I recently downloaded the app and did an online appt. The service offered is fantastic. I was very happy. The app however sucks, I couldn't get the sound on while in an appt which was annoying. Was unable to purchase my prescriptions through the app had to go on my computer. The app is really buggy and left me frustrated during my appointment. Just easier to not use the app at all. Couldn't even switch to a different card to get my dogs meds. Kept telling me it couldn't add it.

Was set up for autopay without my knowledge somehow. Sent medication I no longer needed and then was almost charged 5 days later for the same medication. They say there system was having issues... They won't refund money. Also with there service fees you'd be lucky to save money on medication regardless.

I highly recommend it to anyone who can't make it to an avian or regular vet! Every vet I've met is very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They literally saved my bird, Taffys life!

They have changed their model to add fees at every step, including emailing prescriptions you paid for already to the pharmacy. Their preferred pharmacy partner that they send prescriptions to at 'no cost' offers no visibility on medication cost and is actually much higher than previous online partner even when you factor in the dispensing and delivery fee. You cannot submit your request to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy unless you download the app. Last time using this service.

, I love this app everyone is so kind and great and helpful and just takes away your fears when your loved one is sick or hurt and you feel helpless, & with our pet families limited vocabulary we've all been there needing reinsurance that were doing it right and they're going to be okay it just makes you sleep better that night when you were a ball of nerves and you hear a trained professional tell you it's going to be okay it's everything to you at that moment I would definitely recommend them

Absolute scam. The app and the service is a scam. You will just spend extra money that you could spent on your pets health at a legit vet. They can not prescribe anything that requires a prescription. They can't legally do a physical or exam over the Internet and because of that they can provide treatment or prescriptions. All they can do is tell you to get the exam and physical blood work done at a Vet. office and get back with them. Meaning you will be going to two vets pay two bills.

This has been so helpful for my kitten! I love being able to see a vet right away.

Super easy to use and very reasonably priced. I love that I don’t have to leave home, and my pet gets everything they need without the stress of traveling in a vehicle. Such a convenient and stress-free option!

no setings to test audio and video connection, fail to make proper use of app

This app literally saved our Axolotls life. I was so desperate for an exotic vet to see our Axolotl who was very rapidly declining. With Vetster I was able to find a Dr who genuinely cared, prescribed medicine and gave us a treatment plan, and saved our Axolotls life. And it was incredibly affordable and such easy access to have continuous conversation with the vet for follow up questions. Thank you SO MUCH.

Loved the vet!!! Rx fee $15.99 no matter what. Whether you buy from them directly or send to another pet pharmacy there's a fee for $15.99. Absolute turnoff. Will not use after all my prescriptions are done for my dog. Glad I didn't sign up for the membership.

Does not give me the option to use biometrics.I have a lot of trouble with passwords.

The new prescription transfer process through the app is ineffective and forces you to pay a fee. There are 3 options: send prescriptions to a physical pharmacy (app says 'Unavailable') and won't allow me to select that option, so I'm forced to choose one of the remaining options. Order online (service fee of $16, higher rx cost, shipping cost) or contact customer support to facilitate a transfer to my pharmacy (service fee of $16). Fix the app to allow users to self transfer RXs.

audio would not work! nothing tech support suggested worked! had to text the vet entire visit and it was very frustrating!3 stars cause the vet was nice otherwise it would have been 1 or 2. dissatisfied with having to pay full price but didn't get the full service should have got some kind of discount for your system not working properly... it was not on my end cause I have high speed Comcast internet and a new Samsung phone!!! it was not my audio it was yours.you will lose customers

I don't like having to pay 6.99 for 2-3 day shipping yet didn't receive it on the third day and it says it won't be here for another 1- 4 days, still. Don't waste your money on extra shipping costs because you're going to be waiting the same amount of time as the least expensive one. What a scam 😒 If I could give 0 stars I would

Won't be using this service again. They don't warn you when booking an appointment that there are issues with dispensing prescriptions - even when that's your reason for booking the appointment! Ended up costing me more than a conventional vet visit with a delay of several days for my pet to receive treatment. Very disappointing.

I've used Vetster a couple of times in the evenings, when no local vets are available and the closest emergency clinic is 45 minutes away. Off hour appointments have been available and I'm super happy with the vets we've spoken with. Very happy with the service!

Easy to set my first appointment for 30 minutes out. And customer service was so amazing. He texted me before the appointment and said this particular vet didn't feel comfortable doing something so he reached out to several other vets and changed the appointment and he even refunded me partial because the new vet had a lower rate. The customer service is amazing

I've been trying for over three days to get a simple email link so that I can validate my account and Vetster can't seem to even manage that much. An AI chat didn't do it and a real person (Robyn) didn't do it. How is this supposed to instill confidence in me? that the difficult veterinary stuff can get done when push comes to shove if something this simple is such an ordeal? So far I am amazingly underwhelmed and unimpressed. Would give a rating of zero if that were an option
