Prior to purchasing the Vyapar app, they advertised several key features, including a barcode generator, among others. However, upon purchasing the app, they withdrew those features and requested an upgrade to the Retail Pro version. When we complained and contacted their customer support, they refused to provide assistance.
I have been using this app for the past 2 years and overall, it works very well. However, I’ve noticed one consistent issue — when a customer makes a split payment (part in cash and part online), the transaction cannot be accurately tracked in the downloaded reports. Resolving this would make the app even more efficient and user-friendly. (Last updated 13 Aug 25)
Your team is not able to negotiate about pricing and also don't know how to talk with customers. your application may be good but or bad it's secondary things but if you are giving an application on play store anyone can use it and if your team is saying " why you are using it if you are not ready to pay the amount what we want" I don't think it's right. what you think?
The app is good overally.However; for one to work offline you need to disable the sync function first.I have realised that the sync can only be taken off when there is network.In most cases network goes off without notice meaning that not invoice can be done.Kindly put a functionality that it can invoice offline automatically when there is no network and update the transactions when network is back.
Vyapar is a software that is very simple, easy to understand, and can be operated smoothly. Both small shopkeepers and large traders can use it effectively. Especially those who do not have knowledge of inventory or accounting can still fulfill all their business needs and requirements with it. It is one of the best software solutions available in the market.I have been using Vyapar for the last three to four months, and my experience with it has been very good—especially with the support team.

I am writing to formally share a concern regarding my recent experience with the Vyapar app and request that this matter be escalated to the concerned senior team for review. I recently purchased the Gold Plan. However, when I attempted to generate barcodes for my products, the system prompted me to upgrade to a higher plan. This was unexpected, as barcode generation is a basic requirement for local small business inventory management.
Don't download guys, worst app ....it only allows 5 sale invoices in a week that's disgusting not useful app... Number of invoices making is not a kind of premium features. There has to be no limitations in basic freemium version. Without it there is no use of application in freemium version.
Back-end support is extremely slow. We have raised a complaint regarding the monthly item-wise total free quantity in the Item Details Report. For the past 1.5 years, we have repeatedly emailed and spoken with customer support, but no solution has been provided so far....
Vyapar is a very useful and user-friendly app for accounting. However, a few improvements are needed in the mobile application & Desktop 1️⃣ Journal Entry is not available in the mobile app, which limits accounting flexibility on the go. 2️⃣ Journal Entry description/remarks are not visible in the main search results. 3️⃣ Main search bar cannot search by additional fields like transaction wise, Party wise Adding journal entry support & Advanced Search Option would greatly improve usability.
Initially they said you will get everything. After the update or the paid amount some important features like bar code is not provided, if you want barcode alone need to pay another 10k. whatsapp cannot connect with desktop version and need to update windows OS version. The worst business billing app I ever seen in my life. total money waste. Don't buy this vyapar
The app is outstanding. but the one thing is I have already stock in one price and i received the same item with new price. i don't know how to add with two prices . if somebody knows please explain. i tried with batch tracking
I received the same reply from this number also. If you can't build the feature then don't promise the same at the time of purchase. I am waiting for a feature that will give the city name of each party in any drop down since April 25. Still waiting for the solution.
Vyapar billing software is good overall, but the online store section needs improvement. There is no grid view option available, and the product images appear very small, which makes browsing difficult. A grid view with larger product images would greatly improve the user experience. I hope this feature will be added in future updates.
🙁😕😞 I have been using this on my mobile for a long time but recently it allows only 5 free invoices in a week. it is very disappointing and now I am searching for another billing app because of Vyapar App allowing only 5 invoices in a week.
Very pathetic app and service from Vyaapar team also misguided me to purchase their gold plan. Initially they convinced me to purchase their gold for my 3 different business and said that I can use the software in 3 desktop and 3 phones simultaneously with a sing licence only but this is not possible now I can use only one desktop and one phone at a time . Also they have mentioned you can make 5 companies in their gold plan but it can only be seen you cannot make bills for 5 companiesRs-8000
After 6 months of waiting time 2 inch paper print service is still incompatible on Evolute Falcon Device (Evolute print service). Other apps are so much compatible with my device that I can print image from the said device. It's a bit disappointing 😞, I rated 3 from 5. Hope this long waited issue will get resolved, and I rerate as 5 stars.
features that made vyapaar useful, are moving to platinum subscribe, like barcode printing. time to switch to other platform at this finalcial year end.
very good costumer service and instant response i really appreciate this app for this service. recently I have purchased on mobile golden plans later I have cancelled because its not comfortable on mobile to make big invoicrds.i informed them and they didn't deduct any penny from my amount and they refund awesome service later on I have purchased desktop edition golden plan
Buying a licence is too costlier. I don't know why they are hiking this much price for buying a licence. almost ₹10000 we have to pay for year. why are you stuffing too many options in the name of upgrades. in the retail pro plan their are lot of unnecessary options are padding to us.🙄🙄 one time purchase only, 10 idly for 100 rs, 1 idly 10 rs. but no option for 4 idly. either we have to take 1 or 10 in compulsory. 😅😅
There should be use of artificial intelligence in the sale transaction for making billing more easy .There is option to send transaction automatically to one whatsapp number. There should be option to receive messages in two numbers, one in owner mobile and one in my staff's mobile
