I want to love this app so much. It has amazing potential. It collects data automatically and has the potential to really make good connections. BUT, I've been using for 6 months taking measurements 2x/day and it still hasn't made a single connection. The tags can't be edited or organized, so too bad if you make a mistake. Also, no way to change the time if you didn't put things in immediately. I finally got another symptom app and while I prefer this... the other one makes connections and edits

The experience is great, I lowered my rating because I've been having too many billing/login issues. With Google, after you purchase the subscription, it gives you 3 days to use Welltory, or it will cancel the subscription. So when I try to log in using my Google account, it just acts as if it's loading but never logs me in. I think that's why Google isn't recognizing that I'm using the app. But when I try to get it manually reactivated, it takes 4 to 5 days which is after the 3 day

I cancelled this subscription last year and they charged me again this year, I don't want this app why do they still charge me. also the charge is very misleading it appears as "Annual" it doesn't even say the name, I had to search to find the icon to figure out what app has just charged me $59.99. I need to get a refund, I can't figure out how to contact them, I don't even have the app. Not cool!

It's a wonderful app with many different ways to help you keep track of your health stats and analysis. They provide data saving options and even offer AI features for suggestive solutions on ways to maintain good health and if you need inform your health care physician. The price could be a little more acceptable. free trial doesn't work either

I really like this app. The features are excellent, the UI is clean, and the way it merges data from multiple sources into one place is exactly what I want. But it loses three stars for the Oura integration. You can link Oura, but sleep data isn’t actually imported. Sleep data is the entire point of attaching the Oura app, yet it’s marked “coming soon”. That feels misleading. If it doesn’t work yet, the option shouldn’t be there. once oura is properly working this will easily be a five-star app

pretty good! the Sleep tracking isn't super great. I find my Samsung Health and Oura sleep tracking to be more in line with my actual sleep. I would also like to see the ability to use multiple fitness trackers to improve activity tracking. I also find the main page to be a bit cluttered. You can customize it some, but not to the degree I would like. But overall it's good. The HVR stuff is really cool and some of the other insights and capabilities are nice as well.

This app is inaccurate, the sleep times and data is always off. it will say you got a good night's sleep no matter how poor the sleep was. The insights would be great if only the app was accurate. I paid for the subscription yet it still tries to upsell me all the time on different features. Not worth the money. I use a Garmin Venu S3 watch Edit to respond to comment: It's inaccurate. It pulls data from Garmin. Last night on same data, Garmin scores 35 and this app 82. 🙄 But hey, upgrade now!

welltory is a great tool for insights. it takes a bit to get through everything and requires a bit of time to read and understand, but if you are willing to do the work it is definitely worth the investment in your health. the only down side is while my watch was being repaired I switched to using my phone as the input device, once my watch was back it no longer works. I have tried everything, but no luck. maybe someone from Welltory can help...

I want to like this app. I love the interface and the charts it can give you - however, it will NEVER complete a reading! The progress circle gets all the way to the end and then says it lost connection. I have yet to get one single reading. I don't understand how it'll read all the way to the end then say it's not connected. I literally have my phone & watch beside each other. If this issue and actually get something to log, I'll change my rating because I think it has great potential

I've used this app for a year, and I find it to be inconsistent. It will say my deep sleep for the night was 24 minutes, and in a graph right below that it will say my deep sleep was 1 hour and 28 minutes. Huh? The multitude of data points and charts are overwhelming with no clear action for me to take to improve them. It rarely matches how I feel. It would show a big, scary red "strain has you out of the game" message even though I feel great. 👎🏻 Expect ads even if you paid for premium.

I'm really not sure how to rate it - i think it should be lower, but it's pulling in correct data. It's using data from my Galaxy Watch 7, but keeps saying I'm stressed - I take multiple readings a day. Other apps don't give me an alarmist result. I paid for the service, too, based off of a reputable health site. However, it feels more like a WebMD vibe.

Not worth the money. This app used to be great until they removed most of the features from the free version. Within the last month they have basically gotten rid of all the features available on the free version. I can't even look at my past history anymore. It's essentially just a way of getting people to spend money by shoving everything behind a pay wall. Most of the information they added to the paid version isn't very beneficial either. Just get Heart Math instead.

I've wished for an app like this for so long and Welltory has done a fantastic job! However, I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The app is impressive, but I just can't afford to pay for the subscription. I genuinely do see the value of what we're paying for; however, $12.99/mo is just too much. I plan to buy the annual plan when I can (which is a MUCH better deal), but I wanted to pay monthly until then. EDIT: The promo they offered was 20% off the first month. Not great, in my opinion...

inconsistent. doesn't always pull data from other apps (sleep results especially). data is often incorrect, i.e. citing current data as baseline. I have the premium and cannot figure out how to cancel.edited to add, I've checked all connections. it works properly 90% of the time which leads me to believe it's not a set up issue. If you're ok with 90%accuracy you'll probably be happy with this app. for sleep the app literally takes my current sleep time and calls it the baseline. every single day

Nothing works properly and there's no trial version so you don't realize this until you pay. It was been useless for me and was a source of constant frustration. Imported data is incorrect, if it manages to import at all. The list of apps it "connects" to is misleading, as most of them use Google Fit or IFTTT as intermediaries and that usually doesn't work. Support staff don't understand how the app works in enough detail to resolve problems. They did issue a refund upon request.

another update: still doesn't work. i paid for an annual subscription and got absolutely nothing. Update a year later. Still doesnt work correctly. I paid for the annual pro subscription but some features stopped working 3 months ago, others stopped working 2 months ago. Something needs to be fixed. Was great. Now, not so much. Even with daily measurements only 1/2 the days show up in the journal. I paid for pro for the year but the app can't even do what it's supposed to do daily!!

Possibly the biggest scam ever. They make you pay for a year ahead of time with no options to cancel. But most important is the data is complete BS. I'll save you a bunch of money, if it says you didn't score well it's because your heart rate is high. If your heart rate is low or normal you'll score fine. But the app has so many glitches. It'll tell me to have a good night sleeping when I wake up at 4am and tell me to get ready for sleep at noon. It is the most pointless app ever and can't cncl.

The only thing I don't like in this app is that the information displayed during the measurement is flipping so fast that no matter how fast reader you're, you still can't read a full statement, that makes it more stressful than informative which probably increases the stress during the measurement and probably adding an error to the metrics. once this is taken care of, I will give it 5 stars. Everything else is great.

The app tracks loads of data and provides lots of useful analysis. It can pick up on correlations that might otherwise be difficult or impossibe to notice. It's very valuable. However, if you want to see raw data scores, buckle up. It provides *some* scores in the app, but other basic scores are only accessible in the web app, and some require actually *exporting* data from the web app to see. It becomes very tedious and frustrating.

Lovely app, when you can get it to do what it's supposed to. More than half the time, though, it insists I must be moving my finger, my whole body, or otherwise using it wrong, when I'm literally just lying or sitting down, holding completely still, with my arm supported and the camera and flash covered, as per the instructions. Too often, it's just an apologetic battery-sucker with a really nice interface. UPDATE: Hasn't completed a reading the last 8 out of 10 times. Uninstalled.
