VIN Scanner

I've been using this app for a couple of years now but I have to say I can no longer I recommend this app for anybody. 99% of the time the app works well but that 1% of the time where it screws up, it can cost you a fortune. Every once in a while, the wrong book values come up. Today I bought a 16 Escalade with 130k miles because the app said the book value was 36000. I booked it again after I bought it and the book is only 28200. It fails to calculate the mileage deduction occasionally.

Vin scanner is not a good name for this app. It doesn't scan anything! Can't we get basic functionality for free? Without an account? Like just scan and copy the vin? So many people could use an app with basic free functionality, and this is the first search result, which accomplishes nothing for you. Unless you're already looking for this specific app, it's not a good search result for "VIN Scanner"

Limited to dealers, missing out on a larger market as they do not offer a option for resellers that are experienced yet do not need a license due to utilization. This could become the most popular app for resellers if they tried... huge untapped market, as people building towards their businesses are likely going to stick with them when they get all the dominoes aligned. Missing out majorly.

Dealer only, not for private use, not free. Edit: looks like I can't reply to the dev, so I'm doing it here, It is NOT at the top of your listing, it's a couple lines down (on my moble anyway), and you only see it when you go to the full description page, the face of it it looks like "Best App!" Then, "app designed for dealers" then when you open it it says "dealers only, create account, enter your dealership".

Dealers only why? I'm just an average person wanting to look up information on a vehicle before I purchasr it saving myself headache and grief kicking myself in the butt later? A waste of time installing it you should classify it as limited access to prevent the wasting of time by people such as myself! And shows little info does not say strictly for licensed dealers? I have a screenshot of what I see and you don't see the for dealers it needs to be in the name of the app to be clear.

you know what I was extremely upset when I realized this app was for dealers only. After I scanned and realized it began looking at the app and from what I saw it looks like a solid app for any dealership. I was going to leave a bad review but I noticed they say in the description that it is for automobile professhionals only which i am not....unfair to leave a bad review for my mistake. From what i saw i beleive its a 5 star app.

If you sign up for this app they will bombard your cell phone EVERYDAY begging you to sign up or give more information about yourself. Everyday! Relentlessly harassing the people who potentially will buy their product. Never good for business. Just for this they get one star for bugging the poop out of me. I now have them BLOCKED. LMFAO!!! I don't recommend this app. I will never purchase this app just because they are jerks. High pressure tactics just turned me away.

This app works great for my dealership. Wonderful customer experience and support (unlike Autoniq!!!!!). Looking forward to purchasing Dealer Studio soon :)

Garbage app. Dealers only. Just another way for dealerships to be sneaky and scew the consumer. God forbid that consumers have acces to the same intel that dealers do because then they'd have to have actually give us a fair deal instead of ripping us off.

app would be good tool for anyone who wants to buy a car. should not be just for dealerships. unless your just part of the group trying to hide what's really wrong with the cars.

Good to have while shopping for cars and deals . Harder for a their to pull a fast one with this tool in hand

Dealer app. I don't care if the websites only make it available to dealers. You're enabling them to continue deceitful business practices.

This app sucks. You do not need permission to make or manage phone calls. This app is a RIP off.

Great App! Had issues with Vincue. Switched to Laser Appraiser for MMR. Vincue stopped displaying plus other problems. Laser Appraiser has great customer service.

useless, let's you install and run but the first time you scan, you have to register and buy something to get any info

Very slow...needs updated regularly...information not always accurate

Dealer only this app is useless to Consumers. So don't waste your time!
