this app is bad I downloaded it n after three hours it still doesn't wanna allow me to enter my Gmail account all these apps are no good the saying we need to download the app to get our money but it's all lies

Not useful for all payment applications, like on-line purchases; not useful in many stores

It looks like the app just got a new update with a new look. So now that I'm trying access the card details, the app keeps crashing. Prohibiting me access to card details. Now I can't see the information I need.

Tried signing up with two emails, one my ISP email, the other my gmail email, and multiple attempts with both failed to get me a verification code. Maybe they require you to call them first? But if so, the app sign up process should make that clear.

I sign into the app. Then to view details of the card it sends otp to my email. Put in the otp and it logs me out of the app and back to square one. Called support and spoke with Tony who was no help at all. Said his manager would call me. Well Tony lied. Still no phone call from a manager and still unable to view card details. So now money that can't be used.

The app doesn't work. The app doesn't work. I've been fighting with it for a couple of hours. It won't register me, won't let me in to see my card account. Completely useless. The app doen't work. Stay away!

You know what would be cool? If your app actually sent the login code to my email address. Ive hit resend half a dozen times. I give up. Your developers must not be very good.

app won't let you use biometrics to login anymore, and half the time the cards don't work at certain stores.

I been trying to register for an account, it never sends the code to my email, I been trying for three days and still didn't receive a code in my email.

Will not allow transfer to google wallet! Not user friendly.

Be real i don,t see anything wrong with this app you may find it disficult to use the app its depends on your location and this cards are offline users only or physical card it has to be use in the bank also to redemeed your card.. Codes are send to phonenumber or email or spam message definatly you check your details. This app is only made specially for the usa indighnes poeples You dont have to do anything wait till your code arrive studies how to use it

Unable to get a verification code, called the bank, and they just passed me around because they don't know who is supposed to handle the situation.

Not showing card. Two two weeks to register(it kept kicking me out/closing everytime I attempted to use the email to register)

Not getting the OTP like everyone else and USBank basically said this service isn't offered. i don't get it. It looks like it is.

Unable to login on main screen. Glitch in program.

Just horrible. Login issues. Not user friendly.

won't let me use at any convenient store, declined it everytime I tried 7 different times at 6 stores

Didn't send notifications to email and therefore failed to activate the account.

No matter how many times or emails I enter I cannot log in.
