I have alvways had a great experience with the app. The app has just one issue, I am an android developer so I have USB debugging enabled and it does not work while its enabled. It doesn't give any error, it just redirects to the play store page of the app. It should at least give an error that says something like "disable usb debugging". I couldn't figure it out for months until I came to share a review and I read a review from another user who has had the same isSue.
Your app keeps getting updated all the time, but it stays the same as it was before the last update. If you really want to do something useful, then introduce better internet packages, like better Ufone packages. When we get PTCL fiber internet, it only works at home. Whenever we have to go outside, we have to subscribe to a separate SIM data package, which costs extra money. Have to use once or twice a month. But whenever I open, it requires an update and "Not Opening" without that "NECESSARY" update. Now which DRASTIC update comes "Each month" that we are "Not Allowed" to run JUST ONE PREV VERSION? There's "no cooldown" time for users that new update is available but older version will still work for at least a month. Even secure banking apps mostly allow users to keep using the prev version if there are no major changes in new ver. Edit:Their rep makes no sense.
I had a great experience with this app. But now its not opening in my mobile phone from last month and few days. I have reopened, updated it, reinstalled it again and again but still not working. ( when i click to open it start opening the green screen comes but then stoped. I have waited too long but no change). I will give it back 5 stars when this issue is resolved. Other wise i had good experience with it before.
This application does nothing when I open it and stays on the boot screen (PTCL logo) for hours and even if it somehow works while accessing it from notification, it requires login. I tried login and recieved an OTP and after tapping on verify, it does nothing. This is so frustrating. Tried reinstalling it multiple times and turned off developer options including USB debugging but still it does not work on my phone. I have Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
This app has many problems, it's too slow and takes a lot of time to load. It can't open without updating, sometimes when our package is ended and we want to open the app, it says to update. Like most of the other apps, it should also work up to three or four updates.
this ap is helpful. but there are many limitations. ot stucks alot. wprks mostly very slow. there are so many promotional msgs that we receive from ufone. and it says we can subscribe them via this app. but they never appear in this app. data packages of the app are not very user friendly. even creating my own bundle doesn't provide you desired options. i hope ufone will improve its app. it was a little better when it dod not updated to ptcl.
I recently decided to update my Ufone application, hoping for a smoother user experience and new features. However, ever since the update finished, I’ve been facing a frustrating issue: the app simply won’t open properly. Every time I tap its icon on my phone’s home screen, it loads up to the Ufone logo, then freezes there indefinitely. I have Xiaomi MI-11 phone. The UPTCL app used to work in my phone but lately after an app update it has stopped running. the screen freezes as soon as the app starts to run. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help ? I did better than advised. I not only uninstalled the app but after uninstalling I cleared all the cache and reinstalled, but no change. The app still freezes in the begining of it's running.
This is the worst app among other Telecom apps in Pakistan. It asks to get an updated version of itself every week. And ridiculously, the app doesn't work unless we update it. Sometimes, we are out of the internet, and we are in a dire need to get an internet package. Even in such situations, the app doesn't work and asks to update first. This single flaw puts the app the the bucket of worst apps. I would have given a zero star if there was an option available on PlayStore.
Doesn't work. I installed it, it gave me an error. I uninstalled it & installed it again. It gave me the same error. Something about Parsing some characters. I've always just used Ufone connections & I love it. I was looking forward to using this app but I can't courtesy of this error. I hope it gets fixed soon. I'll install it again & change my ratings. edit it's working now so I'm changing my bad rating on one, to three.

I have been using this app for some time now. It was working fine till a few days back but has stopped working for the last two days. Not it does not open. What is wrong? Will the developers respond? Dear Developer Team, I am using a Samsung S8+ device running Android version 9. Before the recent update (about one month ago), your Uptcl app was working perfectly on my phone. However, now when I open the app, the Uptcl logo appears and then the app freezes and does not continue further. Sometimes it opens the login page, but after I enter my mobile number, it gets stuck again and does not proceed. I kindly request you to please resolve this issue. I also clear the cache but not working.
I have been facing a critical issue for the last 2 months. The app hangs immediately on the logo screen and never loads. I tried logging in from a second device; it opens occasionally, but after I receive the OTP, the login fails. I have tried restarting mobile,uninstalling app, clearing data, and system resets, but the app is completely unusable. Very disappointed
Quite easy to use and user friendly interface, all things are better now after lil updates but there is a one main thing that should be improved that is that it doesn't not clearly articulate the usage of data, and doesn't not show the name for bundle that we have subscribed or data we got from from ufone daily login or spin, and sometimes whatever you give free data.
DEAR UPTCL your app is not opening on the device. Whenever the user tries to open the app, it automatically redirects to the Google Play Store, even though the app is already updated and installed. The same app works properly on other devices, which confirms that the problem is device-specific and not related to UPTCL's server. 👍
