I'm a software engineer. I like this app because it works. The ads drive me nuts. If you had an option to pay to remove ads, I'd pay. Since there aren't really any other good options, I may create my own ad free app that performs the same function and offer it for free. Please consider offering an ad free version for a small fee, or I will for free.
Warning: do not use this app! I used it, accidentally changed one setting on my phone via the app (preferred network protocol or something) and I was not able to receive or dial any number for a whole day. I was only receiving voicemail notifications. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, tried to remember what setting it was originally and reverted it back.
For some reason Sprint changed the wifi calling settings to LTE preferred with no way to find the setting to change it to wifi, despite having wifi calling available for years. In my bunker of a 1960s condo I get a bad 3g connection and spotty voice coverage, so wifi calling is a must. This app lets me change the preference over to WiFi. Won't work if your carrier doesn't support it, but if you're like me where they just decided to hide that capability from you then the app works.
My phone started to turn off WiFi calling whenever I had any kind of mobile signal, even a very weak one! This app allowed me to solve the problem without having to keep enabling flight mode and turning on WiFi to force VoWifi. I spent hours researching hacky ways to automate it then finally found this app which reveals the hidden setting on my phone (Note 9 on Android 10 on Three UK). Once set I removed the app and the setting stayed how I want it.
This is a great app to access the hidden menu on my Samsung Galaxy S10 to set WiFi Calling Preferred mode. Note that there seems to be a bug where the hidden menu will not open if you have a SIM card in slot 2. If you have 2 SIM cards, the work around that I found was to enable the setting in the hidden menu, one at a time, with each SIM card in slot 1. Once done you can re insert SIM 2 and the settings retain.
This app will not be the answer that some are looking for. It cannot make your phone / mvno WiFi calling capable, and yes , it may simply surface the settings that may already be easily accessible. It gets its rating for me as it offers an option to prioritize WiFi calling when available. On my UK OnePlus 7t, this option is currently missing. This app has fixed that issue. Not the best looking but at least you can change the settings hide the notification probably never need to open it again.
Works on my Motorola edge 40 neo and allows me to bypass multiple presses to enable/disable Wifi Calling. Sadly after a few uses and denying ad consents, adverts became too intrusive to be useable. Would pay a couple/few £/$'s for Ad Free version but for now its uninstall
Had a hard time finding how to turn it on, instructions a little confusing , still don't know exactly how I did it but is works wonderfully and the Android phone I have is cheap it's a ZTE whoever, whatever makes this phone did a better job than the iPhone,. This company is honest and doesn't scam customers or fail to tell you ALL the +*s and -*s about their product or that they rope you by not letting your contacts, music ECT be transfered to any other brand if phone except for a different iPho
I live in an area at the edge of the cell tower area. I do not have a land line. Making calls with my cell phone with the weak cell reception didn't really work. This app allows me to use my cell phone through my wifi at home and cures poor cell tower reception. Great app. Only bad thing is , it seems to disconnect every other week or so. But reconnecting is super easy.
Like this as my WiFi calling has stop working for some reason every time I try to turn it on it say error we can't process your Wi-Fi call at this time please contact your boost mobile data provider to fix this issue. So I downloaded this app and it works very well instead of me having to do it manually.
I have a galaxy s10 and use Visible. It allowed me to make WiFi calls, which is part of my Visible plan. However it had trouble switching automatically when I got on my WiFi, so I miss quite a few calls. Make sure to reset your phone when you are in WiFi, just in case.
Works perfectly! I have a samsung galaxy s20 my carrier Koodo decided to hide the wifi calling option to set wifi preferred. This caused problems because i have spotty lte coverage where i live and wifi calling would "insist" on staying on LTE until the "bitter end" I.e. the signal gets soooo bad that calls drop or sound like a robot etc. I spent many hours looking at macrodroid and tasker to try and turn on airplane mode when at home to force wifi calling to use the wifi network to no avail.
Works perfectly. My phone and carrier (EE) allow wi-fi calling, but I've found I need to occasionally reset the setting, hidden deep in the menus. This app takes me straight there. Tip: after resetting my Moto G8 Plus I usually have to a full restart before it then reliably uses wi-fi for calls.
Works! My phone does not have visible wifi calling in settings. searched internet for my model of phone but not available in settings per search. It is Android software so I knew settings for this option is buried in software although no gui option showing. this widget turned it on for me. Thanks!
It's amazing, it works great, very clear calls, no feedback at all. I'm in an area where it's hard ro even 1 bar of signal and with this app..... amazing! Just only need to activate your permissions in your configuration so it stays on all the time. Thank you A+++++

I'm not sure whether this is a good or bad app however my experience is just worst because it's not working on Xiaomi Mi A2 phone.. it's showing the blank page when trying to enable the calling option or WLAN..if it's possible then please get the error fixed so that it can be used in any of the phones or models..
Cannot use... My carrier does not support wifi calling, but does use Att cell towers and their phones. My home has a crappy cell signal, but great wifi, and I thought it would be better to upgrade to a Galaxy A50 since I am in areas where I cannot get a signal. The app doesn't work. I tap wifi settings and just get a blank page. When I hit the blank page button and tap "yes", nothing happens. Cannot use. I was hoping it would work for me.
Works well for setting your wifi calling preference to "wifi preferred" or "mobile network preferred". Handy for Telstra users in Australia who are locked to the "mobile network preferred" setting and only allows wifi calling when there's absolutely no reception.. (Samsung A71) P.S. Giving it 4 stars as the app looks visually out of date..
Do we really need ads that cover either half the page and then when closed out a full page pop up happens? A tiny ad at top or bottom would be enough and why no option to not see ads with let's say 0.99 cent donation. A switch to toggle dark and light could also be useful. App may do what it's meant to do but it is lacking in some areas
Works great for Samsung Galaxy S10+ on Sprint. Sprint now forces your phone to choose mobile network (so long as its detected) over wifi calling even when you have wifi calling on, which sucks if you live in an area with marginal signal. You have no option to force wifi calling in the settings. This app gives you the option to force wifi calling over the mobile network.
