VetsApp: The App for Veterans

To be honest it makes you sign in or go here or there. Best just to use the actual VA app or directly to the website. I had wondered why it wanted me to sign up instead of using the normal credentials, now I know why. And since it's not connected it truthfully doesn't need you to create a profile to use the app. It's just collecting your info, displaying ads, etc. Additionally it says it doesn't store any info on you then as you read it actually does. Reading is fundamental.

Great app after you learn what and how to use it. Once you get past the learning stage you can do so much more without having to call and call to get help with updates and corrected. You can find and do about anything you want to in your files that you need to keep it up to date. Order your medication refills. Leave messages to your doctors or ask him questions. It is one great app for abled disabled veterans to have and use.

Awesome app. I recently sent a 3 star because I thought the app wasn't updating as it should. Turns out it's an issue with Google, so I changed my rating. It's a great app for refilling prescription, messaging your care team, and more!

I use vetsapp alot. Logging in is a bit cumbersome. Be careful about pressing the back button, it can sabotage your progress, all in all. Seems good, especially the messaging component. You will still need to call for certain things...but it's easy access to benefits documents, etc.

This is of great benefit for vetrens. I can get forms and have the paper work done and turned in. Thank you for all the hard work that has gone into this site.

They ask me for a credit card to verify then decline it when it is good. I was just looking for Myhealthevet app and it cannot be found. It showed me all these other apps that are useless to me. I just wanted test results. The app told me that my email address was already attached to an account but there was no log in option. This new Vet App sucks

It used to be a 5 star app. Something has drastically changed. I'm no longer able to sign into the MyHealthe VetsApp. Forced to use the VA.GOV app, which is cumbersome and has limited access to essential information on labs, tests, imaging, etc. which can be viewed and downloaded via BlueButton and downloaded with a premium account. It used to be a 5 star rating until VA.GOV got involved. It eliminated all of the useful features. I've found a way around VA.GOV. I'm back to the original VA.GOV.

After a few glitches and fixes, the app works GREAT! I can request med re-fills, check appts and send"secure messages" to my health team. Thank you, too the app team for being so quick to respond to messages and looking into any problems I reported.

There is no way to login. Every time i try it says my credentials are wrong. I TRY to reset my password and there isnt anywhere to put my email. This app is in need of fixing. It allowed me to sign up it even sent me an email but cant login....

I love the app the links are all needed. I just already have healthy vet and the other websites practically on my computer and phone. So right now it is not practical for my particular set of needs. At some point in time. I will need it and will come back. Thanks for your service.

Good discounts and deals at certain times. Specials are a hit or miss. App acts up or interface sends user to redirect tob a Web browser, a lot, in order to start looking for specials and deals on whatever product link is redirecting to site. App has benifits and beneficial information.

Although it's a bit slow, everything's in one place. And they've made every effort to keep our data secure. It's no more complicated than any other app, and once you learn your way to what you need it's a breeze.

Currently unable to verify my email. It brings me to the app store to open the app but from there I'm still not able to log in. My email is in the system but not enough to log in. Lots of other information tho just can't log in.

Does not update automatically, and it says report it. I'm not sure why, but it keeps saying it can not update.Once you hit the refresh button, it does something, but I'm not sure what.This has been happening for about 3 weeks.

This has been my go to app when I want to message my doctor or manage other features regarding my Healthcare. As such, it is an excellent source of information. The weekly giveaways are great as well. Highly recommend.

From the App I was prompted to input credit card info... almost immediately had some fraud charges on my credit card. Correlation doesn't prove causation, but I'm uninstalling to be sure.

A solid site. Good job, easy to navigate. With the low iq, I lug around, and I am able to find almost everything I have needed.

IMO, has all that i need and easy to use for someone who is tech savvy, maybe confusing for others. Overall, easy navigation.
