The app is easy to use. At max, you get a lot of distortion, so you won't want to go over 150-175%. Biggest downside to this app is it's battery intensive. I have to keep the app open, instead of it sitting in the notification bar like my music player does. Because of that, my battery goes from 99% at the start of the shift, to 36% 2 1/2 hours in, and I work 8-12 hour shifts. That's really my only issue though. I'm on an S9 that's3 years old, but never had battery problems til this app.
It Works!! I Can't Believe IT WORKS!!! Wow, I've never had a sound booster Actually Work. It turned up the volume enough that my galaxy bud plus started to crackle. It doesn't get ear splitting Loud but if you're having issues with sound, like me it works perfectly. The equalizer is functional too, impressive. And ads aren't intrusive, so far it has just sat at the top, out of the way, no pop ups
Very good. I was using the Talk Right app which sounded good through the phone's built-in speaker but with my headphones on at full volume it was still very low. So, I turned the dial up on this app which modestly raised the volume until I went to about 6 then sound thundered in so I had to lower it some. I don't think I'll venture beyond that unless I'm in a noisy environment. I've rarely used the in-line volume control on my headphone cord, but it's gained new importance as an anti-ear buster.
This app is awesome. I was expecting it not to work and be loaded with ads. Well my thinking was wrong! It does what it's supposed to and you can make the sound higher or lower by adjusting the dial. If you turn your phone off or have not playedmusic in a while it will cut off. That's awesome too to save battery. Also it does not burn your battery up! I recommend this to anyone and everyone. Please don't ever change anything about this app! 5 stars!!!!! <3
I love this app! I wear wireless Bluetooth headphones, and the volume goes pretty high, but my phone itself leaves a lot to be desired. It's frustrating trying to listen to music that might as well be whispers while doing stuff (shoveling stalls, mowing grass, etc.). A lot of my daily activities include distance work, so I need sound to extend a good bit. This app's made life SO much easier. It's seriously increased everything to the point where even all media at just 125% is crystal clear :)
Easy to use, does what it says perfectly and simply; however, the ads are absolutely OBNOXIOUS. Anytime you use something in the app, like when you press to open settings or open the volume equalizer, etc, you will get a 5 second ad. Now don't get me wrong, I have zero issues with a free app like this having ads in it, but these are extremely intrusive and I don't think it needs to have SOOOOOO MANY. Otherwise I'd definitely give it five stars, because it works great.
Within thirty (30) seconds I had three ads play almost back to back. I was in app eight minutes trying to adjust the equalizer... BAM! EAudio vomited up ads all over me. 🤮 Ewwwww! If you want to pay the $3.99 USD to have the app ad free, go for it. Due to the obscene amount of ads in such a short period of time this app is a H&LL NO! I feel they were trying to bully me into making a purchase before I had the chance to see if the app was worthy of spending the money.
Love the app. Works even when playing music from YouTube(instead of closing) which is PERFECT, as I have been trying to find a way to have the music from YouTube boosted. Having said that, it's VERY unfortunate that the frequency doesn't go from 20hz to 20khz. Instead it starts at 60hz (JUST above the "sweet spot") and ends at 14khz. Also, it would be VERY VERY nice to have it not use up so much of the CPU. I get critical messages saying it's above 25%. I have a Note 8, so it SHOULD hold well.
I haven't tried it yet, i updated my phone for new software to download on my phone, and this just appeared after it finished. I'm anxious to try it. I have a big speaker i just bought a few months ago and it has a really good sound. I have a youtube music app with a ton of my favorite music...country, slow rock, 60's,70's, 80's, classic rock, heavy metal hair rock, my phone already comes with a bass booster. So I'm hoping that it doesn't sound distorted. If it does I'll have to delete it out
Used to love the app. You could adjust the individual sound settings (bass, treble, etc) and save them as diffetent sound profiles. But not anymore. Probably best to just find a different app. All this currently does is boost the volume and put a light overlay on the border of your phone, which I'll admit is pretty cool. Just not what I'm looking for.
