Wegmans Meals 2GO

The app itself is fine. it's annoying that Wegmans has multiple apps and they don't share any kind of connection to each other, so multiple logins are required. the navigation is slightly annoying when ordering food. for example, when ordering a sub, I can click on the right side of my screen for most options. however, when I choose my ingredients, I have to use the left side of the screen, which makes ordering more difficult while finishing a run or on the move.

First time impressions are really good. I was able to specify a time for pickup and everything went very smoothly. One suggestion would be to add the option for sandwhich combos. It's usually my go to when i get food from Wegmans. Also a way for me to confirm i picked up my meal. It can literally just be a button saying the food was picked up. Paying through the app, it just feels awkward grabbing a bag and leaving without mich interaction.

Thus app was not ready to be launched when it was! The bugs in it, frequent way too many times for them to have authorized launch instead of doing more testing! The delivery times take way too long to load up to make a selection (20 minutes at the least) and ive attempted on 2 different devices (ios and android) and on different types of internet (mobile data and wifi) to no avail.

It's ok for some things. I've been ordering Asian bowls. They only come with standard vegetables (different ones for each dish). I'd order different proteins if I could choose the vegetables. The nutritional information consists of a range of calories 630 - 710, with no indication of what number goes to what choice. They tell you to call Customer Service for additional information, but it's not readily available to them either, so there's a lot of hold time.

The UI is very janky. But more than that, I'll get a notification for, say, $5 off sushi. I'll open the notification, go into the janky UI to find the sushi, add more than enough sushi to my cart, & no $5 off. Not in the check out process and not in digital coupons. So then I just don't order. Is that what they're going for here?

I love that whenever I want a Wegmans sub, pizza and wings, salads, soups, sandwiches, snacks, or drinks, I can use the meals 2 go app. very easy and I'm extremely satisfied Everytime I receive my order. when I do have issues, they correct them in the best way possible and quickly!

Utterly useless with a samsung, app just spins and spins and never logs in. Any "app" that makes you login via their website isn't an app it's a data tracker. This is such an app.

I couldn't order what I wanted. There's a seriously limited availability of products for this app. I have to go to the actual store to get these products

Keeps signing me out. I've been picking something up about once a week lately and almost every time its signed me out. And this time when I put in a sub order, I hadn't noticed that it reset my store location. So my sub was made at a store over an hour and a half away. I feel bad the food was wasted but why does it keep signing me out and why would it be allowed to reset my store ever.

Its NEVER their fault! Tried to order sat for over an hour at ready to deliver but they claim they cant assign a driver. Called to ask about an update immediately put on a 10 minute hold hung up than got the run around asked to talk to a manager 5+ more minutes of holding silence had to hang up again and call a 4th time to cancel my order. But of course its NEVER Wegmans fault its always someone else

I just find this site confusing and hard to navigate. The food is delicious, but if you just want single subs, good luck after all the suggestions for game day 5 days away.

Might be useful if it worked. I created an account, only to not be able to sign in, even after turning VPN off. I finally had to use the meals2go website instead, using the account I just created.

Doesn't save password. Reset is a mess. Credit cards unsaved. Scan credit card doesn't work. It would have been faster to call in the order. Providing more details: keep signed in isn't working, need to sign in each time or reset password due to not using often. When clicking the camera icon to scan card it fills in numbers and then backs out to previous screen with no information filled. Also clicked to save card and it previously saved but since this past use it doesn't. Super frustrating.

Where is online order history? The website and app doesn't show online order history. The bank says I paid, but no confirmation email or online order status for my custom cake order.

Poor order process for cake. When I signed in it failed to save my order and go to payment.

I was excited to try the app after being told about it in store while getting lunch. Unfortunately I tried to use the app today to order my typical lunch combo (sub,pizza, etc.) but there is no option for combos in the app. I had a $5 off coupon so I figured I would use that and just order my combo as separate items to find that I was unable to order a fountain drink and the soda options were very limited.

Had been working well until recently. For some reason (glitch?) it has recently been duplicating the last 4 digits in my zip code (instead of aaaaa-bbbb, it puts aaaaa-bbbb-bbbb), and when this is placed into Google Maps it gives the wrong location, so the delivery people can't find us. Last 2 deliveries never got here, and it was a pain to get reimbursed. Checked our account settings on the Wegman's website, and the address is correct there. Signed out of the app on the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled and still comes up with the wrong address.

App worked great! I'm always at Wegmans, and despite that had no idea how many choices were available for pizza toppings, subs or salads. I used the carryout service so my items would be ready when I left; it was easy to get everything and I love that napkins and utensils were included! I hope the Burger Bar and Mexican foods become part of this app as well! I look forward to using it again!

While it's nice to be able to order food via the app, the choices are very limiting, especially if you're gluten free. It would be nice if there was a feature that allowed me to write a note to not include cruotons. Even better would be the ability to customize dishes, build your own salad or Asian bowl. Additionally, it would be nice to order pizza by the slice. I hope the developers include some updates that allow for flexibility in the next update.
