Wantedly Visit

Very good user experience. Best for any job search platform I have tried over the years. But it would be nice if there was an option for employers and job seekers to see Japanese level. Some companies are fine with no or basic Japanese. So it would nice to filter job openings by that.

Its such a waste because this app looks extremely promising but the lack of various features makes it hard to access - like the basic "forgot your password" option isn't there.

This review is from SG. There is absolutely no way to delete your profile once it is created. I have contacted the web administrator, Andrea, whom demanded a reason for deleting the account, which I provided as well. However, I did not hear back from her and neither was my account deleted. It has been over a week without any updates regarding my request to delete my account. I decided to check up on my account today, and to my horror, my access to MY OWN ACCOUNT is blocked on the app. I know my account is not deleted as I am still receiving a lot of messages from Wantedly SG. True enough, I decided to sign in to my account on the internet browser and I was able to access my profile, which was public all the while. What is happening here? I am really perplexed and worried. I am only asking for my account to be deleted. I don't think that is a tough or challenging request at all. Even if, for some reason, Wantedly does not allow accounts to be deleted, I believe an explanation just to inform users would be so much more appropriate than simply blocking users' access to their own accounts, while their accounts can still be access by others. I truly believe that in order to achieve great things, Wantedly needs to respect a user's basic privacy rights and stop this harmful online practice of infringing the rights of others. It really is not cool. And words will spread. I really hope that Wantedly can help to resolve this issue. Even if Wantedly refuses to delete my account, you guys should not block my access to MY ACCOUNT on the app. Thank you.

It is not clear how does it work. I've tried to reach them several times to clarify some concept on their UI but no answer.

In Japan if you don't speak Japanese avoid the app. Or be prepared to fake open positions

The app does not work at all to do anything. Not even to find the specific job or company. Kept crashing.

only for if you DO NOT livein the U.S.A. something they shpuld have included since your only options are Japan, Germany, Singapore, or Hong Kong for where to work

Clean UI, interesring concept like tinder for job hunter and talent hunter

Created wantedly account with LinkedIn but don't have the option to login via the app

Overall it a good app, I really hope i.can find my dream job
