I used this app for one of the scooters. When I went to end my trip, the app gives me an error that their network may be too busy. The scooter is disconnected and won't work now. There is no way to access anything else on the app while you're in a ride. I called customer service number on the scooter and nobody answered. I left a message and sent an email about the error. 6.5 hours later I've had no response and the trip is still going. I restarted my phone and the app, doesn't fix it. Now I uninstalled app and can't log in because it is only set up to create new account and my phone number is already registered.

App needs a major overhaul. Scooter Location Icons are very inaccurate. The Icon is either a block away from the actual location, on the other side of the street, or the scooter is no where to be found. GPS is also inaccurate. You start walking and the icon the indicates you will stay stationary until you're a few meters from where you where then it goes from where it was to a few meters ahead of you. Also, please add a Report Stolen button. Couldn't find a scooter at all a few times already.

I was excited to jump on my wheels and go. Downloaded the app and it crashed each time I went to take a photo of my license. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if it was a glitch. Now... My phone number is already registered so when I went to reinstall I couldn't re-login because it's already registered. There's no option to log back in. App didn't work at all, guess I'll keep riding Birds.

I wish I never decided to give this app a try. It didn't end up starting the bike, but it still charged my credit card the fee for the bike. There is no customer service in the app, online, via email, or via phone for you to report a technical problem or ask them to refund you. It's just a bogus company that wants to steal your money. Stay far far away!!!

Edit: I found out the hard way that Wheels now charges a "$2.99 minimum fare" fee which means my 3 minute work commute rides went from $1.75 to $2.99 now. Dropped a star for this and will be riding a lot less now. Both the bikes and app work as intended for me; however, I'm really disappointed with the bikes' speed as they are supposed to go 20 mph and I can't seem to go more than 16 mph tops. Also, the app really needs the ability to see the battery level on bikes plus a ride history section.

Do NOT be a transporter for this company. I literally just spent 2 hours driving around the city trying to be a transporter for them. None of the GPS markers were accurate for where the bikes were. I tried about 6 different times to locate different bikes around Los Angeles, and then the ONE bike I did find and scan, gave me an "error 403" message on my app. Wasted time. I wouldn't even trust them to pay me. Do not be lured in by the prospect of easy money. It definitely is too good to be true.

It could be great... but there are a few issues that need to be fixed. So the app doesn't show any of the no-ride zones. It crashes constantly. If you have a subscription with unlimited rides you still get charged for rides. Bikes don't say battery level before you turn on bike. Customer service could be better and faster too. Other than that, the ride itself is much better, faster, and safer than the scooters. I truly hope they fix these bugs quickly because if not they are done for...

App has some growing pains. Tried to unlock a bike just after install, but the bike must have had a bad or dead battery and wouldn't turn on. App locked me in a cycle of trying to unlock that un-unlockable bike. Had to uninstall to get out of the cycle. On second install, wouldn't let me login with my phone number (throwing errors that the number was in use) so I had to use a different number. Once I was able to get a different bike unlocked, all went much better.

At the end of my ride, the app did not allow to end the ride. It kept claiming that no GPS signal was available, even though it was (the app was showing the exactly right location in the map). I had to call customer service and wait by the bike for 30 minutes until they managed to end the ride. And if that wasn't enough, they ended up charging me for that time (!), I ended up paying 17$ and tanning 50 minutes for what should have been a 10 minutes ride. I wish I had walked... Never use again.

This app is completely unreliable! One day it works, next day it repeatedly freezes. Then crashes before I can scan the damn code to unlock the bike. The map is often wrong in locating bikes. The bikes could use bigger seats and bit more power, lots of hills in the downtown Atlanta area. It's usually hard to find one between 5pm - 7pm, or find one that isn't offline. I prefer the bikes over the standing scooters, a bit more fun. But I hope reliability and availability will improve. Until then 👎

Three times I have been overcharged, the app would crash when trying to unlock or end the ride and kept charging me. On other occasions It wouldn't let me ride once unlocked , and stilled charged. I feel scam, I've had great experiences a couple wheels back, now I'm just disappointed. And there is no way to contact support. Gave it a go again today... yup you guessed it!

Waste of time. The first one was going 3 miles an hour. I got another one only for it to take me a block away, and then it turned off, but it sure did continue charging me for time. I've used several different brands, and never have I had an issue. $3.99 minimum charge each time... NOT WORTH IT!

This app has some great potential. However it definitely needs some improvement. My private rental delivery was delayed because they set it up on a day they don't deliver. I'm getting charged for rides even though I have a subscription. I am constantly having to use a second account because app constantly crashes forcing you to be stuck in a ride you can't use or end, but get charged for. You can't tell if a bike is almost dead before you rent it, but still get charged. Customer service is slow.

The bikes were fun... just not worth the cost or headache. The brakes are backward from any normal bike or motorcycle. I Paid $15 in credits when I downloaded the app. Got charged $15, but it was never applied to my account. Got charged an additional ~$13 for the 2 uses. The app crashes so much that it's not worth trying to use. Very difficult to delete the account (still not successful yet).

while the bikes look ok, the app and the platform is very immature. I couldn't unlock a bike, and the only way to get the app out of that screen was to uninstall. However, after uninstalling I couldn't get back into the app because my phone number was already registered. Overall not impressed, especially for a platform that requires sensitive information like my driver's license.

The actual bikes are great (San Diego, used during promotional free period), but the app needs some work. The main issue is, the map won't show you where to find them unless you're already in the area. For example, from our hotel in San Diego we couldn't see if there were any available im downtown, where we were headed. There's no way to see which cities have vehicles available from the map.

Transporter is fun, but the app is not! I was able to unlock a transporter easily enough, but immediately after unlocking, the app closed itself out to display my phone home screen. I rode it for less than 5 minutes, and the widget display was showing that I was still on a ride, but would not let me cancel the ride. The app itself would not allow me to cancel, nor did it give me the option to. I scanned the same transporter to unlock again so that I could cancel it. This process took 10 minutes

App is bad, scooters are in poor repair. Tried to use 5 of the things, only 2 would even turn on. Of those two one was so slow (2-3mph) it was hard to keep it balanced, and the other had no drive power at all. Still got charged though, AND it's more expensive than Lime or Link. Save yourself some frustration and time and just use a different service.

Always a "network error" when I have all bars on my cell service. What gives? Is the network crowded? Or are your servers screwed up? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Force closed, cleared the cache. Toggled airplane mode, data, and bluetooth options. Even restarted the phone. There's no rhyme nor reason to when the bike will connect or not.

I tried to use the app for the first time, but it started the ride before the bike even turned on. The bikes weren't turning on or working so I tried to cancel the ride, but it said GPS error. I'm trying to find their customer service hotline, but suprise suprise it's basically impossible to find. I'm dreading the thought of downloading this app again just to see how much money they scammed me out of.
