Weather app

Dropping down to one star. Developers have added full screen ads just to open the app. In addition, they have programmed the app in such a way that your navigation bar hides itself, like a mobile game. This makes it so that when you try to close/exit the app, you must slide the nav bar back up, or be taken to the advertisement. Malicious behavior.

I like all the weather information this app provides, its the best I've seen and tried so far. But the ads are a bsr across the bottom of the screen and you cannot use the less than icon to exit the app. All 3 navigation icons are lost. If hold on the middle of the ad bar you get a partial screen to install that app and the navigation icons appear and you can leave the app. Very poor design.

Jesus! This app is riddled with ads, so much so that I oppted to buy the damned thing. Well after my transaction went through, nothing changed. I couldn't get the ads to go away. I wrote the developer, and never heard back. Lots of these ads are for other weather programs, which is confusing as hell. I finally decided, to hell with it, I'll eat the purchase price, so I deleted the program. If you download this alien egg-pod, good luck.

I started to down load the app and a beautiful highly informative control panel came up and it was near perfect. I was then invited to download additional weather related apps and that's when it all fell apart. I never could relaunch the original control panel. I am now left with a clunky app that is a struggle to interpret. I am just going to delete everything and start.over but this time refuse all extras. That original control panel is what I wanted.

Too many ads. When you open the free version TO SEE THE FORECAST you can't. You have to wait for an ad to load then figure out how to close the ad and sometimes get redirected to somewhere else you don't want to be. When I need to see a forecast, I need it now not in five minutes. I am trying to plan my day and have absolutely NO interest in seeing any ad. BE A USEFUL WEATHER APP, not a billboard. Nor should anyone have to pay for weather information. IE your Pro version. .

Great weather info - easy to read. I also like how i can customize the view (dark/light). Ads present but not that bad. They seem to pop up more intially then trail off. I dont like how it is always pushing itself open even if I kill it to save battery life. 2 suggestions after using this for a bit. 1. It would be nice to have the day of the month listed with the extended forecast. 2. It would be nice if the extended forecast also gave a total accumulation of snow for the whole day

Lots of good weather data in an easy to use format. Great app with with two exceptions. It would be nice if the fonts were a little easier to read at a glance instead of having to put on reading glasses. I wish it had a different opening photo, the modern windmill reminds me of all the migrating birds being killed by those giant spinning blades (sadly too many), please replace it with something beautiful. I left the weather channel because I was over all their hyped up fear mongering news.

Couple problems but overall what I was looking for. First problem is the status bar notification disappears... Just stops displaying and I have to reopen the app to get it to return. Second is that when the notification*does* display, if I pull down the notification tray, the weather notification often has only the application name, no details at all... Just the word "Weather". Sometimes it will display details but most of the time it doesn't.

Great job at making this app. Makes viewing weather and sunrise, sunset times easy to access(which is what I look for). Details are very accurate and app very simple to navigate. You can add any city in why country around the world and it shows you weather of that place too (in case you have family or friends living else where and want to add those places ). Doesn't bombard you with ads(only 1 pops up in the start i think which you have a choice to close). Thank you

The app is pretty, but the full screen ad everytime I click in to it is too much for me. Weather data is provided for free by weather[dot]org, so all these apps are doing is scraping that site and formatting the information into an easier/cooler looking format. Therefor I can't understand why you would need to have such aggressive advertising to get paid, can only assume greed.

This is the most accurate weather app I've used!! Especially for 10 day forecasts. If it's significantly different than other apps, I assume this one is the one to trust and it has always proved to be right. I've seen heatwaves and cold snaps coming early thanks to weather app! My only annoyance is that a (non video) ad always shows up when you open it, which didn't used to happen. But it's a small thing and if it keeps the app online, it's worth it!

What I absolutely love about this app that I have yet to find any other weather app is that all apps allow you to change between Fahrenheit & Celsius, but you have to click menu, settings & change it in a drawn-out tedious way. This app has a toggle switch right on the main page allowing you to switch instantly from Fahrenheit to Celsius! This comes in handy when discussing the weather with my friends overseas! It's loaded with every bit of data you could possibly hope for too!!!

Great weather app! Includes so much detail. I fish a lot so I like elements like wind speed and direction, moon phases, and of course rain (which I know all apps have 😄) All in all, I'd give 4.5 stars. I'd make it a 5 if they had a general, not so detailed forecast when you want something quick for the day.

I mainly use it for the weather widget. I like how it gives me the hourly forecast in the widget. Seems pretty accurate so far. Dont really care for the ads. Wish i can just have them removed. But i understand that the ads help with the cost to keep the app running. Overall it is a good app and i like it way better than all the other ones ive found.

This app works very well. It is much better than all the others. Other than minimal ads, it does not demand your location and allows you to enter the location you desire or allow you to leave your location active for automatic updates when you travel. It also has all the weather info a person could want. Nice job to the app writer! Thanks for a great app!

It is 2 days away from a full moon today but your weather app says it is a new moon. Hope the forecast is not as far off track as your moon phase. Still I like it, especially the home screen widget. Fix that moon phase, and I'd give it 5 stars for an ad-supported app. The ads are small and don't cover anything up. The current location shows an incorrect street address (don't know why it even shows any street address) but at least it shows the right city. 😭😄😁🤪 Thanks!

So far its been very accurate with the tempertures. I just got the app so I'm still checking it out. I'll see if its accurate with the rain supposedly next weekend here in Texas. We have the bouncingest weather there is. It could be 70 to 80 degrees in the winter time. Then turn freezing within a day or two after that. So far again it does as it says. Giving 10 day weather reports which is what I like. Keep up the great work. Thanks y'all.

Absolute garbage, don't listen to the fake reviews. The ads are intrusive. When you go to press back on your phone, the button disappears and now you're pressing on an ad. If you don't give them permissions for location, it can't even find any location in North America. Constantly won't update weather information. Like I said, absolute garbage.

Beautiful transparent widgets with a wealth of data. The temperature isn't the most accurate, but the margin of error is only one degree celsius. I'd love to see a widget option for just the daily forecast. Currently, the options are limited to either hourly-only or a combination of both, which makes the widget a bit too bulky for my layout.

Loaded quickly with no errors on my 3 year old Galaxy phone. The program started faster than other weather programs I have tried in the past. It doesn't have adds pop up every few seconds. The the program has a logical set up which some other programs do not have.
