Went to website to try and send a message can't because I don't have a correct phone number?? Then I attempted to send a email. Using the email address that is posted right here on app page. My email was returned to me due to not valid anymore. The reason I am even trying to connect with them is because I can't get my Led color changing bulb to connect to this app. Can anyone help me?? Thanks

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is complete junk, light bulb is much smaller than expected, the app kept telling me there was no game way found?... gave my email and password but they won't let anyone make an account not to mention my bulb didn't even work anymore in the morning. If you like wasting money than yes, go get it.

The products have been extremely good. Work as advertised. The app is pretty good, it has quite a few great features that I rely on daily, the automated timers for lighting and curtains is particularly helpful. The team has been very responsive, adding better functionality and reliability overtime. The best reason is their service support technicians, a big thanks to Faraz Thakur, he has been extremely helpful and supported the product fabulously.

I'm very happy with Vibe smart homes overall, but, this version of the app (2.1) is not at all user friendly. Hence the lower rating (3 stars) The previous version (1.7) was very good and most user friendly.

I got a light bulb from yall and it wont connect plus the box didn't say what app to use so I had to guess you probably need to fix that some people aren't the brightest

This app ask for access to gateway can't find it and don't work at all don't buy junk!!! Remote worked one night then dies complete junk
