this app is really really good but idk why are now they showing me it's not available in your country, like what, i just watched it yesterday and now they are saying that it is not available! and one more think, they haven't put english subtitles in the next episode, like what! in the previous episode there were english subtitles but now, there are not!

The 'cast to' different device (e.g. TV) feature is not working, even if both devices is connected on the same wifi network. It is working when I connect my phone on our TV, but when I want to watch series in Viva One, it only appears the audio not the video. I want to watch GSOT in a big screen, but this app won't allow me.

I'm trying to log into my account but i forgot password so i selected option 'forgot password ' and entered email id for the same.. they said email sent but i haven't received any email for steps lf setting new password i tired so many times but it just says internet error but my internet is operating perfect... please please fix this!

I didn’t receive my subscription. This is very irritating. I renewed my subscription on February 3, 2026, but when I opened my VivaOne account today (February 21, 2026), I couldn’t watch the series I wanted because it says that I’m not subscribed. It is clearly stated that I subscribed on February 3, 2026, and I have a receipt as proof. This is very inconvenient for me. FIX THIS!

Is the app currently experiencing an issue? I subscribed through the Play Store because the app wouldn’t allow me to subscribe directly, it just kept loading. However, I still can’t watch anything, and the app shows that I don’t have an active plan, even though my subscription is confirmed in the Play Store.

Rating 5 star! PLayer here. Case Zero and Project Loki trailers are very exciting to watch. The same feeling I felt when I read PL years ago. Thank you so much Viva. I know you'll never disappoint us. I won't sleep 'til I could watch the series! Kidding.

i didn't like this app because not a single drama is free. because this app demands money first to watch any drama or series 😭 whyyyyy, please don't install this app, and without WiFi is not downloadable 😡 i don't like this type app.

The audio is being doubled every time I watch each episode. They do not match and I'm being short of patience because I thought my phone had its problem.

How to cancel my subscription? My subscription is not flashing on my google play subscription and on. It's always deducting immediately from gcash funds, and I'm currently frustrated cause I need the money and your app just took it!

I paid a monthly subscription but everytime i try to play a video end up having a black screen and the video will never play.

I haven’t been able to watch on Viva One for a few days now. It’s always just a black screen that appears. Even if I restart the app, it still won’t work. Why is it like that?

i downloaded and rated this app 5 star because of project loki. and since i’m an avid fan, i hope this app would not disappoint us, PLayers, who were very excited to watch the adaptation.

The series are really good, but the app needs a lot of improvement. The audio keeps going out of sync, the download limit is restricted to only two episodes even for subscribers, and there’s no “Recently Watched” section, making it hard to continue what I started. Great content, but the app’s features and performance are disappointing. I hope they fix these issues soon.

The audio kept playing on its own. I bought the 3 month subscription to watch this one show but it just keeps glitching.

I swear this app has the worst customer help center service. I've been waiting for that instructional email since forever.

As a seabased OFW, I cancelled my subscription since watching outside the Philippines is not allowed by the app. I just want to watch Filipino movies/series to alleviate homesickness.

I CANNOT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. mind you, i did any possible ways to stop, but no use, in the app itself it doesn't have an unsubscribe. i searched and searched how to but the current app settings are different. bruh, so it automatically from my gcash even if i'm not using it??? how the hell am i supposed to fix this, it's been months.

This is the worst app l have ever seen like their are no nice shows and it askes for like 600 rupees monthly likee WHAT THE HELL l hate it. This app should app should be deleted from playstore WORST APP !

I downloaded this and rated it 5 stars because of Project Loki since I'm their huge fan. I hope the adaptation will not disappoint us. Goodluck QED Club!

where ever I've searched about viva one it's showing that we can watch dramas for free but when I'm trying to it's always asking to purchase a subscription
