First, I love the idea of the app, I've been using it for about a year and a half now. at first, I could see all videos and photos, lives, etc. but I couldn't see media such as a new music video on the artists page. I had been using it for a while, and even got some artists to reply to my posts... but, recently I am unable to see pictures the artists post and it upsets me. another thing, the app only gives translation for 1 minutes trials without a membership, everyone should have subtitles.

Its recently updated version isn't that convenient for us. Could you bring back the bomb for ARMY because we're more prefer the original one to this. Also, you should control the notifications because even though I didn't join others, they're still notified about it, and I am really sick of that. Also, the translate part has some errors and is not exactly the same as Korean. So overall, it's a pretty cool app, but if you fix these issues ASAP, it'll be more enjoyable.

I love this app! It's amazing! Sometimes, what really ticks me off is that I can't leave groups I no longer stan. It says to fix my internet connection, when I litearly always have perfect internet. Also, the subtitles are sometimes a bit slow and don't always work. It will also sometimes not let me post at all, which is freaking annoying! Edit: I can Unfollow groups, but I'm still having problems posting stuff. Same reason!?!

The app is very organized and easy to use. But the translate button doesn't work 99% of the time. There's always an error message saying "Translation delayed due to a high number of requests." Its really annoying because althiugh I enjoy the content, I never know what the weverse community is saying, if it's it's no in English. Please fix this issue asap.

The app was working really well at first. I was able to use it without any issues at all but for the last couple of days, the app won't let me log in and keeps saying to check network connect-- even though my network connect is perfectly fine, since other apps that also run off of network connect are running perfectly fine. As of now I can't even open the app most the time and when I do, I still can't access anything like the groups or my profile outside of the groups.

Would be 5 stars but the app is really, really slow. It keeps saying network error or something while loading, when it definitely isn't. And when I try to click on anything, like even the discover page or the my tab it's just a blank white screen. Extremely frustrated and sad. If it wasn't for this annoyi g error I'd be really happy with the app, as it's quite friendly and nice.

Weverse used to be a good platform, but in the last year especially it became a pay for everything app. I already have the fandom membership, but now they charge for autogenerated subtitles, no ads, and who knows what else. The subtitles used to be free (fans would do it free for the love of the group) and I felt brought non Korean speaking fans closer to their idols. But now it feels we are being pushed away unless we have money to spend. And that's not the message of my idols, just the app.

Is a good app overall, but they have made a lot of changes lately that have not being the best. They discontinue the gift box membership for BTS in the middle of last year, but they still were having new boxes for the rest of the year. My membership ran out later in the year and I was not able to get the last box of the members album related boxes. I think this desicion was made very poorly. They could have just let you renew until the end of the year is you had that type of membership.

The app WAS working perfectly but all of a sudden, it just stopped working! I can't see content, photos, everything takes FOREVER to load and the contents just don't work! I am on Weverse daily and I'm so disappointed! I've logged out of my account, logged back in, uninstalled it, reinstalled it but nothing works! PLEASE fix this problem ASAP!

lately for the past couple months I can't join a live. the app basically crashes and freezes (yes it's the app, I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone) and I can't open the video. then on my computer I can't send chats or it won't show real time chats after I've attempted to send a message. I've been a user for a long time now (since vlive) and this hasn't happened before. everything was working fine in August and started being weird in September

Vlive was better. It didn't lag as much especially when it came to concerts/videos and they always made sure to give us subtitles. I'm learning the language but it's hard! And weverse doesn't care for for those of us who are broke. Merchandise is so much more expensive and more for the rich. But we have to deal with it since it's the only place to communicate with BTS or any other group.

There's no download option for the media you purchase so you can always have access. I tried to watch In The Soop and every time I tap on it (I bought it in December) it pops up for about 4 secs and then backs me up to the main screen. I paid $60 for something I can ONLY watch on this app and now the app won't even allow me to watch it. atleast Netflix and Disney let you download shows to your device for a short time. I'm disappointed. Update: They changed the app and it's more difficult :(

weverse application does not work on Android cell phones. This has been a problem for two weeks or more. I called Samsung technical support, and they went through my device and said it's not my phone. It's the Weverse application. The application works on my Apple desktop just fine. I sent complaints to weverse via online application help and got standard. Check the most current app version; etc. Basically, I got nowhere with them. I've checked with a couple of Android users, app not working.

The translation needs to be improved. It's not always accurate. The kpop idols/artists should be able to have a post translated into their language. Notifications don't work (I don't get any). I have the setting for notifications turned on. I log in daily to see if there have been any posts. This and the translations need to be fixed. There should be English subtitles for the livestreams.

There are connection issues very frequently when there's a high amount of traffic (ex. When bts posts). It takes minutes to refresh and actually see the content they post. Also, I wish there was a way to see the comments you posted and easily see and friend other Army. It feels like a lesser version of Twitter because you can't even friend others. I think the organization can be a lot better.

Before the update, I would have given 5 stars. Now, I can't use a landscape pic I took for my background because it "violates community guidelines," there aren't translations for lives, I get notifications hours late (especially bad when I miss lives), and every time that I post a comment I get some form of spam. I also think it could be damaging to add in the ability to follow individuals in a group as this could hurt self-esteem for the less followed members (but I get why they added it).

Edit: This app isn't as good as it used to be. Almost all the useful features are behind a paywall now. You no longer get translation unless you want to pay! I love this app. It's a great way to communicate with the artists and other fans. A bit of a warning though, just like any other app or site when you get millions of people trying to rush in at once to see what the artist post the translator does freeze up and won't translate.

I can't really say much about this app because its doest let me sign up. like i clicked on the login/sign up but it just leads me too login no opition for signing up, but I was think maybe it connects right so I connected it to my twitter and changed the password. but when I went back to login and put all the gucci stuff it take me back to the first page saying "please login" and I've tried many times and it's still doesnt work. I'm really hoping it's just myself being dumb. I want to use it!

Their motto is "Official for all fans." which couldn't be farther from the truth. They don't put up subtitles, not even Korean ones. It is not at all user friendly, you have to click through so many things to set up your profile. The user search doesn't work, so finding your friends is nearly impossible. Even the most basic option of dark mode isn't available. Auto translate is complete trash, good luck trying to understand things properly. Customer service is non existent.

We used to be able to connect army bombs to BTS music videos through Bluetooth - either this feature has been eliminated or it just doesn't work any more as i dont see a way to do this. Its overall more difficult to navigate than it used to be, which is frustrating. I was hoping to connect my army bomb for the busan concert, but i dont know if ill be able to now
