Linking services such as hotel reservations and tickets doesn't work. I try to book (tickets and hotel) through the app, but then it takes me to the website...what's the purpose if the app? There's a lot of reviews about wait times, but it's not really worth it for me as I usually have express pass. Park map isn't accurate for food. Also, I only visit for Halloween Horror Nights. Thankfully, after the visit my "used/expired" tickets usually show up in my account, just not when I need them.

It keeps crashing, causes the phone to freeze, and have a black screen. One minute, it recognized a hotel reservation, and now it can't find or recognize when I tried to put in the information. It is frustrating that you're forcing us to use a card and app to pay for things. We prefer interacting with people and not a screen, especially when vacationing

One of the more useless and user hostile apps I've used in quite some time. It appears to be piece of collaborative work where the contributors did not talk to each other or work from a common script. Aside from multiple ride stoppages due to 'technical difficulties', we had a decent visit and stay. The app did not provide any value, only frustration. The good news is that every single staff member in the two parks we visited were amazingly nice and helpful. Kudos to the staff!

Kinda Sucks. I'm a week away from my trip and the app is not helpful at all. Can't link my trip or hotel. Put in all the correct information, tried at least 10 times, doesn't work. Keeps asking me to link my park tickets which are only available for at pick up at the Hotel? Thank God I got and saved a confirmation email the day of purchase my trip or else I would have no idea where to go or what I purchased. have heard nothing from UO either since my booking. Expected A LOT more.

Force to use app to order food at restaurants. No mention of this before going in. Also no cash allowed. You have to create an account then put in your card and personal information. how hard is it to provide face to face customer service when placing food orders! I walked down to the next building that had a bar and didn't have to use the app and pay with cash!! How long before the next data breach happens and universal just says, sorry it happened. :-(

Many of the features of the app do not work. Universal pay is inconsistent at best. Sometimes it times out and won't reload at all. And to check your card information, you need to re-enter the security code. I loaded my park tickets and express passes into the app wallet, but it just says unable to load content. The map works well, generally, and ordering food is relatively easy, so that's good. It's nice to see wait times on the app and to see when upcoming entertainment is happening.

The wait times are accurate, but ordering food is rough. The app will freeze or crash while trying to order food. It would be great to have a option to have a digital pass that you can use through the app. You can have a digital ticket on your phone, so why not your actual pass? I miss out on so much time because we swap vehicles and we don't always have both passes together. Multiple times I've had to go to customer service and get a replacement. Please add this feature!

There's room for improvement with this app. There should be a way to view photos taken at the park in the app. I'd prefer if the wait times were shown without clicking on the ride, just show the wait time not the icon. Also, it's hard to select the ride or restaurant I want because of how small and close together the icons are. Lastly, I wish it would just open up to the map instead of a home page and having to select the map.

Not bad, but it's crazy how I had to uninstall the app just to purchase an AP. The site redirected me here to buy a pass, yet it's not an option for some reason on said pass. It could also be easier to use during events (HHN), but it otherwise serves it's purpose well enough. I like the extras they sometimes include too, it's a very nice touch that brings me back to the park with a new purpose.

It's okay. I was expecting more since the park/hotel staff are trained to direct people to the app. I liked having access to menus for food venues. The map feature never worked for us which was disappointing. The park can be difficult to navigate as the big "you are here" type kiosks are no longer around. I would love for the app to offer a green check to use for "did it/visited venue" in addition to just the red heart for favorite, so you have a working "To do list."

I think it would be nice if you could add family members, like let's say you're traveling in a group of 4-6 people. The app should be able to connect people together that are visiting the park together. Also, I can't add my hotel stay to the app and that would be convenient as well. Since I'm staying on property, and the tickets are on the app so having the hotel there too would allow for early entrance and fast pass to be connected. Those things shouldn't be hard to add. Thx

Really like this app, it's great for wait times and the map is very helpful! However, I wish the app had menus for ALL the dining venues and included the holiday/limited time offerings. I'd like to know exactly what drinks are available at the Hog's Head and Fountain of Fair Fortune, for instance. Especially the specialty drinks and food (ie Hog's Tea, holiday meals), instead of hunting down blog posts and trying to remember it all at the parks.

The app is a must but it can get annoying at times. The user interface could be better and I feel they could add features that could greatly enhance the park visit ESPECIALLY when your waiting on a line for 60 minutes. Trivia, mini games and a point to prize system of some kind. Imagine, rack up points from walking or waiting on line and get free buttons, stickers, merch or whatever. I would visit TWICE AS MUCH! Hell, they could even go the route of pokemon go or something. Wait times are bad!!!

The only problem is the glitches, but so far the employees have been very helpful. I'll order something online, and then when I sit down and enter my table number and it will say it's being prepared. When I check back 10-15 mins later it has gone back to the first stage where I have to enter my table number but it's already in the system. So I had to talk to the employees and they got it right for me. Good app just needs to fix the bugs!

This app was very accurate on wait times and if the rides were closed due to weather. It also showed where all the restrooms were. The map was very accurate. I didn't need to have paper tickets or visit will call. The app had all our tickets on it, and we were able to use the app to park hop. I loved that you could mobile order your food from some of the restaurants. We used it to order our food and it was great! I will definitely use this app in the future!

I don't usually write reviews, but for this, I definitely will. Like most recent reviews here, there's definitely a big issue with this garbage app from the wallet to tickets, etc. I've contacted support twice and got nothing so far. I would like to think this is one of the perks of buying these expensive tickets is to kind of easily navigate and have access to what we purchase. Me personally It may be minor to others, but it just may make or break our yearly passes.

It's just about useless. I can't believe a major entertainment venue has such a unintuitive and mostly useless website. Example 1: The map shows where you are, but it has no names of buildings shown, for one to orient one's self. Example 2: try to locate a particular resturant on site.....good luck! Sometimes, nothing is better than something.

The app is a great improvement. It's cleaner and easier to use and navigate. I do have one minor complaint though ..... the VillainCon section, inside the play area where you can create profiles. The actual profile name cannot be changed. When trying to modify a player's profile name, an error message is shown; "Partner did not respond successfully to playfab's requests" Please can this be fixed? Thank you. But again, great improvement otherwise. I really like it.

The parks are great! This app needs significant improvements. The map constantly zooms all of the way out, requiring you to manually zoom back in to where you are all of the time. Restaurants require ordering through the app, which is a great idea. But I couldnt figure out how to change an order before placing it. So I cancelled the order and the app said I wouldn't be charged, but the email I got said I was charged. Order tracking was also glitchy. Ride wait times are also clunky to view

When you add items to your order for a whole family at 3 Broomsticks without being signed in (because it wouldn't let us do it earlier), then it asks you to sign in, it should NOT navigate away from the page of the restaurant - so you know that it did not clear the cart. We ended up thinking it cleared the cart and reordering and had doubles of everything and just wishing it was like a regular restaurant and not app based