I dig the app a lot. I think it doesn't work for Bluetooth devices. I could be missing something but doubtful. It's a very straightforward simple but effective app. I do quite like it. Thinking of dropping $30 to kill those ads though. It'd be AMAZING if when ya do that, the app lets you destroy the ads lol. Like a round of duck hunt or something lmao. My only concern is the Bluetooth thing, could be me overlooking it tho. But that's the price you don't pay. Give em some money and they be gone!
Maybe I don't know what I'm doing but there is distortion in music. Because my music is mostly converted from analog, the silent areas are also amplified but it seems more like 400% relative to the music. Plus, too many buttons to push to activate the app. It should be set once and in the background, not every time I want to use a music app. I'm sure that doesn't help with the developer's ads if the app is rarely seen. I really don't like leaving low feedback for something free. 3 stars but I won't keep this app on my phone. I'd rather deal with the low output or look elsewhere.
The app does work, and is awesome. It amplifies your sound like connecting an actual amp to your device. But I must say, it will let you know how good your speakers are on your device. Even if your using bluetooth sound devices. It will push it to its limit. Please play with the settings till you find the sound of your liking. It does even offer surround sound options which are even a plus in my book. Great work designer and programmers.
Some of these boosters work okay, some of them don't work that good at all, some of them are pretty decent and finally I have found one that is awesome. I recommend turning it up full blast, that's going to be way too loud for whatever device you're using. I found it easier to just turn the app all the way up to full blast and then use your device to lower the volume to what you wanted to that's what works best for me. I have to say without a doubt so far this is the best speaker booster app!
Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra. APP WORKS! The presets are really good. The boost drops every few songs but sometimes kicks back in without having to turn off/on or manually adjust. The edge lighting is cool! The ads... Forget about it! Too many!.. BUT for a FREE app that rocks I understand the need to keep the developers creating and making it even better. Overall, I liked it so much...I paid the lifetime purchase to remove the adds!!!🎉🎊 Hope updates are included for life, as well.
This app was a such a headache for me I had to get rid of it. Positive: sound-wise, it functioned amazingly well. It got crazy loud. But the ads situation? It's disgusting. Every hour or so if you start adjusting the volume, every time you click a new percentage, an ad pops up. And you have to click a new percentage at least every hour because the app will just stop being boosting out of nowhere. At least a few times a day I had to restart the stupid thing. It was a total nightmare
This app is awesome. You can adjust the sound exactly the way you want it. The bass, treble, and the volume of this app syncs to your phones volume settings and makes it too awesome. I was raised in loud music and this hits real close to home. Cool 😎. Thanks. Also... while you will have ads with this app, PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT A FREE APP IN TRADE FOR SOME ADVERTISING, and I want to say it's not the volume that has ads. It's saving and downloading music when u use booster that brings extra ads.
My experience has made me very happy. Got a new phone and even with earbuds on I could barely hear anything even at full volume. This app has worked so well that I have to lower the volume when using earbuds and when I listen to my music in my car using Bluetooth the bass is heavy just the way I like it. Thank you for developing this volume booster. Great job.
The volume boost from my phone to Bluetooth headphones is loud only about 1% of the time; the first few weeks I used it, it worked fine; but sadly has not worked for a couple of months. I've already cleared cache, reinstalled multiple times, cleared phone cache on my Samsung Note 10+. I already put it in run in the background unrestricted, or never sleep while using. Problem has just become worse. I cancelled my subscription, and am looking for a new volume booster.
Works, and that's all it needed to do. Looks a little dressed up for what it is , and of course it is not really as powerfulas it claims. 200% is more like 125% realistically.... Ads annoying but it is free and people need to get paid for their work; just too damn many ads like every other app. That's not getting paid that is greed. If you have a "FREE" app with ads you should only be required to see those ads for 6 months. By that point it is MORE than paid for. Then the ads should stop...
