Vaulty: Hide Pictures & Videos

I tried the latest update. Image zooms work as they should now. Unfortunately, Google drive backup still does not work. I've tried resyncing and logging out and logging back in, but nothing works. I don't understand how the main issue of the app is still a problem. Unless there's a way that I'm not aware of for fixing Google drive sync, I'm keeping this at 1 star.

This is a solid vault app overall, but it feels like every update fixes one issue while introducing several new ones. For example, currently the 'Set Album Cover' feature is broken. I can select a specific photo for an album cover, but when I come back later, the cover images have changed to something random. Basic core features like this being constantly broken gets pretty frustrating.

Been using it for years now, it is fantastic! Discreet looking icon, pin protected, and when the wrong pin is put in it takes a picture with the selfie camera to catch whoever did it, then creates a folder labelled "mugshots" and stores them there so you can see who was trying to access the app! It's simple and easy to navigate, and stores everything for years. I recommend it to all of my friends!

Horrible after update. I try to reinstall vstocks because it stopped functioning properly only to find that it isn't available anymore. The app that I paid for disappeared and was replaced with another version that's asking for more payment for the same features. I download anyway and import my gallery only to find out that it's put a heavy storage burden on my phone and it won't let me remove all of my files from the vault! A complete downgrade from what it was before. Don't waste your time.

I've paid for a subscription through January of this year and it is not being recognized. They want me to buy another subscription. I thought that maybe there was a bug and signed up for a free trial to see if it might "reconnect" my original subscription, but instead it actually signed me up for a second subscription (which I was able to cancel)

Okay, thought this was good at first, but it is almost impossible to exit out of watching a video inside this thing. Once you watch it, you have to click back 50 times for it to finally start thinking about exiting. This little bug is enough to drive me insane, why make it impossible for someone to exit a video without spending an entire minute trying? Also, why do the thumbnails appear in random order and size? So confusing to use, and you have to look at itty bitty thumbnails scattered.

UNINSTALLED - I Paid for a lifetime subscription a few years ago to remove ads. The dev is no longer honoring that deal and now requires a monthly subscription. I understand they need to make money, but that is not how you do business. Only new users should have been moved to the subscription model. The app now shows a 5 second ad every time I go into or out of a media item, making it completely unusable. Thank goodness most phones now have secure folders to lock down anything you desire!

it's not nearly as secure as it advertises. The name implies that your items are somehow secured and completely encrypted with a special key, or something. However, all this really does is hide the videos and pictures from being listed in the Gallery, but anybody who wants to can have access to your videos with no additional effort, and your photos with only a minor bit of effort. This is not secure at all, but useful to keep out casual intruders.

I was all for the security concept, but what good is it,if you lose what youre trying to protect? It seems I have lossed all photos in prior phone thru app. I have not had any success in transferring them on this phone. I chose important things to keep in it, in order to lose them as the photos are taken totally away from the photo gallery. Unfortunately, I think I will need a better way to secure photos, or simply printing a hard copy of everything right away that's worth keeping.

Vaulty used to work great and maybe it still does for some. However for the past few weeks it will just crash when i try and open it on my samsung phone. I have un-installed it, re-downloaded it, restarted my phone the whole deal and it still crashes on me. I don't know what happened since the last update. I loved it before but now it is disappointing.

Works great! You can save pictures and videos but I keep waiting to lose all my pictures when they ask it start paying. I'd absolutely have no problems paying for an app like this except that they hold your pictures hostage. Pay or lose everything. Just once I'd like to see an app like this say move your pictures and video because your trial is about to end or buy the app for just $____. I still don't know of this is a pay for app.

I've used this app for a while and I liked the fact that is free, but only has the limitation of the photos uploaded. That's fine for me. The reason I'm giving a 1 star it's because I've been chasing the support for a refund, because by mistake I paid and subscribed to their anual plan, once I realized I canceled and emailed them to issue the refund, and so far no answer at all. I'll be still waiting for an answer and most important, for my refund, that this transaction feels more like a robbery

I think this app is pretty good. Wanna hide top secret screen shots? Done! wanna hide pictures of gifts? You got it bub! Don't want anyone snooping and finding a picture of your "landing pad"? this app hides ALL of that. It asks for a secret pass word. If that's not enough, you can even disguise the app as another app! To top it off, you can have multiple vaults, and back up your pictures in case you get a new phone. :D

I've used vaulty for a few years now and the only issue I have is that when you inevitably break your device, it doesn't transfer your photos to the new device. And the back ups dont really work. other than that. I love it. it works like a dream. easy and quick access to the things that you dont want people to accidentally stumble upon. 🤤🤤😝

Excessive amount of and exceptionally instrusive ads which you can't close or have to watch for a very long time. Premium price is a robbery. It's a shame because the interface and options are excellent, maybe the best I found.

This app used to loop videos but recently stopped. Also, when a speed for the video was selected, all videos stayed in that speed until changed or app was closed. I would love if these items were fixed, or there was an option added to loop videos. Otherwise, great app! No issues ever EDIT! The functionality is back! thank you so much!!

This app was supposed to be a very secure space to put things in that you want to protect. Not So. I put some pictures inside the trash inside this app so that no one would know that they were there to protect prying eyes. Nothing dirty or anything like, just regular photos. I Somehow, those pictures got deleted out of the trash bin. There is no auto delete selection to this app, meaning they're not supposed to be accessible. Im going to delete this app.

vaulty has removed your store personal data one by one. without knowing to you. also u not get back such data return after back up. nor getting response from vaulty team so do not use the such app.. Vaulty Team is not supporting if you facing any issue regarding his app. Given mail ID also not Responding. syncing on shown while to are doing back up activity. but nothing can back up. not a single image can be restore.... very poor response against the raise query

There is no reason for these vault apps to charge regular subscriptions! It's a simple offline app like anything else! Over £2 a week? For what?? These apps just rename and move your image files! It literally doesn't cost the devs anything for you to use their service! Total scam. I'd rather forego privacy than pay a regular sub for a simple app I could easily make mysel for free. Ugh, I hate mobile app econony. Everyone just takes what they can get away with, and users have to accept it.

Everything is good about this app. However, since I have more than a thousand images and videos that I had stored in there, the app seems to not display all the images that I had stored in there. also the images and videos just duplicate all the time. please fix this issue.
