WhatsApp is great but I feel it can be improved on. Firstly, it's now a bit of a challenge to access files when posting a status. Previously, files were arranged on WhatsApp the way it's been stored on the file folder and you could simply access a particular pic or video. Now though, pictures and videos are clustered into "recents" then a few folders. Secondly, it's really frustrating when we post a status update and the quality of the video or pic reduces drastically! Please improve on this!

1. There should be a feature for saving videos contacts save on status directly instead of always going to status saver or screen recording or begging please send😭😂 2. Another feature for having a play track for a video posted on status. so that if you didn't get one thing, you can go back instead of replaying from the beginning 3. Stop reducing picture and video quality😭 Business Whatsapp is a great app. let's make it better

Please fix the label thing! The recent update to the label feature has made things more difficult. Previously, archived chats were still visible under their assigned labels, allowing easy access when needed. After the update, those chats no longer appear in the label list, and I’m unable to view them. It is hard for me to seach one by one through the archived. Please restoring the previous functionality.

Most of the app is very cool and allows for a lot more functionality than what the usual WhatsApp does. One small issue is that, for an away message, you cannot select "only send to *this label*" which defeats the point. I only want an away message to be sent to my clients, not to everyone. And I don't want to have to select all my clients every time I'm on leave. Another annoyance is that the voice message transcription doesn't work.

I've been using WhatsApp Business for a while, and overall, I really appreciate its features for connecting with my clients. However, one big area for improvement is the music options when posting statuses. The selection of tunes is extremely limited—I can never find the specific songs I want. can't organize items on collection, collection not working. Ive been trying to add the products ive listed in my Catalog to different Collections to basically sort them, but it keeps giving me an error saying "Failed to add items" (on PC) and "Something went wrong. Please try again Later" (on Phone). Ive updated whatsapp to the latest version as well ,same problem please someone help !!!issue from 1 month help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! disappointed 😞 😥 😞.

It's very simple to use, and it's a nice app. Although I have some problems with it, like why is that I sometimes see messages sent from my number? and I didn't send it, like there's someone else using my account and sometimes I get restricted from messaging friends and I'm no longer notified when I'm sent a message, instead it is marked as read when I haven't seen it I hope you can get this issue fixed.

The app is okay to use but first then music is limited drastically. There are no Nigerian songs. Secondly, the pictures and videos are all in recents and it's difficult to access old media and then once posted the quality reduces drastically. Thirdly, the pop up ads about sharing my contacts, it's stressful to navigate. Fourthly, the security code to protect the app shows up once a month instead of anytime I want to open the app, making my chats open to anyone who wants to access it.

I just updated the new version now - 05 march, the app is still lagging. I can't use voice note, status & voice message takes year to load, I can't crop my image to post, and can't download video. Pls dnt tell me it's network or my phone storage, becos have checked them. And that how it was doing for the past 2 weeks now after I update it some weeks ago. PLS FIX IT ASAP 😪

it's a really great app tho .. I don't know if this is helpful..but I think there should be a 0.5x 1x etc...in status for people dat like posting long information so that we can just move forward.. without wasting much time... I'll sha rate it three because of poor quality when uploading videos to status or sending to someone...and also restricting my WhatsApp...over irreverent rules..but pls work on ur video quality for those of us that use to borrow iphone to do video 😩🤌

if I could rate zero stars I would. First off there's very limited choice of music on status, and second, why th is ai learning from my messages and why can't I turn it off all together?? why do I have to do it for each chat manually? that's not fair! That defeats the whole point of end to end encryption jsyk. if a third party is reading my messages then it's no longer end-to-end encrypted. I do not want an ai reading my messages and "learning" and possibly replying to them

Please go back to having the 'About' the way it was before. The new feature of it changing all the time or only being able to customize it for only a month is not nice and only being limited to 50 characters is not sufficient. Some of us want to have a constant About not constantly changing or at least have the option to have your 'About' indefinitely as long as you want and not having tp change it after a month. Rather separate the 'About'from this new 'mood'or 'what's happening'

I am very disappointed by the last update with WhatsApp business. I send a lot of messages, and when someone does not receive a message due to a connection problem, I like to send them an SMS, so they receive the message in a timely manner. I used to be able to easily access my phone's address book from WhatsApp business, but after the latest update it is impossible. This makes my life a lot more complicated, as I used that feature up to 200 times per day. Please make WhatsApp what it was.

Dear Meta Support Team, Some of my chats were unexpectedly cleared and reset, and without a recent backup, recovery wasn’t possible. I understand the role of end-to-end encryption, but it would be helpful if there were more reliable safeguards or recovery options, especially for important and new conversations. This app is becoming a nightmare for me because I have added products in the catalog and now it's logged out on its own and there is no catalog there and another problem is u can't create categories under categories. and ai is not too good there must have a feature for removing background because people add there products and provide download option too because it's our right and it's good for business too

I made a payment of ₹1,150 to WhatsApp Broadcast service. The amount has been successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my WhatsApp Broadcast account. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. There has been no update or proper response regarding this issue. I request immediate action to either credit the amount to my account or process a full refund without further delay. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate the matt

my account has been suspended several times and support has been very poor no explanation was provided and a solution to the problem offered. I still can't use it effectively. Every time I use it for a few minutes I get suspended for violations of T&C's that can not be explained when I reach out to support. Even the review is useless all it does is help the account get unlocked then get suspended right after. I would rate this ½ ⭐️ or ¼ if I could. 👎🏼

Don't waste your time by installing it. Although the app is well designed, it charges very high amounts for ads and promotional campaigns. Because of this, it feels less like WhatsApp Business and more like “Money Waste Business.” Poor and middle-class users cannot afford to run ads on this platform. Moreover, the cost of getting the blue tick verification is so high that many small businesses cannot even imagine affording it, as it may consume a large percentage of their income.
