I definitely recommend downloading this app, I had never felt so great and confident in myself before. Thanks to this app my arms make me want to show them more and make me feel less insecure. The ads are very short and rare, they only come on after your done with your exercises. It's practically perfect if you stick to it! There are no better words to describe it other than perfect.

own exercises and create a custom routine. The challenges and difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) make it easy to adjust time, rest, and intensity. The exercise models are great—you can learn just by watching. However, I'd love more guidance for exercises like push-ups ,as beginner i struggled and some my as well struggle like i did. A step-by-step feature would help. Overall, it’s a great app that tracks progress well, so I rated it 5 stars

This app makes it easy to track progress and reminds you to work out with motivating messages. It's exactly what some who want to start working out need. One optional thing I would suggest to add would be a searchbar when adding exercises to your custom workout so it's easier to find a certain exercise/ different variations of it.
