First off, the location indicator is horrible, it says I didn't clock out when I know I did. Then sometimes shows I'm clocked, then my agency calls me so I have to send them a screenshot showing the time I clocked in and out, it seems my paychecks are smaller since I started using this app. 0 STARS!! It's the most unprofessional app I've ever seen or used. Not to mention, I tries to tell me to clock out 3 hours early for some unknown reason. I miss time cards I miss the old system 😭

Hate it! There's always something wrong with this app. Constant glitches and updates and still ain't worth the trouble. Missing time. And it keeps screwing up my pay. I don't work for free. I'm about to just quit if they dont find another form of time documentation because this is ridiculous. I would rather just submit a paper timesheet at least I won't be having holes in my paycheck because of missing time.

Most day's it is grea, but when it says to clock out when I am supposed to clock in it really messes up my time. The, the timekeeper gets upset that it needs to be fixed. There has also been no clock in or out when I am positive I did the clock. I do not have a SAD device to use tokens, so I keep getting in trouble for the app messing up. Not nice! I am doing my job so the app needs to be accurate ALL THE TIME. We worked hard taking care of loved ones but pay gets cut short on mess ups.

I'm the client and the employer, and I didn't think there were any problems with the app until today. Got a call from my ins saying I'm at a very low percentage of clock in and outs, and could be taken off program all due because the app is not showing the clock ins. I mentioned that at times, the only problem I've noticed was the map symbol, not lit. so it could be the GPS not working. App has been updated. there is no need to update, I don't know what else to do? Will have to call them.

Every time I go to log out, it says there's another session in progress, and the previous shift will be ended without a valid time and asks me to log in instead. That is an AWFUL bug to have, and really causes a LOT of concern. Only once in a rare blue moon am I logged out correctly (with total hours and in/out location displayed), and in the mean time, I have to constantly have my employer check my hours, which they should NOT have to do. FIX. YOUR BUGGY. APP. PLEASE.

Update: The clocking has been corrected and the GPS has somewhat been corrected over time. The location is still off, but the app is usable. Prev: I clock in at the correct time MST and it changes my clock in time to CDT! - GPS function is way off. I'm in the home and it is telling me that I am not at the location. But the worst is that I can be standing in the same spot and 3 different attempted clock ins will show 3 different distances. I was standing still and got 8.-, 3.-, then 29.-ft!

It works, however it could use some improvements. For example, I use the alternate device to clock in & out. When I input the clock in # it shows me the time, but not when I clock out. So I'm not sure if it went in or if it registered the right time. I would like to have a log of all my in/out device # and time. The other issue is that I have multiple clients, I would like to see their names instead of their # to make it easier to select the correct client. Or a nickname or color.

Will say I'm miles from the service point when I'm standing in the center of the house which delays my clock in/ out time and doesn't alert when my shift is 10 to over anymore Messaged the company because the app was throwing errors meaning no logging in and they said to ask my employer who also had no idea what was going on! Absolutely horrendous, I'd give zero stars if I could . I never thought I'd say I miss time cards but god do I miss them, they never gave me headaches like this app has.

This app is so bad. It takes me 20 minutes to clock in and about the same to clock out. When I go to clock in the next day it says I haven't clocked out for day before . I screen shot every clock in and every clock out. I can never get a hold to girling to even complain and want a token back. App is never working right. Most days it clocks me out . I'll go to clock out and it 5ells me to clock in. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Helpful, but reminders only work if your company inputs the TOD for you, there is no option for you to enter them yourself... which would be very helpful to those that have varying or frequently changing schedules. Also logs out alot. Also, this update I am required to download is taking forever....

Mostly good sometimes there is a problem with the clock out of one client, and the point of clocking back in for my other client. Being as the same household because of my own parents being my personal experience I am just trying to let you know from my experience, I have found that you are better off with the clock out and back in if you give at least a minute to 2 min window between the point of member shift changes. Alright well I'm glad to have access to a good job and agency Girling.

This thing always has issues it fried my first phone so I got a backup phone because I will not put this app on my personal device most the time it won't let me sign in it has some sort of login issue. I genuinely don't know why we moved over from paper sign in sheets because I have to use those anyway and I prefer them tbh 9/1/22 App is still bad, won't let me long in. Constantly says I'm too far from the service location when the device doesn't leave the room. Absolutely terrible

02-08-2025 This app is a hot mess. The GPS is horribly inaccurate. The GPS normally puts me 2064.0 feet from the home, and I am literally in the bedroom or other part of the one bedroom apartment. Lately the piss poor app has put me 753.6 miles from the home when I am actually in the one bedroom apartment. I was told to change my device settings. That's not happening. I'm not changing the settings in my personal device to accommodate an app that'll eventually force me to do a factory reset.

There are problems with logging time. There is no past time logs, no way to see when you worked, no way to keep track of amount of hours worked all together through out the week. There isn't even a way for the employer to see any past logs that they have submitted to the payee. No way to see what logged hours employee was paid for on checks, without contacting payee company. No way to prove that there was actually time claimed. So disappointed with this app!!

When you require updates, it's a near impossibility. There's no smooth transition to do what you're requiring. I just watched a blank screen for half an hour, attempts to log in were worthless. This is someone's livelihood, they need to clock in and in a timely, smooth, user friendly manner. Do better!

I've had issues in the past but the app seems to be working fine. My complaint is the application time is not in sync with the phone or universal time. Clock in/out time changes over time as days or week pass. Sometimes clocking in at 6:00 on the dot puts me 30-60 seconds behind or ahead. A feature needed is to have a clock shown through every step of the app. There needs to be a full clock in timer shown for the token method before clocking out. The non-token method has a full timer to track.

Logging in requires that I turn off my Wi-Fi. But if for some reason I forget to turn it back on I use up all my data. That has happened at the beginning of each month! This is a serious problem & needs to be fixed. Other minor glitches occur but nothing like wiping out my data purchase for the month in a single day!

Horrible it just started clocking me in automatically and then doesn't even clock me on time.. Then it's off by a min. So when you think your clocking out let's just say 4:30 your really clocking out at 4:29 this is when you do it manually. This app needs some upgrades really bad.. Especially after reading some of the other reviews.

Horrible app! Vesta Developers- I have had trouble with trying to clock in and out with this company from day one! This app needs serious help! There are so many problems with this app but also the alternative device is not any better. I'm not sure how this company expects people to use their devices to clock in and clock out when nothing works. You guys really need to get your act together!

I too feel there needs to be more done to help the caregiver insure compliance with clocking in/out there have been times where I believe I have clocked out, only to find out the next day when I go to clock in am I shown a message that I had not with only 2 choices to select that are rarely accurate of why the clock-out didn't register. I suggest a better messaging method via the app and a confirmation text or email. I would be willing to be a participant in trying to resolve such issues.
