 5 items inside too. also not very happy with the checkout process - choosing to pick up in store over delivery wasn't intuitive, and adding credit card was not very smooth. overall, I will still order via app to utilise the vouchers, but without them I'd rather just shop in person than deal with this.
There are so many flaws in this app tho if you use it on surface level it's fine. If you press a payment method and try to pay, but somehow your app shuts down unexpectedly, you cannot resume payment as the window to pay is shut forever, and their solution is cancel the order and pay again. The UI is buggy when you load to see more items, click on the selected item and press back. it doesn't bring you to the same item you scrolled to, but collapses the whole menu making u restart your search.
the purchase history does not reflect the correct size that was bought. pls rectify this as it will cause confusion when buying new items.
the store manager and assistant are super helpful with my online purchase even though my mobile service got hanged for quite sometime while I tried to make online purchase. thumps up. Thank you.
Ok app if you want to browse. Just go I to a physical store to buy what you want. Fyi their "Scan to Win" is rigged. They should get rid of it. You won't win anything. It's just a ploy to get you to open the app. Meant to shake the phone to "roll" the dice. Multiples of five get you into a gold star that supposedly gets you a coupon or something. I have tried multiple times, you will never get anything other than a "sorry" message. Waste of time.
The new app is horrible. It is difficult to login and stay login (as pointed out by a few reviews). I almost gave up purchasing an app-discounted item in store (as I was struggling with the login at the counter). It was a terrible shopping experience. In the end, I have to login via the Web version to get the member barcode. Oh, and because of this, I had difficulty in accessing my coupon, which has now expired. After shopping with Uniqlo for years, this was the most unpleasant experience.
Sadly this app is very badly designed. First of all, it sent me the wrong discount voucher by email meant for June 19, I had to manually change to Aug. The buttons are not located in intuitive places, you have to often go back to home to navigate to cart or sale items. The proceed to checkout button is at the top though you scroll down to check order details. And you can't apply free delivery if after discount the amount is less than $60, but the error doesn't indicate that! Terrible!!
The app is useless because it's basically putting the web pages inside an app, that's it. It can't even remember my login and password while the browser could do that. I honestly do not see any difference between the app and the website. Even the barcode that you present at the cashier is available in your account when you log in on the website. The app just wastes your phone memory and does nothing more than the site.
Very inconvenient. I can not find anything there, the only option to browse is to use search. No directory. Last time I've added some items and then app asked my to login (why I wasn't logged from previous time?) and lost all the shopping basket. I just left cause I didn't know how do I even look for those items once again.
The app has improved. I use it every time I shop with my wife in Uniqlo stores. And I get coupons from them, even on my birthday. But I would prefer to see more coupons offers, as they are a bit rare to find. The reward system for shopping could be more generous. But all in all, a reliable app, and better than other shopping apps of other stores.
Made a purchase with option for in store collection as i needed the items urgently. Payment was processed and deducted from my account and app showed that order was being prepared. 8 hours later status shows that order was cancelled, with no explanation given. Money was eventually refunded to my account the next working day but I continued to receive app reminder to complete my purchase. Totally confused!
Giving a 1 star. i was told by staff to download app to order online items that is not avail in store. And i did. The app has all the history, and notifications that works like other app. There are many notifications on sales that was send to me. But, my order items has no notifications at all. Becos, its being send to email. The ordered item is still at store for collect for 2 weeks alr, no contact from store.
While online shopping is convenient using this app, when there are some problems with the product received, to make the exchange or return is so complicated and unfriendly. Recently, I bought a belt, but the size does not fit, though I ordered the same size that I ordered previously, which also said about the consistency of the sizing, so when I try to return/exchange it is so hard. I am surprised that Uniqlo makes it so difficult. Most likely, I will not use online shopping from here anymore.
I am a big Uniqlo fan (makes up about 60% of my wardrobe). Although I personally prefer to shop in-store, the app helps when I want to check out what's new, what are the items on discount, and how I can style myself using the Uniqlo pieces. One possible app improvement I would suggest is to allow the browsing to stop at the last viewed item when returning from the item details page to the listings page, instead of going back all the way to the top of the listings.
The app interface is not user friendly. It's basically putting a webpage into an app, which is pretty useless because I might as well order through the website. I get signed out alot from the app, idk why but its pretty frustrating. Also, it's pretty laggy. Hopefully the developers can do something abt it. The look and user-friendliness is just an overall no go.
With very poor features which you could not favourite, could not store in cart and could not even sort! Uniqlo, please also improve on the feature/sensitivity of your images (loaded too slow and always ended with either expanded or contracted images with a click. Please consider to feature "swipe" instead of "click" mode). And to complete a transaction is always a nightmare!
Can improved further on page loading. It took a while to get back to the product page and when it went back, it started way from the top again and not from where I left off. So have to wait for it to load once again and had to start going through it all over again from the top. Time consuming and dragging for shopping experience.
Unable to login and add to cart on the mobile app, even after resetting password. Keeps showing "Cannot find a product error" everytime I click "Log In". What does that error even mean?! Have no issues logging in with same credentials on the website. Just kill the app and use the mobile website instead.
V buggy app. Experiencing difficulty logging in, despite multiple attempts to reset password as subsequent logins don't recognise the newly reset passwords. User experience is lacking sorely. Went to store to get a Sumiko tee for my daughter. Was told it was out of stock for that size. I bought it online and arranged for "Click and Collect" at the same outlet, only to see it available in the outlet, while my online item has yet to be delivered to the store. Can be managed better.
Sometimes when you try to filter to Men's clothes, they still show female models and female clothes. Quite annoying LOL when I select "Men" I'm trying to buy clothes for myself, not making a political statement 😑 why show me female clothes?
