Weather - By Xiaomi

I got this app since I have tried many weather apps, searching one with no ads, 100% free (why do you have to pay for weather?) and this one looked good. Unfortunately, don't even know what it is like as it would not open. I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, and tried everything. Still wouldn't open. I kept getting notifications "the app is currently experiencing issues". Many other people have had the same issue. DON'T INSTALL! If anyone has found the perfect weather app, TELL ME PLEASE :(

A deception after the built-in app i had on my previous non-Xiaomi phone. I used to have a 10 days forecast, which, even if subject to change, was pretty accurate. I love seeing the 10 days forecast, so i could check what the weather might be like for my next-week plans. Might not feel like much for some, but i personally check the weather app several times a day. It feels like a big gap. Other than that, the app has a nice design, easy to read and navigate.

Fantastic app with brilliant accuracy. Uninstalled all other apps on weather, this one is giving to the point temp. for locations. Suggestions to make it more personable; Add time of locations in the pages,gives a better picture. Also, maybe allow to edit location names? Example, I may be in a city, but the temp in city centre and suburb will be different. So , I will create different pages for them, which I would prefer to name myself. Overall, Simply brilliant!

The default location it chooses is always wrong, even with GPS set to high accuracy. What's frustrating is I can't even edit default location manually or delete it. Edit: add ability to manually set the default location and thousands of people will increase their rating. I can't believe such an essential thing was ignored with belief that GPS will always choose the right location. Lot of people keep their GPS turned off altogether. Please think about it.

The layout/structure is nice, accurate forecast, and has nice sounds effects, but it lacks some important/necessary information about the weather (like Humidity). I also have a suggestion to add an option that allows the text on the weather widget to be a different color (like, black)? Since my wallpaper is white, I can't see it clearly and it's kind of frustrating. Please fix/look onto this. Great weather app, anyway.

Ever since I've been using this app it has not been night for a single day. Now seriously, the widget has a bright sun in the middle of the night. Widgets could be better, the data could be more accurate but I guess that is an accuweather problem. The air quality index is also fake or very inaccurate, air quality can't be good during fire season can it?

The app is working alright as a weather app. What I don't really like though, is the fact that there's no way to customize the widget. Please consider creating a widget that includes time, date, next alarm, current weather temperature and state, and weather forecast for either the following few hours or days. Currently the only way to get such a widget is by downloading a different app or by finding a widget like that in the themes app, in a theme.

I frequently encounter discrepancies with the weather widget; it often displays sunny conditions when, in reality, there’s heavy rainfall in my area, and vice versa . This issue may stem from the app’s inability to pinpoint my exact location—the displayed location is typically 5-10 km from my actual position. This inaccuracy doesn’t always occur but seems to be more prevalent in certain areas. Notably, this problem is only on Xiaomi stock weather app

Okay first of all I can see outside and it's raining outside but the app shows that it's cloudy sky outside, probably rain later. I'm too much relying on weather app for temperature, AQI, sunrise sunset, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, chances of rain and all before going out but now that I've realised this app isn't that accurate so I have to go check in with Google for accuracy of weather conditions. Thanks to you 🙏🙏

The animations are really cool, as well as the sound effects, which are very relaxing. I love the little icon on the screen which tells you the weather with out having to open the app. It's incredibly accurate (at least where I live) and it helped me a lot. I couldn't find anything wrong with this app, yet. I'm glad that I've chosen Xiaomi, it really is amazing.

i wanted to try this app because it looks simple, and my phone doesnt come with any weather app natively. but when i installed it, it wouldnt open. i reinstalled it a few times, force stopped, cleared cache/data, and it still wont open. its dissapponting, because it looks like it was exactly what i was looking for. if this gets updated, i'll change my review.

It isn't letting me change my default location to the accurate one. I tried to fix it by clearing data and cache, but now it's totally unresponsive. Whenever I click on the settings and add location button, it always stops the app. Also the default location suggestions are not necessary to me, nor can I delete them.

I have been noticing inaccurate weather data in this program for some time now. The temperature value shown in the app is always higher then the actual one. Maybe the idea is that people will like the app more if it shows warmer weather then other apps, but here is the thing: i saw 12 degrees and went out with my bike wearing no hat or gloves. The real temperature however was not more then 7 °C, as result of which i am now sick with a cold. I hope someone will sue your soon.

Love the app in itself, does exactly what you need it to do. However...my Xiaomi can only sync this Weather app with the phone's default Clock app. Please add a few more widget options 2x1, 4x1, 4x2, doesn't matter as long as the widget has "time, weather and degrees with current date" and it doesn't take half the screen I'm all good.

It doesn't open in Mi A1 device. Uninstalled and reinstalled two to three times getting it to work, but still doesn't open. Are there any other ways to getting it to work other than using the "Force Stop" button, or else it won't work completely? Other than that, the UI looks clean.

For several years now, I've been trying to use the Xiaomi weather app on other phones like Itel, Tecno, Samsung, and Infinix. The app successfully installs from the Play Store on all these phones, but when I try to open it, a message appears saying 'App is not responding.' I've reported this issue before, but I haven't received a solution yet. Please resolve this problem, as everyone likes your app.

Everything is good, love the new animations and style. Just one thing you could change, and if you change this, I'll start using it as my default weather app. There should be an option to change the time it uses from 24-hour to normal 12-hour. Because when you look at the hourly weather it's in 24-hour, which I'm not used to. Please change it. Thanks

First weather app that I've kept installed and actually used. It's accurate enough to be useful and there's nothing offputting about it (like ads or collecting data on you.) It has just the right 'density' of information. Weather isn't important enough for me to install a widget (the novelty always wears off quickly for me), but I keep a link to this app on my home screen and run it often to plan getting some healthy sun to boost vitamin D.

I like the app for weather reports and It rearly shows wrong information. It doesn't have many advertisement and it is not hard to use it. But usually when it opens it shows the weather in the place we live in but when I open it shows a different city's weather. I am able to add my city's weather but I am not able to delete the different city's weather.
