I have an issue with my subscription. I subscribed to a 3-month VMX Plus Viva One plan for the price of two, but I can’t use it or watch any movies because it keeps telling me to complete my subscription. The payment was already deducted from my GCash account. I also can’t reach your customer service. Please fix this or refund my payment.
I had an issue with the subscription, but their fb customer service is very responsive and courteous as well. even on weekends they made a follow up on my issue and didnt left until solved. They even issued me a new code to redeem. I was happy with the movies i was able to watch with the app and also happy when it comes to their after sales service. 👍👍👍👍
Worst customer service. I opted for a trial subscription (7days) and aparently, it automatically renews. Paid through Paymaya using debit and now I'm having a hard time with it since there is no option to cancel subscription through their app and website. Tried reaching their customer service support via email and Facebook, no response. @VivamaxPh "doesn't allow new message requests from everyone." Such a hassle. I want to cancel my subscription and still waiting for them to respond to my query.
Worst! Subcribed to 49 peso plan. And you will get late noticed that the plan is only for prime. Payed 149 peso again. Still the videos won't play. Tried contact the customer support on facebook. Still cannot help. Keeps on saying to wait for an update but the truth is they are not working on it. Provided all the information needed and it's been a week. Still no update. Do not subscribe to this app because they are just fast in asking for payment. But cannot help when needed.
The app is good. But there are few issues like when I try to cancel my subscription, I can't. Because it does not show in my google account. I tried several times and follow their instructions written in the app but I can't cancel my subscription so I had to wait until the next billing date. I successfully deleted my account but still got deducted this month. How is that possible?? Fix this. Even if it's a small amount I want to get it back you know.

Very upsetting and disappointing. Wanna try the subscription for 3 days and I've spent many hours contacting my cellphone carrier that authorized vivamax and still unable to redeem the freaking code I have. So hard to get a refund and I highly recommend to uninstall this app. So many bugs for redeeming a simple code and it takes hours to loads up.
Installed the app and I can't even complete the registration process!!! Takes forever to load after I filled out my info on the first page. I tried clearing app cache and deleting app data still nothing works! The website lets me proceed to the payment option but I want to pay through the app and not EC pay. Please help. Tried re installing the app for the third time now It's not letting me go through the payment option on the app.
I subscribed for this app on January 28 and unsuscribed when I saw that nothing's interesting in this movie. Although that happens I still want to enjoy the app with the remaining subscription days which will end on Feb 28. It was just feb 5 and I can no longer watch anything because I have to subscribe. The service should still continue before the subscription ends because it was paid.
Web not working properly, mobile app as well. Mobile : inifinite looping upon login , Buttons are not working. Movies are not playing as well. Web: Movie not loading. Obviously same issues with other user. Solutions from their Dev/Technical/Assistance are not applicable, just a temporary solution but it doesn't resolve any issues.
I can't logged in with the app (I can't click on Continue to log in) and I an still being charge for the subscription. I reached out with the page and still got nothing. Lack of cuatomer service. It's a shame because I love the content but do not know how to make the app work. Please fix this.
I was charged even without using the app with the subscription I bought. I was so excited with it but was kinda disappointed when this happened. At the end I didn't use the app. Yes, the movies/series in the app looks good and really caught my interest but people can't really enjoy them if they can't use the app or if the subscription process does not work properly. I hope that you guys will work with these problems.
It charged me 224 for a prime subscription. I would like to sign up for the P149.00 but it's not allowing me until I finish the Prime subscription first and pay for P49.00 but I charged me P224.00? And the moment I was about complete to complete my registration, I can longer sign up since it took away the balance of may payment method. And guess what? No option of removing your subscription. It will automatically be deducted once there's a balance. This is a scam App!
Did a 1 month subscription for 3 individual accounts and so far sulit naman. temporarily unsubscribing but will subscribe again in the future. Just wanna suggest a better layout and function while watching. The layout looks old school not that it affects the movie/show or anything. and sometimes, the app lags, and jumping frames (scene) is causing it to lag as well. I am pretty sure it's not my internet speed.
Downloaded videos always expired after downloading can't play offline. And to all who will download this app, if you wish to cancel subscription, just review and open your email notification from vivamax subscription, you can cancel it there. Having a trouble before of finding how to cancel it. But, yes you can. Or you can also pause it from 1-3mos.
Nice app and easy to use. However, I only gave 4 stars because videos seem to have very low bitrate (approx. 1200kb/s) and 720p resolution, which is only good for small screens. I wish you can provide a higher bitrate and resolution up to 1080p so that it won't become pixelated on larger screens. Edit: Thanks for adding 1080p in the platform, I really appreciate it. Changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
The app is stable both on phone and laptop. There were a few issues with subtitles and audio but they have a very responsive customer service that address these concerns and forward them to the tech team to fix. Video and audio quality are also great for a really affordable price. Nice to have a platform where we can watch older movies. It's also worth noting that they premiered an anticipated movie seemlessly, so that's a plus. More powers to the teams behind the app!
Really disappointed with this. Tried to subscribe again for the 2nd time. I paid 1 month subscription 149. When I was trying to watch movie it asked me to pay again. Tried using the app and even clearing the cache and data. I sent an email to your email and also tried chatting with your customer service from fb. I am so disappointed. My subscription is running. Fix this!!!!!
Just subscribed today. At first, I'm excited to use the service. But while using it, it got disappointed. Trailers worked perfectly but when starting to watch a movie, videos are not showing on the screen, and the audio not working. Only blackscreen. I am really disappointed..
