Vezeeta - Doctors & Pharmacy

I forgot my password, and changed my phone number and the application doesn't allow you to reset your password through your email. The customer technicial service suggested that I create a new email instead of fixing the issue!

useless app. I contacted the customer services about a problem and I got an automatic reply that they will answer me within 24 hrs and they never did.

This is a great app, but I do have a few issues. I can't list them all in here, so please contact me. 1. The app does not retain any history of my previous visits. My Activity page is always empty and I never see any of my previous appointments. 2. The selector for booking visits is broken. If I swipe through the days and there is an available appointment, switching to another tab at the top (eg. Heliopolis-Services-Surgeries) and back disables scrolling back and removes the available times.

the idea of the app is good but whenever i use it, any oroduct i order either was delievered to me with a complete wrong product or it never came at all

The application is so buggy I need to open and close the order several times just to activate a discount or use the points. any amount deducted from the credit card for activation will not be refunded despite the application saying otherwise.

My bookings have been cancelled or postponed twice, shamel subscription is useless for its price, and walking points cannot be fully used. Very bad app.

the appointments are not correct at all. there is no cooperation/coordination with the clinics so i had to call the clinic multiple times to make sure that the doctor will be there at the time or not !

If I can rate it with ZERO I will definitely do. The pharmacy option is just a complete failure. For 2-3 months for now, they call an hour after the order submission either to inform me that there is no pharmacy to deliver or that I am out of their area of delivery. Seriously, you need to solve the technical issues if you are a business depending on an app.

no response at all to customer questions once they got your money. I have sent you an email as requested and will see if there is any response.

Update: Reply first to the complaints issued from the app before asking me to send email to your support. -- I had an issue with Vezeeta Pharmacy; the order took more than 2 hours to be delivered and finally they delivered the items with different price. Tried to reach the support by sending 2 complaints and didn't get any response. Very bad experience. Don't recommend at all to use it.

Vezeeta used to be amazing in the beginning. Now, delivery takes more than three hours every time and customer care is of no help; in fact, they lied to me about an order being on the way when in fact it was still being prepared. I used to be one of Vezeeta's most loyal customers but now I prefer Yodawy due to the speed and products available. I don't reccomend you use this app especially if you're urgently waiting for medicine.

unprofessional doctors through the app !! all the information in the app is wrong & clinics are very unprofessional.

This is the 2nd time I've given this app a chance after the new heavily-marketed feature "Vezeeta pharmacy". I often need things ordered through an app because I find it easier to pay using my debit card, and in every time I ordered through this app, I wait for 20+ minutes and then my order gets cancelled on its own not providing any logical reasons why. I've had enough of this, and I'm not downloading this app ever again until you guys figure out that user experience is a thing.

Very much unprofessional. The app had the item available. Then I received a call that it is out of stock so they have to postpone the order delivery. At last they canceled the order by themselves without informing me. It's not the first time to do something like that. So much disappointed

The worst application Ever. It is not worth to use . Cancellation,delay, no availability. The worst mix ever Frist order for me came in 2 hours. Second order ,part of it cancelled without any resonance and came late more than 3 hours. Now 3rd order and the last for me, one item cancelled and came late more than 5 hours .

I used to depend on this app for everything, but recently the app basically doesn't even work or do its job, the filters are not working basically. I look for drs that use Egycare to book and once i booked, they say that they dont use it every single time, i even went all the way to a dr and he said ur card aint in the app and i cannot add it cuz of an error that its incorrect when nothing is wrong with it, so frustrating.

Worst app ever! I strongly don't recommend, I added my medical card details and made a search for a dentist, after reserving an appointment and getting my tooth done, they told me that this clinic doesn't support medical insurance although it appeared in the covered list, it's a system bug and I had to make tons of calls to cx service which led to nothing, and after all, I had to pay more than a 1000 k while I shouldn't have paid any, as I'm covered by my insurance, worst experience EVER!!!

Worst app ever, I booked multiple appointments using this app, but every single one turned out to be fake. The doctors never showed up, and there was no prior notice or explanation. This app is completely unreliable and caused me a lot of inconvenience. If you're looking for a trustworthy way to book a doctor, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Avoid this app at all costs!

I wish there was a 0 rating for this app. Vezeeta is the best example to describe how an app might fail through the time it started off great and was always my go to app until it reached the peak and started falling too hard. I hope you take the time to consider pouring some focus on the development and to make it actually function properly 2 things to NOT DO: 1) DON'T gaslight users and show them fake delivery notifications. 2) DON'T ignore technical support channels and teams to support users
