With the new version the widget disappeared, which was the only reason I used the app. New version has some useful new functions, but it takes ages to access them, and one is faster with third party apps. For example, dashboard preview is too short for busy station with more than one line, so one has to navigate first through 4+ options first to able to see a useful list. Before information was available without opening the app. Unable to add already purchased monthly subscription from VRS.

Some texts are missing translations (e.g. tickets names, price levels, important information on the route), so easy to make mistakes for foreigners. Price levels don't have descriptions so at all not underdable how they work and what I need to choose. Didn't find possibility to redirect map to google maps. In general app idea is really nice, but hard UX for new users (tourists, foreigners, etc.). Make more usability testings with users and invite me there :)

I don't know how this app works but the one responsible of the information provided on the app should be held accountable for the amount of misleading information they provide. As just a quick example of hundreds i had this year(i can write a book). Today i was going home in Königswinter from Cologne-Ehrenfeld, to cut the story short, i had to take replacement bus from Troisdorf which was written on the app that it should come 7:56pm and of course the bus didn't show up.

Its a bit all over the place, the menu and log in aren't in the most logical places and there's too much going on. The app shows you the times for the tickets, you buy a future ticket, then shows that it is valid immediately, but I need the ticket hours from now so its misleading.

App will not let me add a payment method to my account. Tried a debit card and two different credit cards. All have been denied. They offer a 10% saving when purchasing a Handy ticket... But it won't let you purchase one! Horrible!

It worked a week but since 2 weeks just takes to long to proceed the payment and I need about 20 min to manage to buy a ticket. Since last week looks just impossible due to error. I have fast internet so the problem is from the app. I already installed again and updated but I still can manage to buy tickets when I need.

What an absolute mess. At least if you're going to tell me that I'm able to reserve a ticket for a specific time, don't tell me at the very end that the time the ticket is valid for is 360 minutes?! I mean, this really borders on fraudulent misrepresentation. I'm hoping to divert other people from considering and downloading this app and evidently being scammed out of around 20 € like I have.

Absolute scam. I selected a route for tomorrow, bought a ticket for it and it gave me a ticket that was valid immediately and isn't valid anymore tommorow when i need it. 13,67€ down the drain thanks to no clear warning on validity time. Just don't offer tickets on a routetime that is on a different day if you can't provide tickets that are valid at that particular time.

I just tried to buy a ticket with my credit card. Did nlt work and i think i just paid anyways. During payment when putting the details and after clicking to pay a little notification apears that i have to approve the payment online with my bank. I had that before but the stupid app opens this inside its little window so after approving i cant go anywhere except refresh or back. In both cases the ticket is gone but since i approved it i may have paid anyways. What a useless app. Userunfriendly

Has often issues connecting to the server and route search doesn't show results, while all other apps and 4G reception works fine. Missed a couple of trains, due to this. Also doesn't accept Apple, Google or Pay pal as payment options; only Euro based bank accounts. Do not recommend!

Some times it works correctly, but honestly-when you stay at bus stop at the evening and app shows you in4 min Bus, and it's disappointment, Bus doesn't show up, came another numer even, but my bus came in 20 min, and app continued to lie. What's wrong with you people, to be a woman on the street when it's dark and alone stressful 😒 enough.

"For a better experience, your device will need to use Location Accuracy". I know that. You already told me like 50 times. I'm still not going to turn it on, stop bothering me. I'm fine with the rudimentary experience I get without Location Accuracy.

After years of an app that looked developed when smartphones got out, we finally have an update and the only useful thing they had, a widget of your stop where you can check if the train is coming and when, is gone. Oh and now it doesn't stop asking about my location which I don't want to give. PS:Danke fürs Feedback, ich verstehe die Schnelle Verbindung in der HS, aber einfach schauen welche Bahn gerade in meiner Haltestelle vorbeikommt ist nicht vorhanden. Alles sind mehr Klicks oder App auf.

The reason i used this app was the clean interface. Now is incredibly bad and spammy. Not even able to access a stop without having to touch 100 elements. Totally non sense. * it would be a great improvement to have all the favourite stops (NOT connections) in a page. And if you could set your favourite stops as widget on the home. I think a lot of users would love it and rate the app at least 4* I will be happy to change my rating to 5* if those featres are implemented

I prefer the old app. Why do you need to complicate things? The old app has better performance, faster and much more user-friendly. So much unnecessary stuff added to the new app. I was thinking of the new app. You have more integration (like D-ticket to google Wallet), but no. The new app always asks for my position, lagging, slow to load the connections.

In which century are you living? I cannot find basic places while searching for the correct way, like largest supermarkets or shops like Toom! I cannot find the right way by writing the address either! The only way for me is to open google maps, LOOK FOR THE NEAREST BUS STATION and search for a bus station in the app! The only function working is the payment function - but even that one did not work for IBAN, only for credit card! What a badly done app, wish there would be a local alternative.

The update is terrible. I bought a ticket TWICE and it keeps crashing when I try to open Tickets. I've now had to buy a paper ticket from the machine because this app keeps crashing. I can't find a contact for customer service anywhere on the app. How do I get my money for the tickets back???

I had wanted to buy a ticket for the train 7:55 1/10/2019 but the problem is the valid time for ticket is not right. After the successful payment the ticket is valid from 6:35-9:35. The living time for a ticket must be valid from the moment I chose and that means 180 minutes from 7:55. Yesterday I had bought one ticket valid from 21:27 to 0:27 i thought that was my fault when not checking the desired time carefully. But this is the system error. Please fix it.

Convenient when it works, penalty when it doesn't. I have tried using this with a credit card, but it eventually stops working and I get demands in the mail that I pay fees for missed charges. I try to change the payment method to another card, or to my bank account, to no avail.

I was happy after that they finally changed the application but the new version became even worst. Full of bugs and doesn't show actual connection, it does shows connection which doesn't exist.
