Urbanic - Fashion from London

Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

If you order something, just order n forget about it the product. Delivery usually takes around 25 days + The quality of the dresses n pants is terrible. Most of the products r made of polyester, They send you a product n then refuse to accept returns for unreasonable reasons. according to them the price tag should be behind the neck, but if the product has come at my home and the price tag is on the waist they will reject your return request. shame on u urbanic. have some fear of karma

I like urbanic old collection like before 6 months ago. Unfortunately the previous version was better. It was a great cheaper alternative to fast fashion with great choices. With the new update, not only did the UI change but the prices for the most basic items had also gone up, and when they do arrive, the quality has immensely deteriorated. And the delivery time takes longer than usual. Although the styles are great, but they are expensive. Please go back the previous version.

Feeling very upset... old version was way better than the new updated version. There were so many varieties and styles. Bought a lot of items... never been disappointed with the product quality and Price. But in this new version the products are very common and the price has gone up higher. There's nothing I want to buy... really worried about this year's durga puja shopping. Please bring back the old version products in the same old low prices.

The previous version of the app was way better. The layout was great and interactive&interesting. The items were way better then as well. I came to buy some accessories only to find all my wishlist gone and the present items are "I'm sorry to say" but nothing more than a waste pf space. There are 10-12 necklaces left in the whole collection, the whole corset section is gone, the winter leggings, the variety of tops is gone. The app is not good. I wish i could get my wishlist back.

I ordered a dress from urbanic then cause of some fitting issue i had to return the product but now they are saying that my return was canceled due to incomplete address issue. but how is it possible it's the same address where they delivered the product.

The products could be good, sizes vary a lot of the time from the size chart. But they have the worst customer service. They will fool you, lie to you, give you half information to trick you, everything in their power to justify their mistakes. Not going to use this app anymore. It has happened multiple times now.

One of the worst shopping app, if you return your items, they do not give your money back. So, if you are going to purchase from this, please make sure that you will not get your money back. Also they have option of email only, don't even have a customer service number, their support is always in under processes & they take days to give revert on your mail, about 1 month is going to be completed & I do not know when they will give my money back, it sucks guys pls dnt purchase from this fake app.

Has great collection and the app is good but disappointed in the recent delivery issue. The time taken is not true to what they claim. I needed something for an event & now I'm left with no other options. The customer service is horrible. They just give you generic excuses and end the chat before you could explain the issue completely.

Clothes are trendy, but most of them are not value for money, because the quality is not that good. Delivery is almost always late. One thing I have noticed that they don't show the bad reviews on products. All products either have 5 stars or no ratings at all. I rated an item with 1 star, even wrote a description, but it doesn't show. I checked via someone else's app too, but the bad reviews just don't appear, which is misleading.

Am deeply disappointed with the delivery service of Urbanic. As far as I can see, their shipping serivces are highly uncoordinated. The first order took nearly a month to get delivered. After that...every other order took so many days to even get shipped that I had to cancel the orders. The products, as it seems are really trendy and fashionable but it's of no use if we don't get it delivered. I hope this problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Customer service sucks. I ask about something else and you reply about something else. And it takes ages for replying my simple question concerning my product. And there should be an option for delivery time. Not everyone is always free. For example, me.. I have classes and my order was delivered at the time when I was not available. And in the tracking thing, they said I rejected the order upon delivery. Please do something about the delivery time. 🙂🙂🙂

Worst app. I ordered a jacket which was not at all as per the picture, the quality was also very poor. I returned it within a day, they picked the order and sent the message saying payment processed, however no payment was initiated. There is no customer care number, only chat and email option is available in which they are just telling me to wait.. its already been 4 months and still no refund has been initiated from there side. This app is a total scam. Lost my money.

New version sucks. I used to order sm before and this used to be my go to app for shopping aesthetic clothes for a reasonable price. Not to mention, almost all the clothes from my list are out of stock since more than year, I was looking forward to have them restocked. But they even removed them now. And new stock, it's so costly, almost okayish, nothing special. I'd rather have my list to get restocked than to have new okayish pricey stocks. Give back older version and stock,it was way better!

One of the items from my order was missing as they cancelled it stating 'out of stock' however I did not get a refund from them and their customer service communication is pathetic. There's no calling feature you can only communicate through mail so it's up to them when they plan to respond. Although the product quality was good of the product that did get delivered but I'm skeptical till I receive a response from them.

I ordered few items. One of them was missing. And I reported this to the support team. The support team has not even responded since then. I kept emailing them. After a week they are just closing the ticket without any response. Urbanic is just scamming people with the clothes delivered different from what it is in photos and 0 support. I raised a request for return 3 days ago with the pickup scheduled 2 days ago. But till yet no response from that as well. Worst app ever.

Horrible return experience. The product details are not mentioned properly. You'll not know the fabric type. It took 15 days to reach the order. For returning the order You'll have to break your head. It is the worst. The return request gets rejected multiple times. They have mentioned "Easy return" in their website, but believe me, it is the worst I have ever experienced. Don't buy anything from urbanic. Myntra and Ajio provide far better products in less price and time with hassle free return.

It's very complicated. Don't understand how to use this. It's not simple app like h&m, Amazon app. Every time they change the Ul and also when you search the product you don't get the correct product. I really wanted to buy something but it's very complicated. One more thing keep your app simple and add more product so that everyone will use easily.

I don't really mind the app itself, but the products for example I'm a plus size and I couldn't find anything in my size which is really sad. Before it did have plus size section but it was limited hardly anything now there's no sign of plus size clothing at all. Really disappointed. Or else the clothes and everything is really good only thing they should expand the size range.
