Watch Sync App - BT Notifier

Sent feedback in "Settings > Feedback". No response. No 3 day trial and NO REFUND!!! I was offered a 3 day trial. After several pop ups offering a discount for one year I entered all my info and was immediately charged. So misleading and dishonest. I had the app for less than an hour, didn't work!! so I uninstalled and canceled. You owe me a refund!!!!

It's not long since I bought it. I have however been challenged using it. I have overcome the challenges. The initial problems I had were due to the Sellers poor marketing. I was not aware of the charging system for Swart Wristwatch. It a good Wristwatch. It perfectly meets my Requirements. I give you kudos to the Developers. Please keep up the good work. More Grease to your Elbows, Aameen. Regards.

nonsense app and nonsense watch. don't buy this app. full of advertising. after every click you will see a advertising without skip button. this is fraud brand and app. I threw my watch out of my house. 3rd class app and watch don't buy this watch . it is fraud. their are only adds in the app.

Watch Sync App: I tried several apps that did not meet my needs. I searched a lot until I found this app. The pairing process is perfect. I receive calls and messages with high efficiency via Bluetooth. It works with high quality, is convenient and easy to use. It deserves 10 stars. I highly recommend it.

I like the app, has been great. The 3 stars is because I got charged a day early and cancelled the service. Am I going to get my money back? Why was I charged a day early?

couldn't give zero or I would. Shame on me for not reading reviews first, I would never have downloaded. I could easily just copy and paste a review. Total mis-leading scam of an app. Give me my money back, and not some ridiculously confusing protocol on how to proceed. It took you 10 seconds to take my money, take another 10 and refund me.

I can't stand all these absent claim they're free and then consistently want to set up a monthly payment

Is basically impossible to work with. my watch has been goofy, so I checked watch sync to see ifit could help me. it kept telling me to connect my watch to my phone. i could finally get it to realize they were connected and it confirmed that and the next thing you know it told me it wasn't connected. It kept doing that over and over. it just drove me crazy.

I was misled by a supposed trial offer, as I was immediately charged without receiving the promised trial period, and the application did not function as expected on my Samsung watch. I have since uninstalled the application. I have requested a full refund via email and through the app itself. Given the circumstances, a full refund is warranted. I kindly request the return of my $17.99, as this is a significant amount to just give away.

easy to use but always trying to make you download apps, a bit annoying.

Absolutely Disgusting ! I Was lucky because I have fraud Alert. They're bold type assurance, during setup, that you need credit card for, by the way, which CLAIMS your card will not be charged, is --->🐴 _$H|+,<--- seconds after completing their unnecessary registration, your payment method is charged. mine got blocked fortunately. BEWARE !! Edit: Developer can "Claim" they don't charge when shouldn't. That changes Nothing. I'm NOT the Only reviewer stating this allegation. I stand by my word.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!! I got this app for my smart watch and it would not connect. it has predatory pop up adds. One popped up and I thought I was putting in info for the app, but it was something else. I feel like idiot for also using my credit card to sign up for a "free" account. I was immediately charged and now I will probably have to cancel that card

I tried this app on a 3 day free trial and it was worthless, I made sure to unsubscribe before I Uninstaller it and now I am constantly getting notifications wanting me to reinstall telling me that my "subscription will pick up where I left off. " I have NEVER been bothered by ANY app I've ever downloaded on a free trial, unsubscribed, and uninstalled. I took screenshots, so I had best not end up getting charged for it. this feels FAR too shady for me!

Does not support all brands, only brands that have a built in app store of their own. Spoiler alert, that's all the most expensive ones, which already have their own apps. Don't waste time downloading if your watch costs under 600$. Also is riddled with full screen ads unless you pay for premium which is not worth it's cost.

I could not get the "Watch sync app" on my smart watch so I cancelled it with Google Play and they refunded me £16.79 and cancelled the app. I now find that I have been charged £39.99 for my next months use when; the watch is back with amazon and the app was cancelled the day after my purchase. I would like this amount refunded immediately!

doesn't work. instructions are vague. no way to connect watch with any method and can't figure out how to make the code work or even if it's the right code because the instructions are non existent. also, it's awful you have to pay to use anything on it. Even actually use it. and you need to be a paying member for pretty much the ability to connect it even because "faster connection speeds" was one of the membership "perks". looks like a bad scam for money. disgusting and unhelpful. please fix.

not user friendly and too many annoying ads. I have not been able to use the app, I can't get anywhere cos of ads. I don't have a Google Store in my watch and I can't connect the phone to the app. Please learn from other apps like fit pro

I had the same experience with others who relied on the 7 day free trial claim for this app. As with others, I downloaded the app to try it with a inexpensive health tracker I got from my health insurance comany. When it didn't work, I canceled my account via Google pay the same day. Now, 8 days later, I discovered I was billed for the yearly subscription fee. Waiting to see if play.google.refund will accept my request.

The smart watch I purchased indicated I HAD to have this app to connect the watch to the phone. I had the same problem as everyone else, it DOES NOT work. I spent over 3 hours trying in vain to connect and finally had to just give up. I returned the watch to the seller and I feel I deserve a refund for the subscription to this app. I never got any value from it whatsoever. Please advise how to proceed to receive refund.

Terrible app. They want you to pay for something you can't try out. 3 days is not nearly enough time to evaluate a product with so many customisable features. Avoid and find a free app with ads. At least then you can choose to purchase if you like it........
