This used to be an app I used rarely but that was useful when I did. It was nice to have a spot to put any Apple Wallet passes that were awkward to take screenshots of or something. But now, every time you open the app, there's a full-screen add you have to sit through (even though when you need to use a pass, you need to use it then), and to top it off, the add is incredibly scummy, saying something like "Activate your account" with a "click here" button and no other text. Ridiculous.

This app works really well for an app that hasn't been updated in 3 years. The biggest problem I see is that it doesn't work as advertised. Supposedly it can search through emails, documents, etc and it will pull the codes out for you. That has worked for me maybe once or twice. What you actually do is go to the document that has the code and share it to the application. It then pulls the code out of the document and you click a button that adds it to the app. Fix the instructions please.

I thought I would use this app to store all my train, plane, and bus boarding passes for an upcoming trip to Europe instead of searching through pictures and PDFs for them. Nope! I thought wrong. Every time I hit 'import passes' the only pass that would import would be an old bus pass from a year and a half ago, none of the 12-15 boarding passes that I had downloaded for this upcoming trip were imported. There needs to be another way to import things manually.

Automatic updates are disabled even though the switch is flipped on. It claims to have updated the pass but it clearly hasn't because automatic updates are disabled. There are A LOT of suspect reviews for this app now too. I would not recommend this app for anything more than a one time use item and if you have a vendor that sends annual passes through it, ask for another method.

Initially I was very happy with this app after giving it my first "pass". later when I tried to add more, there seemed no method available to add them (the "+" sign turned on a QR reader), and I could find nothing else. I wrote the vendor a week ago, but have not heard back. A few days after my first experience, I tried the product on a different smart phone, loading my second set of passes onto it successfully. But, it would then load the first set on my first device. Same problem as before, two different devices. Both devices were different generations of Moto products. I don't know whether that's relevant. But I'm presuming from the number of positive reviews I see, it must be doing a good job for many people. Not hearing back from support, and finding an alternative that works for all my passes (except PDF versions), was enough to break the deal. Uninstalled recently.

Used it numerous times with .pkpasses and worked fine. Now it can't find any passes to import even though stored on device in downloads and no way to search. Also if you try to open a pkpass it doesn't come up as an option. Seems like one dodgy update sends it from hero to zero. It really needs fixing urgently. The website is all over the place on android. Looks like it's heading for an uninstall if not working by my next trip. Shame really because it did the job where Google wallet can't.

When I first installed the app, it immediately recognised de .pkpass files I had in my phone which was great, but after that, there seems to be no option to add other files/passes to the app. They don't appear even though I put them in the same location as the previous files. I even deleted the original files from the phone in hope for a "refresh" but they stayed in the app and no new passes added. The only way to add something is to scan a code and add it that way,but that misses the whole point

Fullscreen ads + a lot of other ads and 15€/week to removing them. I really liked this wallet app. It was really good for years. Moderate ads were ok and the app was still functional. We all have to earn some money some were. The current state is no longer "workable". 15€ per week for the ad removal feels like a scam people are getting pushed into.

This App is almost useless. It is thousands miles away from iPhone Wallet. Boarding cards cannot be addedd automatically by clicking on the emails and they are almost never recognized. Once someone manages to download and add the boarding cards to this app using some strategies, the cards do not even appear in a chronological order. Notifications pop up without any reason and show different cards (i.e. a card used months before or your return card when you still have to travel onwards, or the other way around). This issue spams your mobile phone everytime you handle it. It just looks nice. However, it needs far better improvements....

Too many ads. I found it hard to import passes or get anything done. Ads when you start the app. Ads when you take too long to do anything with the app. Then it is hard to close some of the ads without accidentally going to the play store. I thought I had a virus for a while. It also did not import any of my passes successfully.

I do t use it much, not even aware of all of its features, but find it very useful for keeping various cards at one place. Unfortunately the name does not match the purpose very well, which is frustrating when I search for it by name. On my phone it is called Passes, but have no passes in it, mainly insurance cards, so the name I always think of is Wallet. And when I type Wallet into the search bar, the app does not come up.

The app is simple, but that's the beauty of it. Nothing more than a central storage location for all your e-tickets. I've found the scanning and subsequent conversion of barcodes isn't necessarily super effective, but the airlines I use all allow automatic download of tickets to the app. Great way to travel without wondering where you put that blasted paper ticket, or having to scroll through your emails when internet isn't available.

I used to use this app for my car wash card, and it was super easy: open, scan, done. But now it's got so many ads, and I have to wait 30 seconds to close them at the cashier. It's such a pain to get rid of them that the app's pretty useless to me now👎. So yeah, I'm not really into using it anymore.🚮

long ads, waiting at entrance worse than loaded handbag! When we first used the app, it was easy and tickets loaded quickly. Now, nearly a year later, it's ridiculously slow to load, ads that don't have escape route, unable to bypass them, so I let five families go ahead of us while waiting!

Nice app, but it will sometimes just not save some passes for no reason, and there is no way to forever it to do it... For instance train tickets from the swiss SBB are displayed but I can't find them later. Also it would be nice if one could import from pdf, images or emails. The scanner is nice but can't scan the screen of the phone itself, of course...

Does all the things in one place. And you can just add as a File, which was the feature that won me over Edit: Got my train tickets on there and it always fails to scan on certain trains. Got two citations for not having a ticket and had to go through the bureaucracy of resolving them, because of this app. Two other times the ticket control person was nice and didn't give me a citation. Works fine in Google wallet though. Too bad, back to Google 😞 Edit2: PassAndroid <3 so good, it works

The recent introduction of intrusive and never-ending ads is a real kick in the teeth, not to mention it doesn't even start up without an internet connection, probably because it can't load all the ads. And the "permium" tier is absurdly overpriced. An absolute scam, stay away from this garbage. Look for FossWallet instead, supports more pkpass files and is open source.

was good until the developer decided to update it so there is a full screen unskippable ad every time you open the app ... which defeats the entire purpose of this app - quick and simple access to a passcard when needed, emphasis on quick as there is nothing worse than standing at a machine waiting for my input and being forced to watch a 15 second full screen ad .... it's now so awesome ive taken the time to write this review.

The app used to be great. but recent intrusive ads that slowed down the checkin time for everything made me uninstalled it. It took 10-15seconds to load the ads, and to close the ads, you really have to look for it. I will stick with emails.

It's great to have an app for Android that can read the pkpass format. The app works without issues. I think the usability could be a bit improved. It would be nice to be able to explicitly import downloaded pkpass files (not only upon opening the app for the first time) with a file selector. Also, it could be a bit simpler to delete old pkpasses. A killer feature would be to automatically check the dates on the pkpasses and suggest deletion of expired passes.
