Voyent Alert!

I am not getting updates for the fire that's 2 blocks away from being a evacuation order from my home. it hasn't updated since 10:49pm the first day of the fire we are going into day 3. the links they provide aren't much better either. I also cannot seem to get rid of the alerts from previous hazards that are now no longer in effect. it's very worrisome when you are so close to such dangers..

I am forced to use this app as my emergency alert app by my regional district in BC. It has a loud alarm when an alert comes in. Which is great when you are being evacuated. Not so good when your back home and back on alert and it goes off because the neighboring area can now go home. Giving me a small heart attack while at work cause I think I'm being evacuated again. This app has plenty of room for improvement. Which I hope they do or gets replaced with something that does suck so much.

I have a question to ICEsoft: when I install the app on my mobile, do I need to confirm the mobil number or the app can sense the mobile number and verify it. Right now I installed it, I am in the Okanagan-Similkamen area where we have a major fire. So far I did not get any alert, so I do not know if there is no alert or the app does not function. It would be nice to have a function to verify that the app is working after the installation. Steve Fekete, Oliver, BC

I had previously given this app a one star because it would crash. I did reinstall and clear the data to no avail. however the next day the app seem to be working again as intended. when working as intended it's a great app however because of its unreliability I'm giving it a score of three stars.

I have had this app for years- my city is currently under high stream flow warning as I can see on the screen or my peer that just downloaded it- my app says "no active alerts" "no ended alerts". I hate the fact that this app provides a false sense of security. Just re-download hoping it will update.

Requested by the city of Kamloops to install to recieve alerts. However app crashes when you try to open notifications. Or the app just gets stuck on the white loading screen. You're better off following local emergency Twitter accounts

Will not update, won't show anything and I can't edit anything. Have to Uninstall and reinstall if I want to change the district. Won't let me put a phone number in it either after I just put in the first 3 then I excit out of the menu and won't let me back to anything. Aweful app...

Of the recent notifications for Merritt, BC, one is still in the Active section, even though we were told in late December that it was safe to come back. That's the only real issue I've seen with this app.

Nothing is updating on the app, since more than 24hrs ago. The fire near our town has more than doubled in size and people are turning to this app that authorities advised we use. Useless!

Start screen just sat there after installation. Did nothing. Great thing to happen when you want to be notified about an emergency.

We are 10 km away from an active evac order. We should have been included in a notification. Very disappointed with this app.

Junk!!!! This app won't open on my Samsung s20. Worked fine on my old phone. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and still nothing.

I love this app. I use it primarily for boat crossing information, but the weather part is nice as well.

Please do not send me any loud screeching noises or alarms for updates...or i will have to discontinue...just something easy....everythings not an emergency. thanks m

asking for a rating while I'm doing an install and config. based on my experience to date it has done nothing but have me go into multiple settings

Had to Uninstall, as it doesn't serve my area. Useless to me, but may work for those in the interior.

Not great downloaded it and it is forever loading cant do anything as it dose nothing but spin loading so not using
