Not user-friendly at all. There are too many pop-up windows. The first wants your credit card info. You have to touch a tiny spot in the upper corner to actually continue. Once signed in, it's not blank. It's like it's somebody elses app. It is nearly impossible to change the bday without scrolling through years. It's set in cm & kg, and you can't change that in settings. It's just an awful app. In the past, I now know why i paid so much for a fitbit... It's seamless to use.
Blue tooth only works for like 2 minutes, then it disconnects. Very annoying. It took forever to even get it to show up in my Bluetooth in order to connect. I had to turn it off and on several times before it was even listed. The watch itself seems to work okay. But I am definitely not happy with the connection issue. Like right now it's connecting, then disconnecting then connecting and disconnecting... I don't know what the issue is and the settings are basically non-existent.
Needs Major Improvement. Does not keep track of things more than one day. The device constantly goes off, but you don't know why. The app does not record it. By the time you look at the screen, it's black. Phone and device don't always sync. Most things you can convert into metrics but a few items you can't. I agree with many of the other reviewers about issues.
Alarms- you cannot name the alarms and I have not found a way to delete them besides just turning them off. Heart rate monitor- I can get live readings, but the app does not record my heart rate throughout the day. Steps- records on the watch, but not on the app. Sleep- ehh from what I see, it does not appear to be accurate. Overall- watch is great as a med reminder, but you are better off going with something else if you want it to do more than that.
For two days now I am trying to set up and synchronize the app with no luck but lots of wasted time. Everytime I try to set, it takes me to the beginning. It managed to post my photo but failed to change my user's name. The most horrible and time-wasting is the attempt to inter your age. For someone my age, I have to rewind 72 year, one month at a click; need lots of clicks and tons of patience.
Seriously the worst. Within a few weeks of use, the watch stopped taking my temperature, saying I was always "Lo", and the ambient temperature was always 0°C. The watch doesn't automatically update to the app, so every day you have to open the app and manually check your stats. There's no way that I can find to get long-term records on sleep, or step tracking. You only get the stats for the day that you open the app. Also, it doesn't remember your preferences more than a few days. I'd do 0 stars
This app is impossible to use. I have tried to 3 months to correct the time, get the data and use it . It will not track on my phone only on the watch. I have an myfitnesspal app far superior to the wear fit. Also the sign in page with all the movement over the screen is hard to sign in. Wearfit2.0 needs to get with it! It also cannot be set up on my laptop.
My fitness band used to connect pretty easily and the App and band both worked pretty well. Now, since the last update, I cannot connect through Bluetooth and as a result, my band constantly has the incorrect time and since it doesn't sync, none of my steps or other fitness information is being recorded in the App. So frustrating! I should have just spent the money and bought the top of the line Garmin, which was my original intention. This fitness band and App are a waste of time and $.
Can't connect to the band....ever. Tried every trick I've read. Makea the watch mostly useless. I've learned it's just as important to read up on the app as it is about the watch. I thought it was going to be the perfect watch. Time runs slow, can't get it to sync with the phone. No communicating between the two. So frustrating!! Love to give it zero stars.
After a year, the program is still not working correctly. Disconnects bluetooth, and nothing helps to reconnect. At least the annoying advertisements are working, which was not in the agreement when i purchased the watch. Disconnect, and it will not reconnect. Error messages appear chinese. The step counter from the watch does not carry to the application. The sleep data does not carry over to the application. There are plenty more programmer errors. Very poor programming quality.
Spent $50 for it. Can't get it to sync w app. Functions are great on the watch so it's a great idea. Just needs some improvements. It connects for a brief time, but doesn't upload from watch to app. and frequently disconnects. Watched different tutorials, saw one w a link to purchase for $14! I wouldn't even mind having overpaid if it would sync. If they could improve the issue it has potential to be a great fitness watch. I love all the functions.....
Disconnects from band very easily, and I have to restart my phone to connect again. Today I restarted my phone, but it still won't connect. I have had for over a year and get so frustrated with it. Most of the features provided in the app don't work, despite having the bracelet connected and following instructions. All I can hope for is heartrate and step record in the app, but even then you have to refresh the app and wait several minutes. I am seriously considering getting one more reliable.
The app ...works... kind of. It takes forever to retrieve bio info from the watch (which maybe the watch's doing). There are too many ads and I was never able to sign in, I just got a message in Chinese (?). I finally entered my info directly. The "instructions" with the watch are in 3 pt. text (INCREDIBLY small) and don't really describe how it works. I kind of got it working, but it's very inaccurate. The watch's connection ID was "T3" which is hardly descriptive... could be much better.
I like the watch, it does quite a bit, but it does not notify me of calls or messages even with all permissions on. It's constantly disconnecting, and I'm stuck with military time even though I selected the 12 hour system. Most of the readings are correct, except for the step counter. It's not that accurate. But overall, it's not bad. It could be better. Maybe add more watch faces. And fix the notifications, it doesn't work at all. I don't receive any notifications at all. Plz fix this. Ty
This app is very tempermental and cumbersome. When asking for age you cannot simply enter your birthdate. You must scroll through the calendar month by month year by year. Thats right, no jumping even to your year. Mine defaulted to January 1900. Secondly it constantly disconnects from the watch even when they are side by side. Sometimes it reconnects, sometimes it will not at all. The watch is cheap so I guess I am not surprised the app is half ***ed.
Update 3! Getting worse. Connects for a few mins and disconnects. Since this new update saying it fixed Bluetooth issues, it made mine not hardly work at all! It takes forever to get connected, I have to restart my phone a few times, play with the Bluetooth connection, and it might connect. This really sucks now! It started keeping my data, then it wouldn't connect with the watch for a few days. Now the data is gone and won't store any info. Should have bought the competitor watch. Not happy.
The band itself is very simple to use. However it won't connect to the app at all, when connection management is looking for a device to connect to it doesn't connect to the band at all, it literally just connects; or tries to, to all my other Bluetooth devices. This app should be disabled by the Google Play Store. As someone who has heart problems, I just use the band to check my BPM and other things.
Don't believe the 5-star ratings. If you read the actual reviews, many people report trouble not connecting with their watch, and still give it a 5-star rating. The only way I seem to be able to connect is to re-install the app every time I want to use it. I'd give up on the app entirely, except that my watch "forgets" its settings -- like 12/24 hour mode -- if it doesn't connect for a while. That's more my watch's fault, but not being able to connect is probably the app's fault. Especially, when there are so many other reviews saying the same.
The watch its self works good, looks real nice. The app sucks, Bluetooth connects, then good luck connecting with the watch. You have to do both, then the watch won't stay connected. When it looses connection it goes back to the metric system, and won't record you daily activities or sleep. When it finally connects it only stays connected for a little while, then your right back to getting frustrated with trying to get it connected again. We bought 2 WearFits, waisted twice the amount of money.
The app is highly non-intuitive and confusing. It stayed connected to the band fo 6 hours only. At that point the bluetooth icon went off. I could not get the bluetooth connection back for 30 hours after that regardless of what I tried. I finally recharged the band even though it had 70% charge remaining and then I was able to get the bluetooth connection back. Then the app refused to connect to the band. Bad mistake to get this verry sorry product. It is worse than KoreTrak.
