Vooglam - glasses & sunglasses

Flash sales are great. I can only buy on sale as I'm short on funds. I get the driving reflection coating package and blue light blocking. All in all, each pair will cost me from 30 to 50 American dollars. Great deal. I own 2 pairs and ordered a couple more on sale. Not sure why, but the app won't let me add photos in the reviews of the glasses. It has all permissions. *edited to add, they did fix it. I can add photos now.

This is the worst service ever. Glasses are stylish but the customer service is very disorganized. Lots of back and forth and unprofessionalism. If you want glasses, just go to zenni. They say their estimated wait time is 7-14 ays. It's been 2 months. I've ordered before and it was a long wait time. I tried again because I figured it was a one off but NOPE. This time around the service was worse.

It's aight. They should be more transparent with prices. Also, they try to unnecessarily upsell you things that may make you hate your lenses (High index lenses really aren't necessary unless you have a really strong prescription. It could cause a TON of peripheral distortion.) I do like being able to use the AI/AR feature to see how the lenses look on me!

This website is very user-friendly and I thought I would have problem with my script, but no problems. I had an option to scan or manually put in my prescription. And the prices were very affordable. thank you for this site. ☺️

REALLY horrible AR try on and narrow selection of odd frames. Even giving your PD, the AR (or photo upload) doesn't adjust at all to show how large they'd be; everything just looks enormous. the styles are "out there," and not in a good way: weird holograms, scribble in Japanese on the side, an overlarge representation of tacky "butterfly" glasses. and it's not even like they're inexpensive; most frames are around $45 starting. a similar well-known company has stuff for $5. meh

Have purchased several pairs of glasses over the years from Vooglam and they have always been worth it. My prescription was always completely correct and the choices are a good value. Thanks Vooglam!

The variety of frames is substantially smaller than when I ordered before. Disappointing. Also much more expensive.

Vooglam comes through!!! When the optical stores want the same price for one pair of glasses, I can get 3 pair of cuteness and switch up occasionally for less!

Since switching to vooglam I have nothing but good things to say, I'm always getting compliments regarding my glasses

Funnest glasses ever. I've purchased around 8 or 9 pairs - good quality glasses and many options for lenses depending on your budget. I can get 2 pairs for under $200! *Amazing* customer service. If the progessive line isn't correct, or you simply don't like the frames, they'll replace them for free. I can not recommend Vooglam more. Unique frames, unbeatable prices.

I love purchasing from here. My prescription is always spot on and let's not talk about the FABULOUS selection of frames!!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!

Ordered glasses before, and they have lasted for 2 years. Great quality and stylish.

The company itself is fine, super affordable and cute glasses. The problem is with the try-on feature on this app it is garbage. it keeps putting glasses on the end of my nose. doesn't matter if I upload a photo or take the photo on the app. so it makes you look really stupid and on top of it you can't even edit it so it will look right. seriously you need to put some money into some IT ppl to fix this like now. because I'm just going to go and buy from zenni since I can't try them on.

No complaints with anything except the shipping time. Free shipping took exactly 20 days even though the products (4) looked like they be were just sitting in various warehouses. Processing, however was really quick and accurate. My Rx was on point. The quality was surprisingly great considering the price. Very very happy with my purchase. 😎 Oh yeah, I bought another pair today.🥰

My review is for Vooglam APP, not the store or their products/services. This app has a lot of bugs, probably best to use their website. The app doesn't save our picture for Try On, need upload all over again at any new session. A lot of bugs viewing the wish list, takes a while to load (I have 25 faves), when finally able to scroll to the end, can't scoll back up again, needs to get out of the wish list and repeat. Can't click on the X to close the Try On, it overlaps my phone menu.

Got my glasses today and they are stylish and fit well for my face never has problems getting the delivery and was glad I got them early then expected because I needed new glasses for school. Also they are pretty affordable especially being a first time buyer because they give you coupons. The only issue I really had was with trying on the glasses in the app because it would freeze up and not work for me otherwise they are pretty good and have very stylish options for glasses.

there was an offer for two frames but there was no way for me to capture the offer after I added the second frame. if I it was easier for me to collect the discount, I would have bought a second frame. otherwise, I love the frame designs and the ease of entering my prescription. I look forward to getting my frames in the mail soon!

I'm so dissapointed. Ordered in October, it's December, still no delivery! I even bought twice from the competition and got those deliveries, but no Vooglam delivery. Maybe the don't deliver to South Africa... I don't know. I have many frames saved in my wishlist because they really have creative designs in frames, but I'm afraid to use their service anymore because I won't get my orders, sitting here sick with anxiety.

The app is terrible, I have been trying to track my order and can't, I tap the track order and a window opens and then nothing, not information. I am being ask to pay and additional shipping fee of $37.00, after I paid the $8.95 for shipping and handling when the order was place, what the hell is going on?
