Unscripted Photography Posing

Editing my review because the issue wasn't Unscripted's fault. I actually love this app and use it and the website everyday. I was having issues a while back where it wouldn't let me add more galleries that I paid for, but that was during the AWS outage. I highly recommend this app to everyone all the time. You get so much value for what you pay for with posing, galleries, invoicing, client guides and questionnaires, etc. All the leads I've gotten through the platform have been scams though

After downloading this app for 1 week, this app that I never got to actually use charged me over $200. After I realized what happened and reached out to the company for a refund, they failed on refunding me back even though it was an honest misunderstanding on my part and I deleted the app, my account, and reached out immediately. If you do not plan on using their services often, do not bother with the app. Their customer service is clearly not up to par, and you will not get your refund.

Perfect for photographers who love to connect with their clients while also streamlining the business side of things (contracts, invoices, booking, etc.). I love it so far! Update.... I had a few issues and customer service has been fantastic to work with. Some of the issues were user error, but they were kind and very helpful.

Glitches make it not worth the price. After subscribing, it would not load my subscription to use the app. Telling a user to click restore subscription 5x in a row and it usually works is not good web development. This must be a common occurrence if there is a FAQ for it, which is what I was sent via FB messenger chat. Prior to not being able to log in, the app appeared to be fantastic. But at $160/year for premium features, it should be much easier to log in to actually utilize the app.

This app is amazing. I have been a photographer for some time but recently focusing on clients as well. The tools provide for the fee paid of around 70 was manageable. I see a lot of negative review because of price and limited posess. This app grows and adds new images, It has tones of them already once you pay, and the tools like, invoice, billing, accepting payments, tracking sales, contracts, and so much more including educational are amazing. I typically do not have money to invest but I work full time as well. Sometimes like the lenses I buy, or the camera we use, if we want to move forward a little investment is needed. To complain about a fee that we spend way more on for the camera and lenses we use seems a bit much. I also want free as much as possible, but when it comes to business and how efficient a program is to help you keep in order this is it. The only thing needed is for this program to work on a computer. Once that happens 5 stars all the way. I need this to work there as well.

I love this app! I am a wedding in portrait photographer, and sometimes, I have all these ideas beforehand but I just completely freeze up. Not anymore! I use the unscripted app to plan ahead of time and save poses that I want to do so that if I freeze up or forget everything, I can just pull out this app and look at my saved poses. It really helps to go super fast when needed throughout the wedding day!

Overall amazing app for photographers! It checks all the boxes and then some. From helping you schedule and contacting your clients, to settings reminders and dates, to finding inspiration and examples to use, to finding the best hours to shoot. It's just amazing, and the lifetime price option is a must for anyone looking for an all-in-one photography companion app.

I loved the idea and then downloaded the app as soon as I saw it! Then... For $15.99 monthly or $99.99 yearly I am deleting this! That's outrageous and foolish. No one should ever pay that much for something they honestly could lookup on Google/pinterest for free with just a bit more work. If it was a one time buy under $10 I'd get it but definitely not worth it now and I doubt ever because the price keeps going up.

There are too many similarities between photographers. Most of the artwork they display matches when it comes to editing. It's like when Kim K wanted her IG to be look pink..but for Unscripted it's orange (skintones specifically) .. Their Mac OS app is a complete joke. Not user-friendly nor helpful when running an actual photography business. Really think before spending hundreds a year for posing inspiration that you can find for free on just about every social media platform.

I absolutely love this app. From the thousands of prompts and poses to the technical support and everything in between. I was teetering on the fence on whether or not I was going to start trying to make a business from my passion of taking photos. Then my cousin sent me a link to their advertisement. Reading through everything offered I kept thinking "This sounds too good to be true." Contract templates, poses and prompts, golden hour and blue hour by location, questionnaires and so much more.

I purchased this app in the hopes to streamline my work flow. I have been using it now for a little over 3 months and have only scratched the surface of what all it can do. I fully intend on purchasing the lifetime package and will do so when my 1 year subscription is up for renewal. I recently had a technical issue and the tech support did a phenomenal job thanx to Arin, Faron, Alex and Gabe. Your patience is much appreciated!!! I highly recommend to anyone that needs a one stop shop app.

Being a beginner with professional photography, I have been watching YouTube endlessly. Joined groups and follow every post I can. Constantly screenshotting tid bits of knowledge...watching how-to videos for my camera.. Then I found Unscripted! Total game changer! I finally achieved my first dream golden hour shoot with their sunrise/sunset time display! Now, I was just a "free" account until I found the contracts! I upgraded to lifetime as you can't go wrong with this amazing app!

It's great for booking, pose ideas, and even tracks the sun for best lighting!There are some Podcasts within the app to help grow your knowledge and you can also have clients book you through here as well. However, I still feel like unlocking everything they charge way too much, especially since it is not very customizable.

Its not wrong this could be a great tool, if you are making a good income with photography then there's no reason to not have it. I am disappointed how it seems to be geared towards new/learning photographers but they want so much money. I have a hard time anyone learning or just getting started will use this full app at its current price. $15 a month $100 a year and $120 for lifetime access... Its a bit much i could buy a book or Google similar stuff for free price seems to be to the issue here

I hired LaBella Luna Photography through this app, but after making the payment, the photographer failed to deliver the photos & stopped responding altogether. It was frustrating to feel stuck, but I’m grateful that the app was responsive. They quickly took down the scammer’s page and ensured no one else would fall victim. While the experience was disappointing, I appreciate how the app handled the situation. Gald to know they care about my situation & put measures up to protect others.

I am not longer able to save poses and prompts to specific clients sessions. I am asked to create a brand new session each time which defeats the purpose of the app. The contracts selected, are not matching the questions when sharing with clients. ex: couple session questionnaire selected, thw questions they see are family questions despite everything on my end showing correct in the master of each questionnaire. There is also no way to show cancelation and refund which is important.

This app is well made, the posing cards are very helpful. As a hobbyist shooter just wanting to take photos of friends, the extra features for accounting, booking shoots have no utility. At 20AUD/mo the price basically forbids me from trying their pro features - it's 33% more costly than Lr! While I cannot comment as I'm not a pro photographer, I can say the bar to entry for most hobbyists is likely too high. The absence of a version tailored to hobbyists limits the potential customer base.

Really cool idea but overpriced and difficult to use. It's so difficult to find the poses you've liked or saved each time you go into the app. I would love to see updates that cater for people who are getting photoshoots done and want to look for inspiration. Lots of potential there. I'm not a photographer, just looking for posing ideas for my upcoming couples, engagement, and wedding photoshoots with my partner. I have paid for the subscription.

I think the idea of this app is excellent, especially for semi-pro togs. It's true that one can find those poses on Pinterest or Google, but having them all in one place & being able to mix&match, group them by session and find them back easily without cluttering your personal picture gallery, is a major plus. I give it 3 stars because I found most of the associated prompts quite useless/dull, and (major drawback unfortunately) the app froze often on both Android phones I've tried it on.

The app is good, well thought out and easy to use. But their support is basically non-existent. I have reached out to their support several times and can never get past the awful chatbot to speak with an actual person.
