I never was able to place my order. finding what I was going to order was very easy. I would say the easiest, but toss those great deals out the window when you can't order them.

I usually have no problems with this app but now all the sudden every time I go to use it it tells me whatever I'm searching for is not available. I can't look for anything or add anything to my cart from the app I have to go online. And now every time I go to pick up my order it tells me it's having technical difficulties and I can't say that I'm on my way or that I'm here to pick up. nor will it allow me to ship missing items that are available to ship to my address all of the sudden.

App doesn't recognize when I arrive at the curbside pickup. Always shows I am on my way even though I have arrived to an assigned parking spot. Always have to call. beats the purpose of the app. 😠

Dear, Walmart as someone who owns a business and also sells my items through your seller center I am getting sick and tired of losing out on my revenue after consumers stay with items for more than a month and then claim it's defective you guys quickly refund them without consulting us and when they return the product they either send a completely whole different product and the worst part is you guys refund them back and make it hard for us to dispute claim

I'm so impressed with how easy and efficient the new Walmart Business app is. I was able to do all of my shopping for my not for profit organization in less than 7 minutes. Talk about saving so much time, & completely stress free! I'm so grateful. Thank you, Walmart.

As a past loyal customer I'm disappointed of the way you treat customers as criminals. This feedback is behalf of a friend that was reported to authorities for forgetting to pay 1 time in the self checkout a ridiculous amount of ~$30 which is less than 0.5% of past spending. Is that a way to treat your customers? Why don't have a better way to remind people to pay on self checkout. People can be distracted and forget to pay accidentally. Why are you sending law abiding citizens to court...

I have a tax-exempt organization and I have been charged taxed every time I placed an order. My tax exempt number is not attached to my online app therefore I am charged tax on my business every time I place an order.

Automatically receive an email saying that my business can't be verified and my account is suspended. I have to contact customer service. No thanks I will use Amazon Business. Seems like data harvesting.
