I've been coming here to get sandwiches a lot which are great. Encouraged to use the app to rack up a rewards but when downloaded it either will not open or will not let me click create account. What good is it if you can't create the account and use the app? Keeps giving a low connectivity error message upon clicking on the app. No connection yet same error message when trying to login. tells me that the error message is from your servers #15! Mult. tries, giving up!!!

06/2025 Update: Cart doesn't save - can't pick out items ahead of time & come back when ready to order. If edit item in cart, customizations aren't saved so must reselect all options. Ordering not tied to inventory so can order & pay for out of stock items. Milk alternatives & flavors available for some drinks, not others. Can't take screen shot of receipt, it returns a black screen. Can't pay with a combo of gift card and credit card, so have a gift card with a small amount that I can't use!

This app used to be really great and helpful. I could order my lunches ahead of time and have them scheduled for pickup right when lunch break started. As of the past 2 or 3 months though, just about every other time I try to order the app is down or frozen up or locked in some way and I cannot process the order. Same. When I'm trying to pay for gas at the pump it keeps shutting down and won't work.

The app will not allow me to add a credit card for reloading a gift card, even though the same card can be added for mobile orders. When I reached out to support they responded with an obvious AI that told me to verify details (again, already did) and said it may be a temporary system limitation even though I've been trying for days, then told me to contact support if I need further assistance. I'm not confident that anyone reads or cares about support.

I created an account and when I try to log in, nothing happens. I had so many problems with this app 3 years ago and I continue to have problems with the passwords, phone number verification, and signing in and the app just crashes. at this point I am convinced this is just a phishing scam or data mining to get whatever contact info these developers can get.

Love Wawa, and this is a good app. I joke that I should have signed up earlier, and if I had, I would have enough points for a Wawa car! Lol. only drawback is that the app wants to know my location, which makes sense if ordering ahead, but since I always walk in, I need to hit cancel about 4x every time I use the app. Its a minor irritation. One other issue is that I cant stack rewards, as it will ignore the second redemption. So I do 2 transactions, one right after the other, and its all good.

It's getting annoying. Today was the second time this month that I made a purchase that didn't show up towards my rewards. One was for about $5 and one for about $8. Next time I Uninstall and start getting my coffee and lunch at Royal Farms. RESPONSE: I'm not receiving any error. I'm buying items, and the amount I bought doesn't show up toward my rewards. EDIT: OK, I'm starting to hate this app. If I look at a text or email while it's open, it won't open again until I force stop/clear cache. Bad

as much as i love wawa, the app is getting worse and worse. even with good wifi or mobile data, it takes a very long time to load, more time is spent on the splash screen then actually ordering. if you want to pay in the store rewards are taken away and you have to reapply at the register. you can't use a giftcard that doesn't have enough funds for the order and make up the difference with a saved credit card. as a result i have all of my card slots filled with cards with a dollar or less.

Good if you’re disabled like me and want to enjoy Wawa but can't always go to the store. Delivery apps don't have the full Wawa menu (even this app doesn't have the full menu) nor the deals or rewards. So the app is great for that. The app sucls if you want a handmade drink. It will not let you order it. You'll go through the selections then it just stops working right before the add to cart option. It will not let you order these drinks, it's infuriating.

Keeps giving me error code during payment, saying something went wrong. Only happens trying to activate machine to gain fuel points, & not in store. I can use my card to pay at the pump right after pulling that error code, but not on the app, it makes no sense. This has been happening for months now, consistently. 😮‍💨

App is so subpar to every other food ordering app I have used. The options are not even the same as in the store. One example is not having the option to toast a hoagie in the app despite going in the store 10 minutes later and getting it done. The pages are nearly impossible to scroll through and so buggy. It does not save your order preference so if you click to go back, you have to reselect your store. This happens at least a few times before I manage to actually put something in the cart.

Orders are rarely correct. The process to report incorrect orders has changed recently and is easily 5x harder to get a resolve than before. Loyalty points accrue with each paid order. I redeemed points on an item that was incorrectly fulfilled and sent. When I began the process of reporting the issue (with the intention of at least getting partial points back) I was denied. This has been the umpteenth time the store has made an error and I LITERALLY pay for it. Poor custom service all around.

Used the app without trouble for a while, then one day it logged me out for no reason, and I can't log back in. Upon putting in my information (which I confirmed to be correct because I can log in on the website) and submitting the verification code, it just takes me back to the "Log in/Create Account" screen. Clearing the cache/data did not work. Resetting my password did not work. Restarting my phone did not work. Not even uninstalling and reinstalling the app worked.

After hoagie fest, I have not seen a single deal offered in the app that's worth a damn. And now that the 6 dollar meal deal is gone, I don't see the value in spending 6 dollars on a single item. There's no coupons offered for anything worth a damn, and everything is expensive as hell. Point gain is incredibly slow, and all the rewards for points are incredibly expensive, you have to spend at least 100 dollars to get a free item that isn't a small side.

The Wawa app has been very frustrating to use. It runs slowly, and whenever I switch screens, I’m forced to start over from scratch. On top of that, the app logged me out unexpectedly. When I tried to log back in, it verified my code but then just sent me back to the login page without granting access. This constant loop makes it impossible to use the app properly.

pretty useless aside from rewards. The search function doesn't work well, it struggles to find my closest location. If I want to make one customization to an item not all of the defaults are saved and I am forced to reselect what comes standard on the item. The screen is constantly reloading any time I make one click, and then it loads slowly. Online ordering is much more functional.

Shuts down before you can log in! I was given a Wawa gift card and wanted to upload it into the app. There's a location not far from me now & I did not want to risk losing the card. It's impossible to get to that step if you enter your email address and password, put in the verification code and immediately the app shuts down over and over and over and over again. I never had this problem a few years ago but in the last year it has been horrid. Now I am stuck in can't verify myself HELL!

I love Wawa, but won't be going back because I can't get the gas rewards coupon to work. I am tired of paying full price for gas when I have more than enough points for the gas coupon. I go through all the correct steps and the coupon doesn't apply. Support only replies with instructions on how to use the coupon. I clearly am doing those steps already. But it is not working on the app side. I have no issue using the rewards systems at other gas station brands, so I'll stick to the others then.

The points are good but the delivery is a hassle if you order through the app & something goes wrong. Had a delivery driver pick up the order go MIA then their only solution offered was to cancel the order & refund in 10 to 12 business days. So no food and also missing money for over a week. Not worth it at all. Highly recommend carry out orders only.

I never rate apps. Wawa's app used to be great. randomly my gift cards and saved credit card disappeared from the app. my virtual card had over 20$ on it still, not riches by any means but that's a few coffees. no way to access it. tried to add a new gift card, the goose logo flashes and nothing. just stuck on the "add card" screen. signed out thinking its a glitch. can't sign back in, verification codes don't work and I get kicked back to login. uninstalled & reinstalled, still cannot login!!
