several issues:1) filter/search tool is useless, it never shows all the items that fit the filters. you could filter out one style, or search for that style or find them from the menu and get 3 different sets of items. 2) cannot use the robochat. typing into the box does nothing. 3) cart limit. once you reach the 30 item limit,it just deletes the oldest items?? no notice or warning,just an error code in cart. also 30 item limit, when most of the items sold are tiny,soft and compressible, is wild
I have been trying to make a purchase 2 days now through the app and as soon as I add an item to my cart it deletes an item already in my cart. It is EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING!! This is my 2nd order placed and I have to place another to try and get what was taken. Also, in order to get a specific offer we MUST make purchase through app.
This app and the credit card are TERRIBLE, run! I would never recommend this to anyone. The app NEVER works when I'm trying to pay my bill!! Then I get slapped with late fees when I'm not even LATE!!! Or they charge me $30 for having a $1.49 balance!! I don't want it to affect my credit so I'm not going to cancel. I'm just going to cut my card up into tiny pieces and never use the card or the app ever again!! Also their products are going downhill! Fast!
love the app.You can see everything the store offers. It's great because sometimes you can get better deals when you shop online or if they don't currently have your size in the store,I just wish your points didn't expire even after a year. I didn't know that after a year the points that you already had will "Expire" I lost 2000 points 😭 but I should've researched that myself. I don't know why shipping is so expensive especially if your shipping address is literally not far from the store
I placed an order then they removed one item leaving me paying lots of extra $ to replace this present. Do not order from them if it's a present. What you think you order may be removed from your cart and you don't know until you login, they've removed several items from my cart. Filter rarely works. Can't handle traffic at all. A bra frayed within 4 wears and is not returnable, they said too much time. This bra is less than 2 months old. I am SICK of paying high prices then sewing your thongs.
Not usable. I had to go into the store because I couldn't access my orders, it shows me logged in but would log me out when I would try to access "orders" and then it would not accept the verification codes from my email. I just want to return all this garbage VS lip gloss! truly bad Don't bother sending a generic response "If you have issues, email us at" blah blah. How about you use all the reviews that are complaining about my same issue and fix it! We already took the time to explain it.
this is by far, the most convoluted app I've ever had the displeasure of using. the app sends an error notification reading "something went wrong." and all you can do is close the app and open it again. when you search something, the results page begin in the middle of the page, instead of beginning at the top. I wish I could go back in time to wear I didn't have this app on my phone so that way I could save the three hours of headache while trying to use it.
The app would be great if it were to function correctly. I can't pay my bill, as it constantly asks me to add my bank information; when I do, a blank notification comes up saying,"ok." Then I receive an email saying it was added, but when I go to pay it, I have to re-enter my banking information. Now I have to get a laptop to pay. There are other features such as the biometric log in that doesn't work. Inconvenient.
Horrible app. Always crashes, antiquated layout, biometrics never works. It asks me to log in countless times and/or change my password often, even though it's saved on my phone. When I go to check credit card balance etc, it is not seamless and asks to log in again...and with a whole other login! It has an "orders" category that doesn't work to check recent orders,it sends me back to "shop". If I could give it negative stars I would.
If I'm spending enough to use each coupon individually, then I can't see why I can only use 2 codes. I can't even get the free panty online bc I save more with the other coupons. If I try to place a separate order, then I'm spending almost as much on shipping. It's hard to make it to the mall. This shouldn't be so hard online. And the I'm forced to enter these long codes over and over. The font is tiny and the 8's look more like B's. It would be nice to at least be able to change one digit.
If I could I would give this app a zero. Don't get me wrong, I love Victoria's Secret. But they really need to do something about this app. I cannot use the app for more than 3-5 minutes TOPS without it completely freezing up on me and then eventually "not responding" giving the "wait" "cancel" or "send feedback" options bubble message. I would love to be able to shop and spend money with you guys but I try to add one thing to my cart or filter out to one size or browse. Website isn't any better
It would be nice to have a "wishlist" or "favorites" option to make it easier to order the items I really want when I'm ready to. instead of carting everything then having to remove items after comparing. Even a "save for later" option like Amazon or Walmart would work because then I wouldn't have to search for the sets I already had in cart but didn't chose 1st time.
Edit: giving only 2 stars because now I cannot even open the details of my orders and can't see all my orders from the last 12 months. I can see only orders from the last 6 months, despite the website claiming otherwise. When I click on "See details", the link takes me nowhere. I hope it would be fixed soon. The app doesn't have "wishlist / love list" feature. Also, it'd be great to have an option to sign up for email notifications when a certain product (size and color) is back in stock.
put items in my cart and they disappear before I could click submit order. Happens all the time. I mean in seconds. I put it in my cart raced to complete transaction and it was gone then I'm charged shipping because my amount was then lowered by that amount after I hit submit. I had to cancel the order, ho back and redo with enough items to cover free shipping. Annoying. They should at least hold it for three minutes to let you buy.
Someone should be fired. Whoever designs or "upgrades" the app needs to lose their job immediately. Every ALLEGED improvement makes the site less accessible and damn near impossible to navigate. Constantly told to log in even after I log in. Click on an option? Log in. Does it go to the option? NOPE! Goes back to the main page. So then re-click the option and what happens? LOG IN!! Want to pay your bill? NOPE! FIRE THEM PLEASE!!!! They broke what didn't need fixing!
It would be great if I could actually use the app to pay my bill! I don't know what they did to this app but I can't link my VS card now or pay my bill. I just get error pop-ups every time and it keeps making enter my bank account info even though it's already saved. Then when I do add it again, a blank pop-up shows up with nothing in it except "ok"...what am I clicking "ok" for??? Fix your app VS!
If there was 0 stars for this app then thats what I would rate it. Every single time I try to order I have to redo my password. The fingerprint scan never loads. To add insult to injury, when you finally do get to order, at least one item is unavailable so you don't qualify for the free shipping or other offer available. Lastly, now my VS card doesn't work with a 0 balance on it so I had to use my credit card and spend $100 for free shipping instead of the $50 as intended. I will be canceling!!!
At one time, this was a great app. I could browse,shop, pay my credit card bill, and share items. Now I rarely see anything other than a blank white screen. I can't carry out a single part of my shopping experience with this app. ETA. I am running the most current version of the app. Still can't shop or do much on the app without seeing just a white screen.
Glitchy app wouldn't let me make the purchase I wanted to make. I had to re-input all of the same info into my "account" settings in order to get my order to go through. At first it still declined my order and then it approved my order upon clicking "submit" a 2nd time immediately after the 1st without changing any info between hitting submit. It doesn't make any sense.
This app is irritating! It doesn't show all purchase history. When you go your previous order and click on and item, then go back; it brings you all the way back to the top, making you have to scroll through all orders again. It's not user friendly at all! Update this junk and make it so one can see ALL previous orders and not keep going back to scroll through orders or pages to find one item!! Also, fix the issue of having to close the app every time I want to search an item in the search bar!
