I have been with VS for around 22 years, but I believe it's about time to close the account. It's nearly impossible to log in - I either get an error displayed, the app crashes, or it just refreshes and doesn't actually log in (happening now). I am fed up with being unable to view my accounts when I need to. It's 2025, there is 0 excuse. Time to move on.
The app is fine. My biggest (and only) complaint is that everytime I save biometrics to use for login it does work and the next time I log in I have to use my password. There won't even be an option for biometrics. Its infuriating because I never remember the password and its so long. Biometrics used to work. What happened?
New color scheme won't open I haven't been able to log into my account all month!!! Where is my old Vystar app at least it was working but it disappeared can't even download it so I can check my accounts. Above when app first started now after years of fighting this app to get up to date info on my accounts, ALL I CAN SAY IS IT IS LACKING ANYTHING CLOSE TO BEING UP TO DATE!!! Have to wait for days and sometimes weeks for account updates on transactions.
Improvement but issues remain. Not sure if in app or banking servers that app connects to. 1. Edit transactions option is junk. Full of duplicates in upper and lower case. 2. No way add or remove category. 3. Sometimes random changes category I set. May change CREDIT PAYMENT to Transfer. Often changes Auto to food and dining. I've complained for over a year but no one at Vystar seem to care if they have usability problems in system.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I can't log in. It won't let me log in. This has been going on for at least a week.Fix your app, most of my banking is done through online this is ridiculous stop fixing things that aren't broke and start fixing things that are. i've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. It does not work period I need to use my banking app. I work nights. It's 12 o'clock at night right now. And I need to pay a bill and thanks to your buggy app, I can't
It's becoming more and more of a hassle to log in. I need to enter a verification code almost everytime i log in which is tedious and frustrating. I just want to be able to check my balance like with the previous app but it does not appear to be an option. Also, my checking account balance has not been accurate lately. I have to log in to a separate app (card control) to verify the amount of money in my account. I love banking here but this app has been a disaster since day one.
Very disappointed !! Why come up/ out with a new app, and not have trial runs before making it public ? There was nothing wrong with app I've been using, tho sometimes it wouldn't open and let me retrieve my info. This is beyond frustrating,not being able to do mobile banking. The lines at the branches here(PC) are long, so unless you have time to wait it out, that's not a go either.
App doesn't work at all. Crashes immediately upon launch. Use web and you're in a queue behind thousands of people just trying to view their accounts. Since the new update and poorly executed launch - ALL of my bill pay recipients have been deleted. I can't even transfer money to my husband's account anymore. Takes over an hour to get a rep on the phone. Stood in line at the physical bank for 40 minutes. Can't get any help. I'm going back to Wells Fargo. They never screwed me over like this.
Awful. Can't get into my account. Contemplating moving my accounts to another banking institution so I can monitor my accounts. My routine has been to do that each day. On the new app, after installation when you try to enter the username/password it goes into a loop. Need to fix it fast or go back to the old platform. This is unacceptable from a banking firm like Vystar.
Crashes each time you open it and still has not worked for over a week now in counting and has been infuriating that I cannot see my transactions, balance, ect. Nevertheless still even if I call i would have to wait 45- and hour and a half just to get a response. By far the worst customer service and technical support ever and I been with vystar for years. If the issue is not fixed soon then I'll be taking my financial services elsewhere.
Effing website isn't working either! Wants to verify who I am but isn't giving me an option to send a code. How many glitches do you guys need?! Waiting in the queue wasn't too bad. Time is money and you're effing with ours! Yikes y'all. I was getting the same "API" errors as others. Now I click the app and it immediately disappears and tells me the app keeps stopping. Look at all the 1 stars! Bring the old app back until you figure it out.
Is anyone at vystar reading these reviews?? This is extremely inconvenient! We not only can't use the app but we can't even do online banking from the website. I expect Vystat to eat up any late fees we have when it comes to our bill pay/overdraft fees etc. Going on a week now. No temporary fix or available system for us. Not a fan right now. My review up there was on 5/23/22. It is 6/9/22 and the app is still not working!!!!! If this app doesn't start working by mid-June we are changing banks.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Haven't been able to access my account since last week!! With the way prices are these days it's hard to keep up with what you have in your account because you go out on a budget and it's blown in the first 30 seconds... trying to send some money and can't get into my account without having to spend $100 in gas... Call in and they won't accept your call because EVERYONE is trying to call! Time to leave, this happens everytime they do an update...
I would actually give it a 0 if I could. It doesn't open on my phone at all and when you use a laptop it asks me to accept terms and conditions every time i go into an account to check balances. When you get into the banking itself everything is generic. There's no note of what the purchase was for. Debit card purchases are showing as checks written. My paycheck shows up as education from a third party. What the heck?! Did kindergarteners design this app? You need to start over!
This is crazy. Just like all the rest I depend on being able to track my spending daily. Not being able to do that and spending blind is horrible. I don't exactly live close to an ATM to check my balance so this delay is super inconvenient. The old app was fine just the way it was. It was super easy to use and you were able to access anything you needed. Why they need to enhance it is beyond me. Come on Vystar. This is not fair to your members!!
Edit: Six days now and they STILL haven't given us a solution... Original app was fine. I have been trying to get into the "new app" for two days now and still can't get past the login page before it decides to shut off randomly. I have uninstalled and everything several times but it still doesn't work. I live far from physical banks and I can't even use my card because I haven't been able to transfer any money on it! Extremely irritating and an extreme fail for new app. Highly disappointed.
WTH is going on with this app? You send an email and said it's fixed tell us to get rid of the old apps and getting new one with all the instructions but IT DOESNT WORK!!!!!! This is so frustrating . Its been a month. If this isn't fixed soon I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh and also I will not be putting my account number and social security number on an app that is broken.
Can't get logged in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it just force closes. I've even gone directly to the online website and I can't get past the verification page because it won't let me send a verification option. Being that I travel 5 days a week and 90% of the time I am nowhere near a vystar, this is unacceptable. How am I supposed to pay bills and know what's going on with my account this week?
The app alone makes me want to stop being a Vystar customer. What is going on with the notifications? I'm not changing anything. I get text and app notifications as I set them for about 2 weeks, then they stop. I login to the app and see that nothing has changed, so why do the notifications stop? Also, I'm all for secure logins but this constant need for a security code when I already have biometric login is insanity. Once my loan is paid off, I'm out.
Well, there isn't too much I can say that others haven't already...but I highly depend on this app DAILY. I downloaded this new version, and it crashes before I can ever log in. Not looking good on day 2. The last two times the app and website have been upgraded, this has happened. I'm not sure what the disconnect is, but I expect more from this otherwise awesome institution.
