App constantly logs me out, and when I log back in all my tracking numbers are gone, making the app basically useless. I shouldn't need to reenter my tracking numbers every time I swap to a different app and back. ETA 2-16-26: Now the app just gets stuck on the loading screen. Let it sit for over 20 minutes and still stuck on the loading screen. Absolutely useless.

I don't know what the developers are doing, but everything they change makes the app worse. Expect notifications, NOPE! Expect to open the app and see things coming to you, NOPE AGAIN! I haven't received a notification from UPS in a long time, like longer than six months. I added a tracking number the other day, the next day it was gone. I added again today but when I went back later to see if my package had moved, gone again! Essentially, the app is useless!

Incoming packages show up in the app when not picked up yet (when a tracking number was created), but disappear as soon as they're picked up and have a delivery date set. They still show up on my account online, but they disappear from the app. Why?? Edited to add: looking at recent app reviews, this is an ongoing problem since the most recent app update. Also, I just got a push notification about one of my packages from the app, but the app itself says I have no packages!

Old version was better. The old version kept all the deliveries listed in the app giving me the ability to decide whether to keep or delete them. In the new version package deliveries disappear from the app unexpectedly without warning. I go to the app to get the delivery history on a package I received only to find out it's no longer listed in the app. Another quirk of this app is tracking numbers are randomly either automatically added to the app or not added at all. Frustrating.

It's a nice app and all, but unfortunately useless when it comes to being notified for deliveries. The app told me I had a package (signature required) scheduled to be delivered today from 2pm-6pm. Checking multiple times before 2pm, I see that the delivery time remains unchanged. All of a sudden, when I come back home, around 12pm, I get notified saying I wasn't there to get my delivery... so why didn't the app at LEAST tell me that it was coming soon?

Very, very basic app. Not useful for most things. The scan function doesn't work at all on my Samsung and they don't keep tracking history so I'm just retyping it in every time. Even Google keeps that much. No time savings here. Delete and just use the web. Very disappointing that a company like UPS has not invested any time or money on this app.

I am not a fan of the current UI. The tab for tracking packages coming to me is entirely too cluttered with unwanted suggestions about using UPS services. Way too much information that has nothing to do with tracking shipments. Very similar to a web page that's more than half filled with ads and you have to scroll to find what you're really after.

FRUSTRATING AND WORTHLESS!This application does not indicate where to correct missing information, and consequently, it prevents progression to the next page. This issue occurs frequently, leading me to uninstall it. It is quite disappointing. For a company of this stature, one would expect a more user-friendly experience when utilizing their services.

The app does not allow me to paste an address into the “To” field, which is a major issue for anyone shipping multiple orders. My normal process is to copy an address from my system and paste it directly, but the app prevents this. The web version works flawlessly, but the mobile app’s limitation makes it impractical for real shipping volume.

Not a fan of the new UI. It forces you to the dashboard for everything, not just my packages. When I do get to my incoming packages, if I tap one of them to see details, then press back, it goes all the way back to the dashboard, not my list of packages. What took a second before, now takes double/triple the time.

Absolute Junk! (not the word I wanted to use). It used to work, but I have been unable to login for months despite reinstalling and all the other usual remedies. This is on multiple devices... none work. Strange, considering that my credentials work fine on the website. I guess they should stick to delivering packages and leave development to professionals.

I input information 4 time and then it said "sorry for the inconvenience, try again later" it made me try 4 different usernames before that but it also made me start all over putting in the login info that I wanted! It could have told me the username was used before I got all the way to the end 4 times! I'll just use Shop to track it! it isn't as complicated as this site!

Awful!!! Every time I "receive" a package from UPS, they either "attempt" to deliver it almost an hour before they say they will or it's at the tail end of the wait period. They do not update your status, you can not track the package, and then when you call, they will tell you it will be something like an 8 min wait period, but it ends up being 45 min. Then you get someone who can't speak English and is absolutely rude. I've run out of room. But you end up using the app - and pay to pick it up.

Horrible customer service! It's practically impossible to speak to anyone and the computer just keeps switching you into a loop with no answers. I guess they just hope you'll give up. If for some reason it does direct you to an agent, and your language is English just give up. I wish the sender hadn't picked UPS. If there were a negative star to choose I would.

Useless app. Constantly logs me out. Doesn't pick up on incoming parcels. When I enter a tracking number it shows the tracking but doesnt add it to my incoming parcels and no option to save it so I have to enter the tracking number every time. For tracking, this app is more than useless, may as well just use the website.

Service by UPS is awful. DO NOT use UPS. The app has no real function and exists simply for appearances. If you are able to connect to live person, calling only leads to endless loop of call waiting and transfers to different departments. The tracking map on the app allegedly shows where your package is suppose to be at on delivery truck but is not on the truck or out for delivery. That little map is simply to keep recipients from calling to track their 4 day late packages.

It's useless just like the site. Live agent still doesn't seem to help ether since they read off a script and when they don't know else to say they freak out and start begging you then hang up. Made me pay for import fees 4 times even when I told them I had already paid the first time. They slow to update. So when they realize I was telling the truth that I had already paid they refuse to refund me my money for them 3 other payments. SCAMMERS BEWARE! Delayed my package 27 times!

If you advertise on this app, I will not purchase your product out of spite. I'm here to be productive, not to look at an ad. It now takes longer to look up my packages. The scanner is useless, it doesn't scan tracking numbers on receipts. I can't even paste a tracking number into the field! Between that and your internal theft ring of employees steeling my packages, I no longer want to use UPS services. I despise UPS.

What is going on with this app, lately? It barely works anymore. I can't sign in on the app even though I have biometrics. It constantly tells me my password is wrong. When I am able to sign in, my packages aren't showing and I'm not receiving any notifications anymore. Please fix this app! Or refund the money I've paid for premium service.

Riddled, and I do mean riddled, with bugs. For example, entering a tracking number to schedule a pickup always failed to recognize the number. Worse, it consistently failed to process my CC info giving an error message to "try again later". I did so. Multiple times in fact. I gave up and switched to a PC/web browser. THAT worked perfectly. But NOW I have MULTIPLE charges against my account. Deleting and will continue to use a PC. This app is garbage. Carol Tome should be embarrassed.
