Pretty good app, when it wants to work. It could be better. Not being able to see your collective hours in one place is one of the problems. It gets glitchy when scrolling through days so you can add your hours up. Glitchy as in, it jumps to a different day while you're scrolling. Another small problem is GPS. Meters to destination aren't always right. Meaning I cannot clock in through the app with a few clients.
My last review remains the same. *Not updated enough. Slow performance. Bug ladden.* I'd like to add that the locator is very off - often saying that I'm 1668 meters from target area then updating saying I'm 33 meters from target when I'm closer to 2 maybe 3 meters at most. Also having to delete app and redownload to "fix" bugs and then losing the ability to reset face/fingerprint ID. I'm giving one extra star as some updates have been happening albeit very slowly. Clean cashe often devs.
This app has many issues. It almost never allows me to clock in to my shifts, saying I'm too far from location when I'm not for months now. My office has to do it manually so it is very inconvenient to log what is done for the day and miles driven. As well as I have now been completely locked out of my account for almost a week now so I have been unable to see any of my shifts and my office is unable to figure it out.
Crashes often with "an unrecoverable error" that requires an uninstall and reinstallation. I can't tell you how many times I've had to do that. It's tedious, it rarely picks up on location, saying I'm over hundreds of meters away when in the house. When the app does work, it runs so slowly that it times out. Would never use it if it wasn't a necessity for work.
App often crashes, leaving caregivers to rely on telephony. There are too many windows to get to where you need to go, making your tasks take much longer as you have to wait for each page to load. The GPS feature lags, so you'll be ready to clock out at the location, but it'll have to buffer a couple minutes to figure out where you are. Many times when you've submitted a general comment, it'll say you submitted it, but it won't appear so you have to close the app and login again to see if it did
Within the last 6 months, I will be standing next to my clients in their house or in front of their house and the app reads, " can't clock in/out too far from client's house" This happens with all my clients otherwise i would assume it was service related. Coworkers also have had the same issues. We were told to update and uninstall and reinstalled and the app worked correctly for a little over a week and then went right back to not determining location. It also registers notes slowly, lags
this app hasn't worked for 2 months or more! It won't stay logged in, won't let you click on the yes/no for tasks, etc! I tried contacting support and got a mailer demon saying the email address that is listed is no good! I have tried un-installing/re-installing at least 15 times and now it won't even let me log in at all! I'm using the web based program in the meantime, but you can't see the care plan as easily and my schedule won't even load!
Doesn't always find location, slow, doesn't save password. It takes longer, clients don't like having to sign phone(which isn't easy ). And God forbid your phone breaks and you have to call in on the client's phone. That's what happened today, it took me 16 minutes on the phone, to do the checklist. UGH!! 11-27-25 Just had an update, it's no good. I had to push on the yes or no button multiple times before it would register.
This is the worst app to use for any sort of work. The location does not pickup correctly. I took screenshots of the app telling me I am 'out of range' while my blue dot is in the exact center of their orange 'in range' circle. So that takes forever to try and clock in or clock out. Once you submit hours, you don't get any confirmation. I just noticed my shifts from last month disappeared, after completing them so now there is NO proof of hours worked. Extremely frustrating!
UGH! So frustrating ESPECIALLY when you're trying to log in! I think this app purposely makes you late for work! There are times that the app is down but NO NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN to make the user aware. Then to add to your/the frustration, the GPS for your location is iffy. The app DOESN'T tell you to tap on the screen that tells you that you're not in range in order for it to register your exact location. I learned that with trial and error. Please fix these bugs ASAP.
This is absolutely the WORST app I have EVER used in all my 18 years of caregiving! I highly do not recommend being involved with a company who uses it. It takes up to 10 minutes to load your location even if you are on site, it will constantly give you errors when trying to clock in or out, the screen will freeze and go blank where you cannot touch a single button. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled COUNTLESS times to no avail. Very very bad app for people trying to do their job and do it right
Every update that we have to do it seems like the App get worse. This update today 11/15/25 it just sit and spins for minutes and then it will go to the page with your shift and it just sits and loads. Its quite frustrating when you trying to sign into a clients time. Please fix the issue or go back to the original where WE HAD NO PROBLEMS! Thank you. I've just uninstall the App twice and still can't log into it. so damn frustrating
App freezes. A bunch. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It doesn't keep the correct time, A lot. I've clocked in a few times where my company will text me and say I didn't clock in. So there have been times it doesn't retain the info. Every time I open the app it treats me like I'm a new customer. entering all my info. Each time I toggle the switch for "remember me" it resets back. Makes clocking in and out a frustrating adventure.
This app used to be good. Now its one of the absolute worst. Can't find location for the life of it. Not a phone problem, its an app problem. Not sure what the update was but it did not work in its favor. Its like using AOL dial up, slowly waiting and hoping it connects to find location. Messing up our hours. Needs to be fixed STAT.
App is ok, when it works. It has too many problems. Sometimes it works fine for weeks, then something will go wrong. I just had to uninstall and reinstall due to "unrecoverable error". I've had to uninstall and few times to get it to work. Force stop, clear cache, restart phone. I've had to do it all.
I use this to clock in and out but it can't find the location. Apps fault not human error also it won't let me use my fingerprint for both jobs even though I selected the option for both. These are new bugs that weren't messed up before. *update 11/2 If you have multiple jobs on the site you used to be able to have both of them under the fingerprint login. now it doesn't matter if you have both under the fingerprint option only the first job that you enable will actually allow you to log in.
Experience with this app is usually good and reliable. An improvement would be if recent changes in Care Plans were highlighted for quick reference. Also lately it does not register meters to the client appropriately making it very difficult to log in. sometimes you have to log out and back in again of the entire app in order to sign into your client or remove the app and download it again.
It would be great if you could track your hours worked through the app and if it worked half of the time. It would also be amazing if we could be able to view the clients' names in the available shifts section when trying to pick up new shifts. I'm not sure if that is available and my employer just isn't doing it, but if not it would be a very helpful addition. 🤷♀️
At first, I would have given this app an A+, but then all of a sudden, it decided it wasn't going to let me clock in ever again! So, now I have to call the on-call every time I arrive and every time I leave to clock me in and out! Do you know how time-consuming and irritating that is?! Well, I will tell you... it is one-star irritating! I did all the things that were recommended to "fix" the supposed problem, but unfortunately, it didn't fix it. My GPS can find my location, but this app can't!
After updating to 4.0.1, and after apparently successfully clocking out on the "Shift Details" page ("Clock Out" button no longer present), it still says "In progress" on the "Shifts" page, so I still have to call in to get clocked out. I began using this app a couple weeks ago and have never had any problem clocking in, but have never been able to successfully clock out.
