Made an app in English but not all translated. Good idea would be to offer a choice of various languages at the time of installation of the app. Network times out during configuring - before you can add mini camera. If somehow the network setup goes through by the time you'll fall asleep it'll set a password to access your recordings that even you won't know, so basically you won't have access to the data. No password reset option (which you don't know from start). You loose all data instead.

As many others have stated, this app is terrible. The dialog boxes are all in Chinese, it sends multiple notifications out, all in Chinese (I did figure out how to disable them) and though I got it to finally connect to my camera, you have to connect to the camera internal wifi in order to view the camera live, it doesn't work if I remain connected to my house wifi. Overall a miserable experience that is not intuitive at all. Translate it to English and get rid of all the ads in the center!

It doesn't work, yet it pulled up my pics off my phone when it states the camera is offline. The instructions are the same instructions for a different camera I bought.EXACTLY the same. I deleted the app and changed all passwords. All the great reviews??? Don't buy, plus the app is mostly in Chinese when it comes to requesting information about the product and I had to have a friend translate. No thank you. Waste of money!!

this app is terrible. a lot of the settings can't be changed despite giving the option. the parts you can change revert to original settings when not in use. I got two new cameras as a replacement for my old cameras which are exactly the same that used the v365 app. this app is very basic and amateurish in comparison. the picture quality is dire. my other cameras could follow any movement and send notifications when motion was detected. the scope of vision is vastly reduced aswell. please fix.

It's ok.. barely does the job. Lags pretty bad, even though my wifi is fast. Quality is bad.. doesn't capture half of the pictures or movements, isn't user friendly.. and when I turn the sound on, I can hear someone else's conversation through the speaker somewhere else.. gonna upgrade to something better. The app and device is OK, just don't use it for keeping a high value area safe.

I just read the privacy policy of this app and it is truly terrible. So good I have an application firewal so this monster could not exfiltrate completely irrelevant data like the list of the installed apps on my phone to be shared with anyone. Can not let this trojan work on my device

Worst app I’ve ever ever used can’t understand a word of it as it’s in Chinese it just will not even connect. It’s just taking me around in circles. I’ve tried on three different different phones. I’m just sending myself crazy. I did buy it for hubby for a Cameron in his car but there goes that idea. It’s a piece of plastic to be nice but you’ll know what I really wanted to say it’s a piece of! Definitely do not recommend. unless you wanna end up in a psychiatric ward.

waste of 20 bucks, the first thing you notice is you must register to this app by using your Credit Card information, it says in large letters it's a free app and your Credit Card won't be charged....thats ridiculously stupid.....based on the other negative comments about advertisement bombs, issues with wifi and use....it's gonna sit in a box and I'm done....I am not registering by Credit Card...

terrible app..cant do anything without cloud storage which is constantly offered through adds...yet the " cloud storage" isn't even available on this app! constantly asking for paid " cloud storage" subscription..but I already have my own cloud account, why cant I use that?? no fill light, or alert light or network light to be found yet they are parts of the settings you can toggle " on and off". Battery level is absolutely not displayed accurately as it can be completely flat and display 100%

Notifications are on but I do not get notifications sent to me. PTZ feature can't Zoom The subscription quality is the same as normal quality without subscription doesn't support Onvif protocol to connect to a DVR as IP cam

absolute rubbish, more interested in playing ads than providing a camera monitoring service. No i dont want your Cloud Services.... if they are anything like your App, my data will be offered to someone in an Ad on the deep Web!

Don't buy cameras that use this app. Useless app, full of ads and asks for intrusive permissions. Everything is cloud side so you can't access it from your local network nor use a different app to control it.

The App is manageable and orderly. Now the Camera I have states it's wireless. However it Has to be Plugged into an outlet to connect to WiFi or else it just relays it's Offline. Which is odd.

Chinese app that doesn't help at all...it keeps erasing the camera from the app. You need to reinstall the camera monthly in the app. Such an annoying thing. A star is too much for this app.

Does not work properly on phones' freezes a lot, but also runs down the battery on the phones. This should be made to be on the laptop too.

every time you have to setup the setting. every time camera move to its defalt setting and when on motion sensor didn't on main lights. please solve this problem.

The ads is annoying, No option to remove ads that is obstructing my view till it finish playing. Ads sap too much data, I don't need those ads

RETURN WHATEVER U HAVE THAT USES THIS APP. I don't know what the hell is wrong with this app. I mean a child could have had made a better version. I have set up the camera over a dozen times. Everytime I go to check it the camera is no longer there and I have to start all over again. the ads stop you from accessing it rt away so if its an emergency your screwed.

I shouldn't have to scan for new device every single time I want to check my camera notifications or open the app. it doesn't save the devices I've synced up to my phone and WiFi and currently in the process of finding a compatible app for my security cameras to switch and delete this worthless garbage app that's going to do NOTHING but waste your time with adds.

Same as all the other garbage from the big red country, you set it all up close the app open it back up says can't find device. Well that is pretty much the apps main job to hold the device.. You had it 2 min ago. Take camera back down start the whole process over. I csnt wait till apps & technology era is over. What's next gimme something new..
