I've been using this for years, with no issues... until recently. The rewards page will no longer load. I've rebooted my phone, cleared the app cache, and when that didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled it to it still not loading the rewards page. Every other page in the app works with no problems.. but the rewards page just refuses to load. Edit: Even after an update was released, and installed, the same thing is happening.

It was great, I was earning $5 every few weeks just for checking in on my phone and my computer every 3 days. Until I had to change my phone number and couldn't access my old number anymore. I tried to contact support several times, but no one ever bothered to respond. Meta only cares about getting paid for advertising, not about users. It's disappointing to lose a reliable way of earning a little money passively, but I've done all I can do. Only thing left is to uninstall and unsubscribe.

This app is great in all ways but one. the only issue I ever had is with payouts and Tremendous. since that is the third party that pays you out. I had lost my phone and couldn't update my payout method with tremendous. and after earning a $50 payout, I couldnt claim it and had to make a new account. good app though. the pay outs a real, and the "20 minute" tasks don't take anywhere near the slotted amount of time.

APP STOPPED LOADING PROGRAMS 2 DAYS AGO!! I have been using this App for numerous years and when I got the invitation to join a new study a couple of days ago, it just stopped loading the programs. I am still able to see and redeem my rewards, but I can no longer participate in any of my ongoing programs because I keep getting an error message that says the programs won't load with a "Try Again" button under the message which doesn't work. Where's the user Support??

It's amazing that the only tab that doesn't load 95% of the time is the rewards one. The tabs where you give them all your personal info and other data load every single time without issue. Unreal. Update: Now even the tasks won't work. I submitted a ticket and got ignored and they ignore reviews on here too. More horrible software from the worst software company around. What a joke.

Have used this program since it began and am overall pleased with it. sending data once every 3 days is an easy way to make a small amount of pocket change. occasionally have extra programs that pay more (wish there were more of these ) I am only rating 2 stars (and will amend if fixed) because I have been trying for 3 days to do the pronunciation program and it gets stuck on processing after I've recorded. Hope this gets fixed before the program expires.

not the fastest earner, but programs are easy enough. great variety of rewards to choose from! I hate that it forces your payout after a few months, which prevents users from being able to save up. sometimes there just aren't enough programs during that time to save up enough to be worthwhile cashing out. and it's really bad about NOT sending notifications, so you miss out on opportunities.

App is simple to understand and functions as it should, and as an added bonus, it's a REALLY easy way to make passive income. It's not a whole lot of money, but then again, it doesn't require a whole lot of effort, either. UPDATE 12/31/25 (reduced from 5 ⭐ to 3 ⭐): Installed on new device (Motorola RAZR 2024), now mic will not make recordings despite working flawlessly in every other app on my phone. I've cleared cache, cleared data, & uninstalled/reinstalled app... still doesn't work.

I don't know what's going on, I've been using this app for years and I've never had any problems and now a new task came up where I have to record phrases and it keeps saying "processing recording" and it will not work. it just keeps processing and processing and processing, what the heck is going on. I've cleared the cache and tried a bunch of things that Google suggested and nothing is working? PLEASE HELP!!!!

2nd time locked out when I've racked up a lot of points. Both times it's the same thing! I build up a bunch of points, then get locked out & stuck in a loop. I click "complete task" in the email, it takes me to a screen where it wants me to agree to sms or email alerts, no matter the option I select, I enter my info, & it gives me an error of "something went wrong, try again later" The first time it happened, it took 6 mos to get back in & surprise I had 0 points. Its now happening again!

editing: again never knew it was around so long! it's turning to junk! I check for updates for all apps daily! this is now number 3 that ended early! I was only able to send one friend a link, then it closed down within 24 hours when I had days left. now the last 2! I still had 8 days to do the pronunciations! nobody answering emails. I'm about to delete honestly because I don't get a single notification, now I've lost both the phone and laptop rewards!

It shouldn't be this difficult to be legit. This worked fine at first, but all of a sudden it started glitching with no response or resolution from the technical team. After sending an email that was never responded to, my programs mysteriously disappeared. it was fun, but this is a waste of time because others are having the same problem. It is very frustrating to begin a program and it suddenly stop working. Once is okay. Maybe twice as well, but every single one makes it a SCAM!

Edit- I am going to go ahead and delete this app. No response to emails. Get emails ALL the time reminding me to complete tasks but every time I try, I get an error message. Was using it faithfully and was able to cash out. Then got a notification for another task type activity, signed up for it and lost all my points and also access to the first task that I was doing. I was 3 tasks away from cashing out. Going to keep app for a while to see if it gets fixed, but if not, I'm deleting it.

App keeps constantly signing me out and when I finally get signed back in it tells me it's not available in my area. I am constantly having to sign back in and reverify my account. I am constantly losing out on points because I'm not signed in to get the reward. I would give this a much higher rating if I was getting my reward every 3 days like promised. Three months later, no change in status. Still not getting the points on a regular basis. No one seems to care.

simple, straightforward, & legitimately pays out. -1☆ because I agreed to participate in a program titled "pronunciations", but every time I attempted to complete it, it would NOT allow me to record the selected phrases AT ALL... As in, each time I pressed & held the button (as instructed), it didn't record ANYTHING, no matter how hard or how many times I tried. I emailed customer service & never got a response, either... That's another contributing factor for me not rating the app 5☆.

It used to be a good app for earning rewards. Now, it doesn't work. Emails telling me to do tasks, but page won't load. Then it tells me there aren't any programs available right after I get an email telling me to join the program. I emailed viewpoints on several occasions, but, I did not ever receive a response to any of the emails that I sent requesting help with these issues. Therefore, I decided to do this review; response? Should I delete the app?

I downloaded this app when it first came out in 2019. It worked fine for several years, until it started glitching out and logging me out anytime I clicked on anything. I deleted it after trying to troubleshoot it with nothing working. Fast foward to this year: I recently redownloaded the app to try it out again. Surprisingly it let me log in and start a "program". I assumed they fixed the issues it had several years prior, but after a week of having the app it started glitching again.

I used to really like the simplicity of this app. A quick task every 3 days to share data, and consistent payouts. When they offered me a new survey program as well I figured I'd sign up and check it out. Upon finishing sign up, the app logged me out and refused to log back in. I updated FB password, and it looked like I could finally get back in, but no. It had my name, but notifications to my old email address and lost my participation in both programs. No response from support to emails. 😞

10 minutes of my time to do 100 pronunciations (saying rhe phrase on your screen while recording, it's like a 5 second phrase), in the end you get $5 added to your PayPal account and its really quick. If not right away, the next day. Only thing that sucks is I wish there were more programs available more often. As of right now I maybe get one program a month. And if I don't check my email often I miss it for that month and have to wait and yes my notifications are turned on.

I have been useing for a few months and have made some money. 5 bucks here and there for really not doing a whole lot. I wish there were more ways to earn more points and mula! But over all enjoy this app. As time has gone on its taking longer and longer to cash out. Once transfered it says 7-10 days According to policy. I've always had it in PayPal with in two days, longest three. The past few have been taking longer. Currently day 5 for one pay out.
