This is just OKAY. It glitches and some of the options DO NOT work. Tap billing information, payment options, payment information/history and you get nothing. Do Not provide options if they are not workable. Also is it possible to get a reminder email about upcoming payment due that includes the payment amount, due date, and partial account number being used for auto pay (if applicable). Thanks🙂

No user security. The "app" throws up a page that has a "link" for "reject all cookies" and "manage cookies". In this day and age, security should be topmost in everyone's minds, but the links disappear almost immediately. And, on the rare occasions when my practice hand-held coordination is fast enough to catch it and click on the link, it goes nowhere, and the login screen is displayed. There was no acknowledgement that a choice had been made so my assumption is it didn't process it.

This 'app' is just a primitive web browser for the vsp website. The website isn't mobile ready where it is designed for mobile screen. Instead it uses the desktop version of the site. Even worse, you can't use pinch-to-zoom feature that comes standard in a mobile browser when viewing a non-compatible site. Save your icon space. This app can be easily replaced by an web browser of your choosing.

COMPLETE TRASH! 3/4 of the time it doesn't work and when it does.... it doesn't. blank screens. when you're changing your password or creating your password there is no way that you can see what it is your typing. you have no idea. the most generic fake looking site. SCREAMS SCAMMERS

doesn't show member ID requested by doctor. App just says get it from my employer. My employer says get it from VSP app. I paid for upgraded plan and it is almost impossible to find in network doctors and impossible to use the plan. Won't be paying for plan ever again.

worst app build. they should probably fire the app dev and quality check teams. just bad. keeps crashing. says dashboard link is unavailable. tries to refresh or load and times out and logs out. slow and keeps redirecting for every page. pathetic

impossible to log in or change password, tells you to call, called in went through several menus and said "due to call volume we can't assist. please try your call later" VSP is a joke 👎

Horribly run app. I tried downloading it to more easily keep track of my insurance card. Nothing works I can't access my card nor can I access my benefits or find a doctor the entire thing needs a rework.

created an account... immediately told my account I just created isnt valid when trying to log in.... cant read what I am typing in as it is invisible.... TERRIBLE app

literally this app is built to make it impossible to do anything. circular references, slow navigation, buttons that don't do anything, etc. just terrible

App doesn't open only sits and spins. I've tried updating, refreshing, etc. Nothing! Very poor performance. Still not working, so deleting....bye, bye

Not even worth trying on mobile at all. Neither the mobile app or the mobile website work 10% of the time. Every login requires an email verification and never sends one. When you finally get in the app, it will either crash or when you swap apps it will log you out. Good luck trying to plan any sort of appointments around your insurance if you cant be in front of a computer.

The app never allows me to log in without calling for a password reset. When I attempt to enter my login, it gives an error. When I try to recover my password, it says no record found. Luckily, the customer service is great. However, the app needs some tweaks.

Needs improvement. Everytime I try to find a doctor, if I switch to another app (like maps, to check commute time, or reviews, or just to take a phone call, etc) everytime I come back to this app, I have to re-login, re-select the options, re-enter my zip code ...everytime. It doesn't even allow my phone to save the password. Very obnoxious.

Not able to access anything! The "my benefits" or "find a doctor" buttons are dead links. When clicked it says, "This content may have been moved, no longer exists, or is currently unavailable." Like someone else said in the reviews here, better off bookmarking the webpage on a browser and saving it on your homepage.

This app is unusable, I had to call to hard reset my account password multiple times and still unable to log into the app. The only way for me to view my information is to use the website which is inconvenient when at appointments where I have no access to a computer

This app is just a hastly and poorly done web view wrapped on top of their website. (More than likely done by the lowest bidder) If you are going to do this you should at least put some effort into it rather than just tossing it together and pushing it out the door. And with this it is always a terrible experience using your app. - popup that can't be dismissed. - stuck loading content. - terrible user interface for mobile. - minimize the app to check something? Back to the start for you!

Won't let me log in. Keeps on saying information is wrong. Will uninstall. Going back to website.

Horrible, the registration took 40 minutes because the app takes you trough a registration link that is loading and loading and loading once I registered the app won't let me log in. Keeps me on a loop after a I put user name and password it just pretends to load and then goes back to the username and password page never actually loads

I almost signed up for this insurance. Untill i did the numbers. Lets say this insurance. The highest tier. 31.00 and some change. U decide to use it after paying premium for 3 months. U go get ur awsome glasses for 2 bux. Or 100. Or 200. What ever the discount gets u. Now ur locked into a 1 year contract that cost 500 plus whatever ur glasses was and eye exam. 🤨🤨🤨
