Watch NRL

A reliable way to watch the NRL in Alaska. I love it. Not only is the app great, the support is 2nd to none. On the restart this year I went to start the game, had family ready to watch but it kept giving me an error. Disappointed I was resigned to the fact I was going to miss the game. I sent an email to support. I had a reply with a fix in a minute. One Suggestion - when you click a team on the ladder it shows their match history - For when you want to compare your team to opponents.

Much better than any other overseas nrl watching experience. The resolution is much better than the older subscription sites and it doesn't ever buffer. Download option is good to, so I can watch when I have no WiFi. Chromecast feature is great. Bit pricey though. Would give 5 stars if it were cheaper and had an easier way to rewind or f fwd 10 seconds.

This service doesn't show all games. The World Club Challenge was advertised to be shown on Watch NRL but the Watch NRL Team insist the game is cancelled and can't be shown which is clearly untrue. They also refused to refund on these grounds. Don't buy.

In the current version of the app the settings and menu buttons are in the extreme top left and right corners of my pixel 10, which means I can't access them. This means I can't login!

Never had any issues with this app til the most recent update. Now the screen is such that the links are part hidden by the top and bottom of my mobile screen. The page layout needs to be slightly smaller again!!!!

Coming to the end of my second full season using the app, plus a couple of other years where I dipped in for the Origin and the finals. The app/subscription service is excellent and I make use of live and in demand features. My own quibble is the lack of some sort of FFW/RWD buttons when casting from my phone to a chromecast. Wanting to move forward or backward can be challenging, requiring just selecting a point along the timeline. A "FFW/RWD 10 secs" button would be really useful.

App works well generally. However, for completed games that say full time but for which the live streams are continuing, clicking the play button offers no option to watch from start. Rather, it immediately picks up the live coverage, which is often the post-match, with the final score visible. This is a long-time bug present for me on Pixel 3a and now Pixel 6. Would also like to be able to skip forward or back 15 seconds during live broadcasts (only available on desktop atm).

The streaming is good and layout clear. However the chromecast element is poor. The problem seems to be new for this year. It starts off well but after a while control is lost (the icon shows not connected) and if I try to reconnect it says no devices are found. The only way to get round this seems to be to restart the phone after which it finds the device. And to stop the stream playing on the TV I have to connect some other app. This behaviour seems to unique to this app.

For a service that costs a lot of money it is horrendous. You selected play from start and it goes to live. When you're watching a replay of a game it continually jumps 10-20 minutes. I'm always seeing the end result which makes it pointless me watching or paying for this service. Might as well just Google the result...

Unfortunately they continue to bill irrespective of if there are games. The service did not not let me order 1 month of service only but required recurring billing. There appeared to be no notification of the recurring billing. Beware of supplying your credit card details as they do not respond to messages. I have still not received a response after contacting them three times over a month.

it's too expensive. a lot of people in other countries are travelling, shocking I know, and don't have 190 dollars to throw down. I'm still probably going to do it but Jesus Christ why make it so difficult. Edit: I got it and it is a really good app was able to watch all my games, I still think it should be a bit cheaper but if I was going to b abroad next year I wouldn't hesitate to pay it again

New TV, new Chromecast, and highspeed broadband that streams everything else in 4K. Yet this gives you 30 seconds of HD when you start casting, and you slowly watch the resolution turn to garbage. All for a pretty expensive subscription for access to a single sport. Can't cast downloaded material, nor able to stream straight onto a smart TV. Who isn't casting or using a smart TV these days?

Pro: The stream quality is high. Cons: The usability of this service is very low, especially for the incredibly high price (it really makes you feel like you back home in Australia). There needs to be an app on all platforms including Roku. I'm also very disappointed with the spoiling of results by the online interface. During the finals if you open the app after the last game of the round had been played, even if that is midnight your time, the match guide will default to the next week.

App not available on windows, or smart tv: browser access only. App T&C's state Automatic renewal only. Does not support access via VPN (so membership and cc payment not enough to protect broadcast rights). Therefore, not advisable to use on public, untusted, or unsecured WiFi such as cafés, hotels, airports etc. It is bloody expensive - nearly as much as a Sky sports subscription, but it is the only way to get all the games in the UK and mainland Europe etc. So it isn't value for money

This was running fine last season and this season till the last update in April. Now when played on my android boxes with amlogic s812 and s912 chips it frequently stops with an unknown player error - this never happened before. I tried on different ISP - same issue. The lines are both fiber - 1 is 500/500 the other 200/100 so it is not line speed. That said It does seem to play ok on my other boxes with rockchip RK3399 cpus. Please resolve this apparent issue with the amlogic chips ASAP . It is not a cheap paid for service and this has to work on any box with no stops.

Got it now working on my smart TV browser. Had to disable pop up blocker, disable an automatic java option thing (, both on TV Web browser settings) and then move to fibre broadband but now works fine. I wish they'd allow UK fans the option of watching the whole broadcast (the build up and after show), I watch 'as live' the games late morning here and it'd be nice to get the full experience and analysis or have the option for it (would be 5 star otherwise)

App is okay... I play content through chromecast but picture quality average at best. Lots of juddering and picture not smooth at all. Don't have the same issue with other sports streaming services such as Sky Sports or BT Sport: both those services have a very smooth picture. A shame, considering how much it costs.

Terrible support app buffers sll the time over the past couple of weeks whether you watch on the app or chromecast it, running with a 4k chromecast and 60 mbs on Internet and today it's not giving me the option to chromecast the TV is there but it's greyed out. Not good for the money you're paying sort it out. Same automated response been on holiday and come back to it still buffering constantly and have already used your customer care team which didn't help at all 26/05/2019

I'd like to see the 20 minute highlights up a lot quicker. The cuts are useful when we have early morning kick offs here in UK to catch up. But what is an overnight turnaround for you there is a whole day before it appears here. A match that finished at 10.30am still isn't available as highlights at 8pm.

WARNING DON'T DOWNLOAD!!!! Absolute Rubbish!!!! Paid for subscription and it doesn't even stream. I live in NZ and the app nor the website works. I've made 2 complaints through the app support and another complaint through developer contact. I sent proof that it not working and still haven't received a reply back. All I was asking was for my money back or another free subscription but no they can't even do that.
