Westfield - shopping app

Everything was fine until for some reason, my log in stopped working. I tried to sign in - apparently password is not correct... send me email - also no. ok, can I sign up fresh- also not. what a useless app, and without it you cannot park for free. I feel like it's discrimination...

please add a way to see your favourite stores, I just added a bunch to easily navigate and go to specific shops and it was completely pointless becuase there is no way to see that list?

Edit: version from Dec 16 did fix NOTHING! Unbelievable... Following still $true: It simply does not load on my Pixel 9 (Android 16). Developer shall be ashamed and Westfield group as well. It just show a logo on white background. Login on a website does work, but you need the app to see benefits, extend parking etc. Fix it!

Doesn't open, not working. what a crap app! If you're only able to park for free with your member card at least make the app work! ridiculous

App download via QR code didn't work (Donau Zentrum, Vienna). Phone is Google Pixel 9a. And the App when downloaded does not open apart from the first 'Westfield' screen. Rubbish.

It gets stuck in the splash screen on the Pixel 8 with Android 16. I could never use it. please debug the app on Pixel phones.

Gets stuck on the splash screen and never loads on my Stock Pixel 9 Pro XL. Test your app before you publish it.

It doesn't even open the app, it stays frozen even if it's about 40 minutes.

It is impossible to register my car plate number for months. Useless app !

2025-12: App is not functioning at all. Removed and reinstalled several times, but won't load/start part the initial Westfield logo screen. Pixel 7 Pro

dreadful app. you need to download a map before getting directions. if you spell a store name slightly wrong, it doesn't find it e.g. tkmaxx returns nothing, but tk maxx does. can't exit the notifications screen. waste of time and uninstall

Useless, the developer should frankly be ashamed. Login wasn't working, unlike on website, so password had to be reset as it wasn't accepted in the app. It takes too much time for the app to load. Basically you can only display a Westfield card barcode (and even there it needlessly shows member's name and surname along with the barcode), and search for stores and their discounts. Above can be done on the website. The app even lacks multiple Westfield malls, as if they don't exist 🤦🏻‍♂️

Quite useless - can't use it to search by type of store, only by store name. Directions to stores are confusingly presented (the ones on the touchscreens in Westfield are much better). Chatbot is very poor, it just parrots stock phrases that have little to do with what you asked. Does have decent info on accessibility, etc.

latest versions are unusable and don't get past the logo on white screen. I can now only see what's happening on the website. I'm sure there used to be benefits to having the app when visiting but it hasn't worked for so long now that I can't remember what. Why promote it through the emails etc when it can't be used? Before you ask, I have tried emptying cash & cookies and reinstalling it several times.

If you want the worst app, this is it, nothing works, you click on links and it goes in circle, asks you yo download app which is already downloaded. You login to smart parking then when you click on the link, it asks you to login by downloading app, which I've already downloaded and logged into. I've almost spent 3+ hours on the app and website to sort out car park booking and probably wasted £100 of my time Trying to do something which should be so easy.

Forced to download this new app rather than just update the old one (usually a tactic to try and reset a poor app score). I look for Smart Parking and then it asks me to login, only to get a 404 error. Unacceptable that someone hasn't tested such an important feature. The app is also poorly translated and localised with grammatical errors.

No Access to Smart Parking. All Login pages take you back to the Home Page. If you Google anything for help regarding this issue (i.e. FAQ), it takes you to the Home Page. App Designer clearly has poor command of the English language too. Not sure what I'm supposed to do about an upcoming trip if I can't pay for parking (which is ticketless). Poor.

app is not working on my pixel 8 pro, so cannot have access to carpark discounts

The new app is rubbish. It's slow. Fails to log in. Fails to load content. Rejected my password (has to reset it, to the same password!). Regularly needs to be killed so I can open a force a refresh. Terrible. How is it "worth it"?
