The cleaning subscriptions were fairly prices which was the highlight of UC when compared to any other cleaning services and I booked a subscription but after the first time, they'll know that the customer would book again hence increased the price by almost 1500 when trying to renew the same plan. This is not I had expected from UC but at the end they show you their true color. PS: For the below response, the market standard rate cannot go from 2100 to 3400 in 2 months, people are not stupid.

App is good and service is good as well but don't understand the payment mode restrictions. Should be a COD for regular customers and not change it to online only as that could be an issue which ultimately restricts usage of app. Service s are already double the market rate and if someone is availing it, let them pay for it after the service.

I observed that the 'free cancellation ' period is before 96 hours, i.e., 4 days before your chosen slot. Even if one were to be able to foresee any emergency so many days in advance, guess how many days ahead they make slots available for booking? 3 days. So, effectively, there is no free cancellation option. Not that I am eager to cancel a booking, but don't make it look like you are giving an option when you are actually giving none.

False time slots alloted. No customer support. Initially I booked for AC service, but they transferred to Repair. Staff didn't arrive on time. On 2nd calling I was told that it will be rescheduled after confirming the slot with me. But no call came from them. After waiting for nearly 2 hours (~1 hour 50 minutes), I had to cancel. This was my first booking and a Very Unpleasant experience. Now I think I should go with my local service provider, instead of them.

I have booked a 2:15pm slot and no one visited and finally I called at 3:00pm and he informed me that he was on leave and missed the update on the app. When I contacted the customer care they rescheduled when I asked for cancellation because it was too late. New resources took 720 for just steel sink coupling (only coupling not pipe). Not showing 300 in online and local shops. And instead of the bill shared some order form (attached). Overall i have paid 1036 for just sink coupling

Very disappointing first experience. I booked a house cleaning service, paid in advance, and had an 8:30 AM appointment, but no one showed up. When I called the professional at 9, he said he had no helper. No call or update from the company, and there’s no customer care number on the app. Totally unprofessional, poor service, and a waste of time and money. Not recommended at all.

Terrible now. Initially it was good and now is very bad. My booking automatically rescheduled without even my consent to the time of their choice. And that rescheduled booking was marked as unable to provide service literally 10 minutes before the start of the service. What is the reliability you are providing? On top of that I can't even get proper support. Just some rule based chatbot that does not give me any solution not a way to type my issue, no way to escalate it further. No contact no

Very disappointed. I booked a monthly subscription and was told my cleaner would be replaced as she was on vacation. On the scheduled day, no one showed up. The company later claimed the cleaner was denied entry due to an expired visa, which makes no sense, I also checked with the security- NO ONE SHOWED UP ON THE DAY ! Regarding their monthly cleaning package: they advertise that you get your preferred professional every time, but frequently reassign someone else on the day of the visit, and replacements are often late or a no-show. When they miss an appointment, they unilaterally reschedule it to a new day without checking your availability first. And although they offer credits and claim to act on feedback, I have seen no improvements. The service is unreliable and the promises misleading.

They used to be amazing, but the service has only gotten worse. it's impossible to get a human in support for any query. the AI responses are completely useless and there's no way to request to reach a human/agent. Instahelp is practically non-existent, but highly advertised. no professionals are ever available. some are just horrible and not trained.

Horrible experience. Booked AC service for jet wash, simple. The guy spends 15 mins trying to use gadgets to make it seem like something is horribly wrong with my AC (there wasn't, I had used it last night, just needed some cleaning done). When I started digging the guy said "I can only do a deep cleaning, not a foam wash. It'll cost you 1k more". Why? No answer. I asked him to do the service that has been booked. Refused. Waste of time and money! My local guy is faster, cheaper, more efficient.

Worst experience. The Professional did not come even after booking in advance. If you are unable to provide service then why are you giving time slots to allot? Cancellation or rescheduling requirements are also informed at the time when the professional was expected to come. This app does not value the time of the customer. No customer support available.

I had a very disappointing experience with Urban Company customer care. My confirmed booking was cancelled without my knowledge, and a refund was issued with extra charges deducted. As an Urban Plus member, I waited nearly one hour. The service professional called late, and since call not reachable that call, the booking was auto-cancelled. This is unfair, poorly communicated, and unacceptable

Absolutely unreliable. Booked a slot for pest control and they cancelled it at last minute and didn't show a slot for next 2 days. They robo called multiple times in the early morning which was not needed and is clearly a bug. If I am paying in advance and a plus member, how is this service acceptable. Just pathetic. Absolutely Unreliable support, AI bot has been put which doesn't cover so many support things, horrible. Massage guys that you have clearly don't have sufficient training

Downgraded my rating from 5 stars to one star. What's the use of moving your customer support to AI without any option to transfer to Human customer care.. if the issue is not resolved. I had an issue with Microwave service and now I'm not able to reach customer support in this app. You should have a complete solution, using AI will show my issue has resolved but in actuality you stole money from me, without fixing anything.

The service of Urban Company is really good. But one thing i wanted to highlight that, i have observed and faced for regular customers cost will change for next booking once you opt the services. And the cost will be increasing everytime upon booking, which customer couldn't identify bcz it is minute increment. If you compare with non registered moblie no and registered mobile no or email id you will get the difference. The company should give liberty to the existing customers.

I paid ₹5,000 for RO full service from Urban Company and was promised a 1-year warranty. When another part failed, they replaced it and charged me for the part. But they also charged a service fee, saying it’s not included in the warranty — this was never clearly explained. Even worse, after replacing the part, it was not working properly, and I’m worried that because of their product/service, other parts may also get damaged. Very disappointing experience. Please don't use this Urban Company

Worst app and service, booked in the morning and the one time professional came and asked me to resudule the slot so that he can bring the machine which he forgot, I have done, later one more person assigned he did not pick the phone after 30 of schedul time over i have asked help in the chat just mentioned professional getting late contact him, given the same number, but after I have not able to contact help/support, even not giving send message option, I have not any options to contact support

on a prepaid booking the professional arrived and hour late with out material. I have no option but to cancel but I will be charged a fee. no way to reach a professional wasted so much time with a bot. terrible service. not only will they not refund your payment. They will keep rescheduling without checking.

Very poor customer service from Urban Company. I paid in advance via GPay and later canceled the service, but I still haven’t received my refund. There has been no proper response or clear update from the support team, which is extremely disappointing. If you plan to use this app, choose the Pay Later option. Paying in advance feels risky based on my experience. Customers deserve timely refunds and better support. Truly frustrating and unprofessional.
