It's very hard to navigate once in the app it's like going round in circles. all I wanted was to find payments already made. found them then was impossible to navigate back when on the phone for over 30 mins on hold and still couldn't get back using the app to my payments.

Terrible app. Doesn't store card details, can't access your phone wallet, doesn't offer Google pay. You need to enter your full card details every time you want to pay a bill, then it tells you to verify it with your bank, then when you come back it says sorry you shouldn't have left the app during the transaction. It's 2026 and yet UU is apparently using 1990s internet technology. I'm so glad water is privatised. I can just take my business elsewhere. Oh wait, no I can't. I hate you UU

Thought i had a leak, contacted uu, they were out within 2 hours,(weekend also) the engineer was fantastic, turned out to be condensation, he explained exactly how to tackle the problem. very good service, can't fault them.

Bills erratic on water meter and now more expensive even though I have "eco" everything and only two occupants. Direct debit so wildly fluctuating it was impossible to budget,so changed to standing order and even though I pay on time every month, I get harassed by "You have not paid your bill" because the stupid computer system doesn't know I've paid.

The app is telling me £13.14 is due, it's also telling me a bill for £106.00 has been sent. when I tap to pay £106 it has my account balance at £0.00. I need a straight forward bill so that I know where I stand. I emailed to ask what I owe; this was their response. I can confirm your account balance is £0.00. You currently have an active monthly payment schedule, and you’ll need to continue making these monthly payments to build up credit towards your future bill.

New meter installed yesterday and engineer said I could read the meter from the app!!! Don't think so!!! Nothing on the app so having to go outside to pavement and lift cover to read. That is if I can lift the cover. It seems to be held down by attachment underneath. Have asked for assistance on phone and 5 of your people unable to tell me if I will be able to read from the app.

ABYSMAL. the app is next to useless, contains 0 info on my account for my new address, doesn't tell me how much I'll be paying in any way, no details on standing charges or the actual unit rates. it's impossible to set up a direct debit through the app, you have to go through a separate web page on united utilities website however every single link leads to a 403 page unavailable message.. literally every link. only thing you can do is make a payment which you'll have to guess at how much

Poor app, don't know where i stand with my bill. Not enough information. Contacted support, got absolutely no where, all I wanted to know how much my bill was. waste of time.

very strange app, can't understand my bill, when I give my meter reading it's show still 3 amounts what I need pay. try to pay by meter reading, but ending up with wrong amount can't understand this app

Absolutely pointless app with no options and little useful information. it appears online means going online to UU and as for service, shocking from a customer point of view and value for money is non existent. Probably giving South Eastern a run for their money !

logs me out when I don't use the app. when opening the app all I can do is register. there is no Login option, so I have to use the web interface. What's the point??

Constant emails and harrassment when l have told them what my problem is and, they forever send new bills. Really annoying that they always demand more

Since my last message, I stopped my direct debit because UU were taking to much money out of my account when what I owed was a lot less than what they were taking out my account. Now on the last day of every month, I take a real time reading, they give me a bill and I pay it immediately. I've found this a lot better as I'm not getting a lot of money needlessly taken out of my account.

really bad experience with United Utilities, you are taking to much money from me, last year you also took to much money from my account, my nabours are still paying normal bill but It seems you have to charge me for the UK's annual rainfall.

i do need help uses have been excellant in the passed to get my bill all paid of about3'000 i have had a break down simple things to remember forget under the stein centre getting heilp i never use to miss a bill but everthing has gone so exspensive nearly 40 a month is alot i get paid fortnighly now so i want to pay something to get myvaccount going i dont have alot left after my daily living am using food banks i get paidnext17th next if uses could help to see if i can pay a bit less everyweek

app is clunky, you log in using details to try and sort things out , which you can't then have to reg-login providing account details which your unable to copy and paste,prior as it basically logs you out from your own home page ,, only then to have a limited contact us form . waste of time and effort
