Very bad UX which sometimes makes it useless. There is no supporting phone number somewhere on the app to help call easily and conveniently. You have to search for that number. But be careful, some results listed first (in the Google search page) may be fake. Once calling one of them, you will be charged with a very high fee (about ~10K per minute). That's so shocking when you always think that it's free or at least not that high.
This apps is bad, they don't tell you that you need to upgrade untill you signed up and link your account once u transfer money from your account to viettelpay, you can't transfer or withdraw back that is when they tell you u need to go to there shop to upgrade the package. So now my money is stuck there unless i go to the shop, so ridiculous i thought it supose to be convenient. Such BS
I recently had a very frustrating experience with the Viettel Money app. Previously, there was an option to auto-renew data packages right before payment, which was clear and user-friendly. However, after a recent UI update, this option is now automatically turned on and hidden at the bottom of the data package list, making it hard to find. This design change feels like a trap, as it led to unintended charges.
I couldn't update my account info, when I took a photo of my IDC, the app stucked at a cyan background with a back button. I tried a few times but the results were the same. Also the at the Nhập số GTTT it should have numeric keyboard instead of full keyboard because it was hard to type on a small screen. The date input was reversed. In general, not a good experience for new users!
This app is annoying. Even you just downloaded and used it once, it always tried asking you to use or consumed your money in the app (11000vnd per month) for "keeping the service" fee. Cheap trick to keep clients. How can a digital wallet like this app force users to use it by applying the maintaining fee? It's not the banking service.
Terrible maintenance fee of 11k/month This app deducts an 11k/month maintenance fee from my account balance for not using it for only 6 months. It’s 11k/month, meaning it will continue to deduct another 11k every month if there’s no transaction. I can’t imagine such a harsh rule, which I experienced for the first time. Additionally, these deductions don’t appear in my transaction history, and there’s a bug that prevents some of my previous transactions. Extremely disappointed !
Terrible app. I'm struggle with linking my ATM card to the ViettelPay account. I have to sign in to my ebank app inside the ViettelPay app every transaction, which is time-consuming. I'm considering whether ViettelPay is collecting my bank account information illegally. I use smart otp, so the transaction was cancelled after I switched to my ebank app to take the otp.
Definitely Scammer app. THEY immediately DELETED real feedback from user. They automatically puts another bank account into you default beneficiary List, and mark it as default at the frist line when you transfer money.
too slow and not easy to use, when this app was launched new version the users have to update and couldn't use. i do not want to use this app anymore.Its really inconvenient in urgent cases and take too much my time...
The plus point of this app is that it is possible to pay for many services including tuition of large schools throughout the country. Its biggest fool is only for linking domestic cards, not for bank accounts and international cards.
Bad app, always have bug. Do your team have any tester or QA??? Trash. I cant access this application, althrough my phone connect with wifi and it can run any app required wifi or 3g 4g. But your app always appear the box to mention my phone not connect wifi. Wth?
Happily to use so far with deep support to Viettel, being a pioneer and leading Vnese transformed enterprise, however, this time i experience more inconvenience with. Recently, wanted to recheck the payment records for some verification to the receivers and work needs, however, it is very limited up to 60 latest days only (took time to get this final answer). Most disappoint, the record displays no original "payment content", so, how could I know whom i paid for in my record? Very unfinancial..
The software keeps holding the phone processor while waiting for otp code, not to allow to access the message to find the code. Many functions are not stable. I failed to link it to my atm card even all the required information had been provided correctly.
Very very very bad. A lot of useless / untruhful notifications, add, promotions but the user couldn't manage. I'm considering to switch my Viettel's phone to other then uninstall this app.
The app is improved but is still not good. This app is developed by a telecomunication group but the phone bill payment icon is not show in the first icon line, and even be covered by the floating icon. What a bad UI dev!
I got lots of problems with the transfer function. They are often loading for a long time and no respond. Otherwise, the transfer is fast and details, easy to follow
it sent me a sms said that i will be charged for installed it before. a system that will charge user money when they are already uninstall is unbelieveable. and now i had to go to their store to cancel my usage. what's a service!
Will be honest, I just use it to pay for Viettel services for the discounts. This app is fine but nothing extraordinary. Will give 5 stars and switch to this if they support NFC
Scam, Fake news. If someone gonna install this for discount movie ticket in CGV, DONT!!! I lost money to link bank account but the ticket's price not discount at all!!! Customer Support seem very "friendly" but right after i ask why the price still the same, they disappear!!! Uninstalled & very angry
Horrible experience. You will get charged if there's no transaction within 6 months. Then if you wanna delete you account because you no longer need it, you can't even do it online but gotta take your ID, abcxyz to the store, SERIOUSLY??? Hilarious
