Wallapop - Sell & Buy

What a bad app, and worst customer service. Every release breaks something; support takes no ownership, have no empathy, and keep on copy+paste the same messages ignoring responses sent. Any problem with shipping (eg items damage in-transit), Wallapop (who handles the shipping) doesn't respond or refers to the carrier, asks for photos until you give up. Certainly not a company seeking to build return relationships with customers. Items overpriced. Ads-riddled. Search is flaky at best.

Browsing this site for awhile now. Didn't even bother to register cause its like I'm looking at overpriced junk you see on craigslist lately. I had to laugh when I saw a broken analog tv for $25. Didn't find anything worth buying. Additionally, categories are very limited and there just isn't enough sellers. Times are tough and Noone wants to pay full retail. It's seems most of the items I search only give a small discount. Not worth it. I prefer using Facebook marketplace, it's better.

Signed up with my email to buy an item. Purchased the item with my credit card, and then suddenly got kicked out and can't login. I have no way of communicating with the seller and so can't go pick up the item I paid for. Wallapop took my money and I don't know if I will get it back...What are the product managers, engineers and developers doing? You people need to hire an escalation team to handle these kinds of issues. This issue has been affecting users for over a year and still unresolved

Created account and logged on a few times to search for items. Returned later and am unable to log on. Received same error others have reported about not having an internet connection. Tried password reset and reinstalling app. Can't log on to web or mobile app. I contacted "support" and received form letters telling me my account has violated the TOS. Impossible! I've never bought nor sold anything on the service. Use EBAY instead if you want reliable service and support.

Every time I create an account it tells me my password is wrong, multiple accounts and multiple emails all with the correct password and it tells me I can't sign back in, the verification emails don't go through, the password reset emails don't go through, there's nothing I can do to access any account that I make because I keep getting wrong password and network error. Perhaps the worst app I've ever used.

The application and the overall platform have serious quality issues. There are many scammers and abusive users, which makes the experience frustrating. Finding good items is difficult because the filters are ineffective and the search results often include many unrelated listings. It also seems that these problems are not being adequately addressed. Additionally, the app does not allow selecting and copying text for translation, and it lacks built-in translation features. Platform fees to much.

Excellent Shopping Experience! Wallpop has become my go-to marketplace app! The platform offers a wonderful selection of quality goods and services that meet all my needs. Navigation is incredibly intuitive - I can find exactly what I'm looking for in just a few taps. What impressed me most is the trustworthiness of this application. Sellers are reliable, transactions are secure, and the verification system gives me confidence with every purchase. The user interface is clean and well-organized.

Exceptional app. I love shopping on this. Great every day offers, at least for my interest which is any tech related sale and the vendors here are mostly trustworthy. Also, ads are relevant. A couple of months in and I'm loving it more and more, really easy to do shopping here.

Everything is ok untill you need contact support team, they could't provide any payment details. You've been warned - one day your refund will be not in wallapop and not on your account balance upd. I had one more incident with delivery, and a guy from the support team just wasted my time

Overall, I had a good experience buying/selling second-hand products with Wallapop. Pros: easy to use, good shipping, bundles, chat without sharing personal info. To improve: Add voice support to chat, it may help to negotiate, explain things and adds a layer of confidence in the buyer/seller. To add a super layer of flow it would be great to have voice call support!! You can grow and be even better!! Anyway, thanks for your existence.

Useful app but main problem is Wallapop pushes junk notifications on mobile which causes people to block notifications. So when you try to sell we don't see the messages from buyers. When you try to buy the seller sometimes doesn't respond at all for the same reason. Wallapop doesn't seem to notify by email that there is a message as a backup. So it is crucial they stop any junk notifications like "Need any help?". Fees disguised in part of the postage cost. Not exactly transparent.

Used to have a problem with the log in for months, but it was solved in 3mins after me contacting help service via email. I Have to touch the search bar twice for the keyboard to pop up.

doesn't work on GrapheneOS. Support is never helpful for technical issues. i sent them the exact error from the android system with a plugin not loading and they're asking for screenshots of the error in the app lol

Not possible to make a purchase. "something went wrong". Terrible. UPD after an hour of attempts: now it's not possible to login in the app at all. Nice work, Wallapop

Started using this site few months ago and everything was going nice. Few weeks later I could not enter my profile. Later opened a new site for products. Things began good again, till yesterday, can`t get assets to my new account. I asked for help from the wallapop team but instead of my new account, they have opened the old one. I don`t need the old account because I`ve lost my clients.How do I recover the new site (tony d.) The old account was TT. I love Wallapop.

Please stop changing the functionality of a person's favourites list in the app. You've changed it so frequently in recent months, ultimately making the function so frustrating to use that you're better off using the web site instead of the app. If you want to be helpful, reverse your recent changes and enable people to categorise things in their favourites list.

I love the app and the community so much but it's so janky. Weird problems with messages showing in the wrong order. Things I unfavourited months ago showing up in my list again. Weird scrolling issues.

This app shouldn't exsist. When product is sent out then money should be sent out same time. Do you order things online and pay only when you receive the product? No. We sent out one not very cheap moto jacket and then we receive pictures that decorations/logos on jacket are in pieces, zipper is broken. We don't know real story, but nothing was broken when we sent it out. We lost everything. No more jacket and even didn't receive any money. Not taking the risk anymore and deleting the app.

have been working with wallapop for about 5 yrs now. had some glitches along the way but all and all love the update that they fill in the details. i find uploading simple and not over bearing like some apps. need to add some simple features when communicating with your buyer. response box too short for a good communication sometimes between people who do not speak the same language. app easy to use, when its working well. ads are no obstrusive.

App ok, it's very difficult to refine your search so you have to wade through too many adverts to find what you want. The worst thing is selling anything and dealing with cheapskate and time wasting buyers. Not wallapops fault, but I end up giving things to a charity shop for free rather than the stress of dealing with Spanish buyers.
