Easy to use and just an amazing app to stay connected and share pictures and videos with everyone! EDIT: down to 1 star after update. Choosing photos to upload is horrible now! It doesn't show all my photos. The drop down menu to select the album sucks too. If I choose to see more, it only shows me 5 "collections" It used to be much easier before. I don't know why or how or who approved this but it sucks BAD.

I love Whatsapp but I don't like the new change for the about section, there used to be more characters allowed on the bio, and it could stay for as long as you wanted it to, now it's limited to a certain amount of characters and it can be set for a number of days. I missed when you could change it whenever you wanted, rather than it having an automatic set date to remove it. not to say that it is a bad feature, it is helpful, but I wish it could have both options.

The app is good, but the only issue that I am constantly having with the app is it's automatic translator... It gives you the option to set up automatic translation, but sometimes it works and a lot of times it doesn't, and I have to constantly go in and manually translate messages even though I've set it up to do it automatically... PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

WhatsApp is in general good but has some disadvantages. Firstly, it automatically deleted messages I try to send many times and does not let me edit messages when I typed something wrong, showing a completely different message. Apart from that, it has a feature which lets you post things happening with music on it. The voice recordings are high quality and there isn't much delay ( apart from whenever I try to edit a message) Overall, very good

Not receiving notifications of new messages or missed calls. Also. voice/video calls are not ringing, and missed calls show only once I open the app. Phone does not ring when calls are coming thru so I'm not aware of a call coming in. Both phone and app notifications are on, as are ring tones for regular phone calls. Most often missed calls show up several hours to days later. I've had this app for several years now and this started happening only in the last few months.

I would imagine WhatsApp to have their own cloud to save my photos, but apparently it wants to use the memory on my phone. Maybe, something changed that I am not aware. Either way, it is a great app, makes clear phone calls, messages, and even other great security features. I wonder if one day offer a safe browsing software or inform you or block those phishing links.

I rarely use whatsapp. mainly for video calls and i don't do that much. it's pretty good for it's basic use cases. but 90% of the time, i open it for two reasons. one they pushed a notification saying there's a status update, which is just noisy way to get me to open the app. seems like a dirty way to boost active user count. other is when some spam account adds everyone in the world to a group. they seem pretty good about blocking these but it happens.

Exceptionally horrible! Forces close. Freezes. Won't send my videos. Won't let you change gallery, photo, or notification settings. I tried to add a friend's number (mexican) wouldn't allow it unless he was in my phone's contacts; seriously! The whole point is to be able to use it Internationally. Waste of time. can't even figure out how to go to our profiles so we can update information, change our photo, etcetera! Garbage!

The option for phone permissions allow you to select "ask every time" for microphone and camera. If you select these, the app does not allow you to use video call. You have to change it to always allow and then change it back to never allow after the call. Might as well say they want to secretly record your audio and video; your privacy concerns be damned.

My WhatsApp has no ring tone for over a month now. All notifications and sounds are on. Notifications makes sound but if someone calls, I only get notification of a missed call. My phone volume is on, regular straight calls ring just fine. A number of people tried to fix it but see no problem. I uninstall and reinstall and that hasn't worked either.

This app is ok for chats except it is the ABSOLUTE WORST at transferring data to a new phone. there are so many backup options and transfer options but to do it properly you have to navigate some maze of buffoonery that seems designed expressly to frustrate you as much as possible. a 2-year old kid randomly typing keys on a keyboard would have programmed a better backup process. And if you don't get it right, it will just delete your messages forever with no possibility of retrieving them

I believe Meta is deliberately making the app worse and worse over time, trying to drive us all back to Facebook Messenger. it seems as though with every new update, this app becomes more and more broken. Since around July, it's had a problem where when I try to open it, it will just crash sending me back to the home screen. now, on top of that, half the time sending a voicemail doesn't work because it refuses to use the microphone.

Currently using the "lock immediately" feature on WhatsApp and every time I enter my code to open the app it closes and it takes a couple tries before I amablento fully use the app. Also, I get notified of a message, when I go to check the message isn't there, but the notificattion still is, then I have to exit the app multiple times and go back to finally recieve the message. Please fix as it is frustrating to use.

I like the app, but something about searching for music when adding to my status is kind of bothering me. I was wondering if you can make it able for us to search for music with the artist and song name at the same time because when I search for a song it's hard to find it because a lot of songs have a similar name or when I'm searching for an artist but can't find the song because they have too many songs. please improve it.

WhatsApp is by far the best messaging app. The only issues are: 1) we can no longer tell when audios are heard by receiver (not sure if theme color affects, but this is a big deal) 2) Info and copy options r in a menu instead of shortcut button at top (along w/reply etc), even though there's still space for it. Makes it inconvenient considering how often those features r used. 3) It would b MUCH better if the read/played time was a timestamp, instead of how long ago, so we don't have to the math

My experience with WhatsApp has been pleasant until very recently. Since the last update, when I share any link in a message, I can no longer add any caption or comment about the link before sharing (unlike before). From now on, I have to edit to insert commentary after sharing to say something about the link. Please fix this issue ASAP. Thanks.

This is an all round great app. Would be 5 stars but I have a major issue that started a while ago. About 2 days ago, after sending 2 videos successfully, no videos would send anymore. I cleared the cache, I deleted all the media in every "sent" folder in WhatsApp's media folder. And yet still, no videos want to send. it loads and keeps on loading, not even making progress, on my notifications bar it says for example "Sending 3 videos". But they don't. Truly disappointing WhatsApp.

I used to appreciate this app alot, still do. But now that it's becoming very common for more and more people to use this app for calls aswell, it's become very obvious to me that -after all these years- the quality for voice calls is still unacceptable. There seems to be a constant risk of WhatsApp repeatedly "reconnecting to the network" even if both/all participants have full network signal. This applies to both, mobile internet aswell as WiFi. Very disappointing, would give 5* otherwise.

I've never really had any problems with the app before and it's really good for everything, calling, messaging and so on but I noticed that recently whenever I try to post a video, not only is the video blurry but it takes long to send and not only that, it says didn't send. I don't blame this on the internet connection because it is working perfectly fine. I tried to post the same video multiple times but it just wasn't sending. It's really frustrating because I have reasons. Please fix this.

The app still serves its purpose, however, I'm not ok with the interface of the channel's & my status, its really challenging browsing through status plus, the timing, it doesn't load from the beginning, 3rd-4th status won't update, but the 5th upwards will start updating, I don't know why it's like that. kindly rectify. plus, I prefer the previous interface of the status. these channels are just complicating things.
