loads of problems and glitches. never can you recharge and get it immediately. any kind of modification takes forever to get through. so many errors. it's very frustrating. otp access is old. we need fingerprint entry like the 2025 we live in.
I bought esim because I thought that I can activate it in just a minute the I already and pay it's pass almost 6 hours until now I don't received any email I try to call call center nothing also no response me just I'm idiot waiting for nothing. I'm really disappointed because I need to use it that y I try to buy this esim.
I bought one sim and it arrived two more for free. Thanks for that, maybe I will need them. To active the sim it's a matter of minutes as they said, so I'm pretty satisfied with that. It consists in photos of your id card and a video where you are asked to pronounce a sentence and that's it. The very app works well for me. It is basic regarding its functionalities but at the end those are what you really need: giga used, credit recharge, etc... I never had any problem in terms of signal quality.
Great app. I have been using Very Mobile for quite a few years now, and what can I say? The service is amazing, and not to mention, for the economic price, you can get a lot of gigabytes My only issue is that the internet connection does tend to get slow in some areas, and the app has to be updated every few days. I just updated it yesterday, and now it's saying I can open it at "11:30" Other than that, amazing app, amazing service, just a few things that needed to be improved Keep it up, Very!
I bought with 2 month free offer, The speed is far better than Iliad as I have previous both 5g but verymobile was significantly faster.
This app, just like Very itself, is terribly bad. Wouldn't accept PayPal for recurrent billing so I had to do it through the desktop website. No customer support unless you go and look for a phone number via the blog. They used to have online chat but that seems to have disappeared. Everytime you manage to speak to customer service they all sound like it's their first day on the job and most of the times the line will cut off and they won't call you back. Avoid this operator like the plague
I was very happy with the offer and the service until I went to Uk. In fact i subscribed to the offer related to call in UK, i modified the options in the app to allow to make call abroad …and still I coudn’t make a call in UK. So i had to make a paying call to Very Customer Center just to record my desire to make call in Uk (which is strange having already subscribed and paid for this service). Not a good service at all, I hope to have the cost of the call reimbursed.
everything about this line is very good , I have been using it for the past 2 years and is very good, it doesn't take excess charges when you don't recharge , the internet stops till you recharge and it starts count on the day you recharge unlike other networks , for me as a foreigner the only problem is that i can't use it to call my homeland (country) I would love it if they make amends on this areas. thanks
Actually one of the best value provider, just sometimes they charge you for some random text messages included into the bundle... Don't even try to ask them a refund... They'll say "yes yes, we're sorry about that, that was a mistake, we'll refund you immediately... and Bla bla bla!" and after you hang up with the customer care they just ignore you and you never get back the stolen money...
Helpful, well organized and ... it works, unlike many others.

Practically there is no customer support. They just answer the phone in a few hours during the day and tell you the system is not working. Also the chat box in the app or email, no matter how many times you send them messages, you will hear nothing !
This has got to be one of the worst mobile companies I have ever had to deal with. Their customer services is atrocious, one rep even has the audacity to hang up on me after I asked him for an email to send my dispute too, he was incredibly rude talking over me and not doing anything to help my situation. He would repeat the same thing over and over without even listening to me. The problem was they had taken money from my PayPal account automatically and didn't reactivate my phone, lairs.

Very slow response stat. It should have an option for English. Very has relatively lower speed and connectivity as compared to other service providers.
Very affordable and easy to use but I can't give five stars because the network needs to be improved on. It is not as fast as other networks and that makes it a little bad.
Wifi DONT WORK on some places and i hate it for the price i pay every month, i cant even stay on a call for a minute wile driving. but service very good

I did an MNP from TIM to VERY and it is working fine. TIM stole me a lot of money, even when the phone was switched off. I also bought an extra SIM card from Wind 3, which, that too, is working fine. Decide for yourselves!
It is a good app but I don't know what happened my very app is not working. I'm trying to open it since day before yesterday but it's not opening . I'm requesting you to fix it ASAP
